We stayed just one night at the hotel as we needed a night in Hurghada after our flight before driving south. This hotel offered airport transfer and was great value for money in the lovely marina of Hurghada.
The hotel is somewhat basic but satisfies everything you need for a stay in Egypt. Where at the reception, bar or at breakfast we were met by lovely staff. The hotel had clean rooms which would perhaps use some updating, but which were comfortable and came with bottled water and tea/ coffee. Our room overlooked the marina so the view was stunning. As some other reviews said it can be fairly noisy at night in the marina but it didn’t stop us from sleeping after a long flight.
We didn’t use the pool / beach area as we had a 10.30am pick up to drive south but we did got for breakfast which was superb and served on the rooftop with stunning views.
Definitely a good option for those on a modest budget! The marina itself is a locked area so it feels both safe and quite quiet. Some nice restaurants and bars to visit and a small souk.
Thanks for a lovely stay.

I’ve stayed at The Boutique Hotel on 2 separate occasions on my latest trip, 1 night in a deluxe room prior to a 7 night diving Liveaboard safari and 2 nights in a junior suite after the diving trip.
The hotel is in a fantastic location at the end of the Marina, which is full of restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a dive shop (if you’re a diver and forgotten to pack something), pharmacy etc.
My first night in the deluxe room had a large balcony with a sea view, great aircon, large comfortable bed, fridge etc. Others have mentioned noise being a problem with front facing rooms, but I can honestly say it wasn’t an issue I noticed. The check in experience was quick and easy, I was taken to my room and my luggage arrived shortly afterwards. A large bottle of still water is provided in the room, which was spacious and comfortable, I slept very well. Checkout was easy and fuss free.
I returned for a 2 night stay after my diving trip, staying in a junior suite. This room was much larger than the deluxe room with a separate sitting area with TV, the room had a Juliet balcony rather than a full balcony. Again check in was quick and fuss free, I went to the Blue Beach club immediately with the rest of my diving group (complimentary access for The Boutique Hotel residents). This was a clean beach with great staff and amenities. When I returned my luggage was waiting for me in the room. Again sea view, great aircon, large comfortable bed, fridge etc.
Of the two rooms I preferred the deluxe room over the junior suite, due to the full size balcony.
My group used Olie’s Restaurant and bar (connected to the hotel) on a number of occasions for drinks and to eat. The food and drinks were great and good value too.
The stand out for me was the service in both the hotel and restaurant, which was fantastic. We were recognised as returning guests on the second stay, a complimentary fruit basket sent to the room and a free late checkout given to us, which was very much appreciated, allowing us to freshen up prior to travelling.
The staff in both the hotel and restaurant were amazing, everyone is so friendly, helpful and want to make your stay the best they can. 2 people stood out amongst an already fantastic group of staff, Mr Mokhtar EL Shemy in the hotel, who was simply fantastic, a great ambassador for the hotel, always cheerful and so helpful, the second was Mr Mohamed Ali in Olie’s bar, who was so friendly, kind and attentive to our needs. Great service from both and they deserve recognition, thank you both so much.
We’ll absolutely be returning to The Boutique Hotel for our next trip in March 24, and my friends are planning to stay too (they sadly didn’t have such a great hotel on this trip).

We booked 2 nights at this hotel. At the time of check in the staff were confused regarding how the booking was made and what bed types we had. Despite mentionned that we needed twin beds they did not seemed to acknowlige it. Also they were asking to pay for the room which was already paid before. After checking with their manager it was paid. Everytime that I asked simple requests (sometimes twice) something regarding the beds or if I can pay some meals with Egyptian pounds in cash the guy at the reception was constatly replying I'll ask the manager. Overall that person did not seem to understand or know what he was doing. The location at the marina is excellent where there's restaurants for every taste as well as everything you need on the strip (Sheration road) not too far by walking. You have access the the beach and the pool at the beach club however they do charge to use the towels. The breakfast was very good and the portions were good, however they do not do refills for coffee. The room was lovely and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. Overall this is a good hotel despite the confused staff at a good location with a nice beach.

$591 was far too much to pay for four nights at this hotel - more expensive than any of the other three hotels we stayed at during our Egypt trip, even though it was the least satisfactory. Staff are friendly, but not necessarily competent, Clean, comfortable beds and towels. Room was mostly clean, but battered, with broken fittings, water damage to bathroom woodwork, and a missing lamp shade. Noisy restaurant on the ground floor outside the rooms - you definitely need earplugs. Wifi was slow and erratic. The receptionist directed us to the shared beach on the first day without telling us that we needed an ID bracelet, so we had to walk back again to get it. The beach itself is small and crowded, with bar music that is far too noisy. No-one was using the bar area - probably to avoid being deafened. Very slow breakfast service. We were there 75 minutes before our dive pickup, and only just had time to eat, because the food was ready after 40 minutes. One plate of food was hot, but the other was stone cold. Other people had to leave without finishing their food. Only one waiter was doing his best and serving several tables, while the woman who was apparently a “cashier” sat behind the counter and did nothing. Food supplies were clearly delivered late to the kitchen while we waited. Coffee was watery, in spite of the fact that they have an apparently decent machine behind the counter.

