I came for holiday with my mom and my 1 year old daughter. The hotel located very close to the sea. Has very nice big pool in the middle of hotel and small aqua park for adults and kids. During all our stay all staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. If I had any requests they was really fast to make it. Food was very tasty.In the evening we had enjoyed different kind of shows - Arabic dances, Brazilian night... we really enjoyed our stay, thank you! But also I have 2 points for you to improve - internet connection was really bad and you should have baby chair in restaurant, as I had a baby was very difficult to feed.

The rooms were old, dirty, air condidioning does not work. The drinks were served in 150 ml plastic cups, even the beer. The food was ok-ish. The staff at the bars, lobby and pool bar, were always bothered by the guests asking for drinks, they were behaving really badly, making fun and faces at the guests. The staff in the restaurant was ok, especially Layla, she was very nice and helpful. The animation team are also great, all good people. The management really is bad, as they don't allow direct tips to all staff, we also complained about the beer being served in tiny cups, they said they will change that, but nothing happened. The beach was tiny. The pool was old, water was cold. The location is nice because it is in the center of Hurghada.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms shown in the pictures are definetly not what you will get there. The rooms are much more degraded We waited 2 hours to get our room and after we complained about how long it takes I believr they changed our room because we saw on the card that the room number was scribbled and another one was written. They do not want to tell you where the room is located so you will be forced to pay a tip to the guy taking the luggage to your room. The first room was terrible, definetly not what we paid for, very small, AC was working only on high speed and i couldn't even change the angle. In the bathroom there was water dripping from the ceiling and if you took a shower you would literally flod the whole bathroom. I went back to ask for another room and they said they have none available. After 30 more minutes i went back again with money in the passport and VOILA 3 rooms magically appeared and they presented each one of them so i can choose which one i liked. They do not want to give you bottled water. We got 2 0.5l bottles of water per day and if you went to the bar they would give you water in 150ml glasses from a container and the water tastes terrible. Also they use plastic cups for everything and most of them are washed poorly cause you can even see juice drops on some of them. Also at the bars they put water in the beer and the stronger alcoholic drinks are vodka with flavour cause they all taste the same. At the restaurant they serve you only one small spoon of food or one piece of meat and if you ask for more they look at you disgusted like they are giving away their own food.

We booked a twin bed room. Just for them to say. when we arrive that there is only a single bed available Their idea of a king bed is very small We were soft all inclusive Obviously, they give you two small bottles of water.. any extra bottle of water is for 10LE Food is below average. Foul was salty, fish was raw cooked and mashed potatoes was very salty as well Their corner garden view, is very bad you can see nothing, no garden , just a wall. We asked for an extra bed. They gave us one of the seats they put on the sea!! Bathroom wasn't clean and had a very bad smell We couldn't even shower. I asked room service for a cup of tea and they brought it very cold to my room When i asked for it to be reheated, they said they can't do it as it's 12:10 and they close at 12.
This place is with very bad service and just humiliating experience I checked out the next day.
I can provide all proofs of how this place is horrible.

It was awful. Room was not clean, dark, There was no hot water and air conditioner did not worked, staff was all the time rude. When I was asking for a drink, I felt like they looked at me like some kind of criminal because I asked them for something to do. SAD. People who work in reception also always rude. Drinks was tasteless, coffee too. Milk was jus water with on spoon of milk (just for colour) :D. and this is not joke, I so when milk was almost end and worker jus pour more water there. EW. One good thing - nice beach. That's all. Food all the time was the same, sometimes yesterday's leftovers.. however, I agree that food should not be wasted.

We took a bus from the airport for about 15-20 minutes. At 9:30 a.m., we got straight wristbands for All inclusive at the hotel and were able to have breakfast. We waited for the room until about 1 p.m. They promised a baby cot in the room for free, unfortunately none arrived.
Room: Small room with fridge, kettle and TV, second small room bathroom. We got a rather dirty room, the drawers were not cleaned, the floor was dirty (all black feet when you walk barefoot), sand everywhere, foreign hair in the bed, snotty tissues under the bed, the door to the room was difficult to close, but it worked. One cupboard that could barely be opened with 3 hangers, no compartments. The water did not flow overnight, lukewarm during the day - a trickle, later it was a little better.
Hotel, beach and sea: Greenery nicely maintained. Small beach, gradual access to the sea, no corals, possibility of swimming on 50x50 square meters. All around the "square" for bathing the yacht. You can't walk far along the beach. Wifi in the lobby bar is free, but it works at about the speed you can imagine.
The pool is green, the water slides and slides are quite old, peeling and when they are in use, they are crowded. The dining room, yes the dining room, not the restaurant, is also quite dirty, small spaces, when you go to the table for someone, it is messy, they just wipe it with their hands, the table cloths are black from not being washed. Tables piled on top of each other, Arabs walk and push you, they stuff themselves with food and when their bun falls to the floor, they return it to the others, everyone tastes the yogurt from the bowl, etc.

Stayed here for 5 nights got to my hotel fine with love holidays transfer checked in all fine and got to my room looked round it was meant to be a double room but had two single beds on each end of the room so had to move them together. The bathroom was horrendous the bath tub was stained and dirty, the shower was very cold and complained about it, the staff didn’t speak English so had to translate on google to Arabic to communicate with them. They basically told me I had to leave the shower running for 10 mins to get some warm water through but was still cold anyway. The shower head itself was spitting everywhere and only half the shower head was following water through. There was only two plug sockets out of the whole room that worked so had to leave one plug in for the fridge and the other for charging. Kettle was stained inside so couldn’t even have hot water from the kettle, even when I wanted to make a hot drink it would taste funny tried cleaning it out nothing! Most reviews you will see on trip advisor is true about this place! The pool u could see first thing in the morning is just hair, leaves the sand you can feel at the bottom of ur feet when ur in the pool. Food was the same everyday. The restaurant by the water park which everyone gets for free for dinner once at their stay there. It was awful service food was not warm, drink u got one only when u ask for refill they never come back with one, I had a mixed grill which came with a dip along with it, never got that. Ended up walking out as it took ages. Good entertainment for kids I would say. Mini beach and bar right next to the hotel. The bar by the beach unfortunately is it not free they serve more seafood than anything. With love holidays your shuttle transfer with them back to the airport u can get times for when they will pick u up that day you leave. The link dosent work at all! Every phone number on their they don’t answer so ended up having to pay 1100 EGP to get to the airport.

Although we had no real problems to deal with with accommodation like some guests did we were all disappointed in the hotel in general a refurb is definitely required. The most disappointing thing was the food it was the same every day and not appetising at all so we ate out everyday which put a strain on the purse strings as we hadn't budgeted at all. We all ended up with stomach upsets .Pool where slides were needed a good clean but hard when used everyday and everyone walking around with sand on their feet. The staff were amazing and tried to make sure we had what we needed. Bar staff made sure we had drinks we liked . Juice bar was very good lovely man served us daily you have to pay but very good. My room was cleaned everyday and he worked hard with what he had. Think i was lucky here mind some rooms were not good definitely not a 4 star but we made the most of things. If you have booked and due to go and can't change your hotel please support Abdul who sells the bracelets etc very nice items good for ladies gifts he is near the beach hes a very pleasant guy and very pleasant to talk to he can give you tips where to visit ,also buy items like sun cream,souvenirs or beach items from a little hut near beach his name is Michael hes very helpful he even went out to pharmacy and got me some stomach tablets when i was unwell so i didnt have to leave the hotel and go searching for something to take first class service ,these 2 made our holiday. Animation team try hard to get you to join in with activities just so hot when we were there shame there is no shade but they do a great job even take guests out to club for a night and make sure you are safe very well looked after. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone its past its best for sure but big shout out to all the staff who work hard and try to cheer all the guests up.