I'm glad we only stayed one day at the hotel. After paying an expensive amount, we arrived at the hotel room and there was no water. They don't warn anyone that they're without water, every time we talked to them, they said they'd be here in five minutes. We went for a walk in the desert, arrived with sand everywhere, and the hotel was still without water. We were in 14 people, some bathed with a 1.5L bottle and others slept without bathing. The water returned only the other day around 10 o'clock and we preferred not to take another walk to take a bath but the water lasted only 2 hours. When checking out, we saw the receptionist talk to a couple with children to make the Reservation via booking (so they could not cancel and they would have to pay the hotel anyway). And at no time did he notice that he was without water. By the way, this problem is frequent.

We stayed here for 8 nights, we found all the staff very helpful and kind. The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. The cleaning guys are very polite and helpful, always asking if we needed anything…water, teabags, towels etc. We came to relax and do very little, which we did!! We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

On arrival a great welcome by reception and a fantastic location . We booked a junior superior suit, and half board. The room needs alot if attention. The cleaning wasn't up to standard , dirty glasses, floor dirty, pillow protector blood on it, shower screen dirty, I did inform reception and the ne t day was a bit better, We had dinner the 1st night on the roof top, great views but !!! Starter came out then 2 mins later dinner arri Ed with tin foil to keep warm while we finish our starter ... it didn't work was freezing, then someone e lit a fag behind us just as we was got to start eating !! Every cup we had was chipped and most bowls and plates too,. At breakfast coffee was really good ... I will knave it at that. The restaurant downstairs olis was fantastic , great food and drinks at a reasonable price with great service. The private beach wasn't what I expected by looking at ghe photos and loud music, and look out for the 12% service charge and the 14% tax , adds quite alot to your bill . We paid a high price for a boutique luxary experience and left very disappointed. If we paid £50 to £60 a night then for the location it would be worth a night or 2.

After reading a little info on Booking.com thought a 2 night stay here sounded great " Jacuzzi, beach and pool" a superior room at a reasonable price, sounded great and on the Marina close to all the restaurants. The superior room was a room but the superior bit was missing, a decent size with A/C view out to to road and parking. The breakfast was served on the roof terrace which was nice with panoramic views out over the marina. As for beach, pool etc all belong to BLUE BEACH about 75 meters away and is a public beach with sunbeds and a bar. Be wary of using the bar as their prices are very high and any mixed drinks seemed to be very questionable quality

It's difficult to do this review while remaining objective. Let's start with the plus points: Hotel in the best area of Hurghada, right inside the Marina. Well cared for outside. Beautiful and well-kept panoramic terrace. Staff friendly, courteous and very helpful in solving problems. Our room, a deluxe, was large, comfortable and clean by local standards. Nice terrace overlooking the Marina. We have an agreement with the Club opposite Blue Beach which I don't want to say a word about as it is reviewed separately. Let's now move on to the less pleasant points: the Beach Club which is an absolute disgrace, but above all the fact that in the hotel from 2.00pm to 6.00pm there wasn't a drop of water. It's impossible to take a shower and after the sea at 40 degrees it's rather annoying. Faced with our very strong reaction considering it after the beach scam, the solution found was to offer us breakfast for free and give us more bottles of water for the night, saying that the problem was solved. By accepting this compensation I was made to sign a form in which I committed not to proceed further and to request anything else, as well as not to give a negative review of the structure. To tell the record, in the morning there was no water again and without saying a word we left at 9.00 sharp, at least the breakfast was up to par and of good quality. It's a shame because the potential is there, the staff is attentive, but for now defining oneself as "luxury" or "boutique" is a bit pretentious.

We were very disappointed upon arrival at this hotel because the room did not match the photos seen on the website at all. Room where cleanliness left more than to be desired, furniture damaged, bathroom in a bad state (broken shower connection, sink faucet about to dislocate) Another very negative point: the total lack of soundproofing, very noisy hotel Wifi not available Great difficulties communicating with staff with more than limited English We only stayed one night in this hotel instead of the 7 booked at the base so this hotel does not match at all what it claims on its website. We definitely do not recommend this place
