The hotel looks majestic, lots of open spaces and classic furniture, rooms in order. Staff is plentyful and super attentive, looking after the guests. The food is great, you can find something tasty every time of the day (good quality snacks at the beach bar between main food serving times). Lots of salads and veggies, but choice of fruit could be improved on. Specialty la carte restaurants are welcoming and decorated to fit the theme, but do not expect food to be very authentic, it's not bad though. The Japanese one was the most impressive with a great show. Free beer and cocktails are nice and you can ask the waiters to make them little stronger if needed. No fresh juice, just flavoured drinks and branded sodas. Loads of space in and out the hotel, decent aqua park with fun slides, sunbeds to fit everyone. Entertainment team are really trying hard, but it feels like they are on a tight budget, so the activities are repetative. Night shows are hit and miss, only around half an hour each, We enjoyed the light show with some acrobatics. We had a meeting with our excursion representative which hotel allocated to us and booked one safari quad 3 hour trip for £18 per person. The trip was not good at all, the quad ride was boring and only lasted 50mins, the rest was waiting around and the hotel transfers were horrible, no suspension vans... so avoid. Book online, it's a lot better and cheaper. There are staff members offering spa, drinks or excursions for extra charge, but "no, thank you" does the job. For the price you pay, this is superb value and a great place to gain more weight or even develop your alcoholism. Highly recommend!

We had nice holiday and New Year Eve in this hotel and are very pleased with it. The food is litle bit same every day, but You still can find something to eat every time. Nice opportunity is to have dinner without reservation (only Japanese and Grill needs reservation) in different a la cart restorants in Palace side or Beach side (sisterhotel next to Palace). We liked the indian much. Mexican was only dissapointment for us. Hotel is covered with free wifi - on check in you will get password for four devices per room. But I think it wouldnt be problem if you will have more devices - just ask from reception for an other password. Staff is nice and polite. From us nobody begged tips. Territory of the hotel is huge - we had room with seaview and it took us 10 minutes to go to eat or reception but beach and waterpark were very close.

We as a family of 4 with 2 kids, a 5 month old and 2 year old, stayed for 2 weeks in a family room. The room is spacious, the beds are good and it is very clean.
Everybody from reception, Paul and Hossam to housekeeping, poolstaff the upstairs bar in particular (where the good coffee is:)) and restaurant staff were super friendly and very helpfull! With or without tips we got all the help and service and more than asked.
The food of the buffet was divers and of good quality the a la carte restaurants were a nice change and gave a more quite dining out experience. We did see less vegetarian options whith christmas arriving but I guess most guests are not vegetarians.
The pools were super clean the towelervice great, beds comfortable and the barstaff outside also very friendly. The beach restaurant was a bit of an exception, but we understand since the behaviour of the guests in that snack restaurant will get the worst out of the most friendliest staffmember.
The kidspool with many slides was really good and our todler enjoyed herself for days in the pool, since the water was heated the baby also liked it. The constant watch of the poolguys gave a good safe feeling. Also the playground and kidsclub were very well arranged.
The christmas dinner and show was really nicely done, it all looked amazing from a cocktail tree untill the fruit buffet. The service and staff was extra nice and we were pleasantly surprised.
The highlight of the day for our tolder was the minidisco with the entertainment team which they do in a really relaxed open way for all kids to enjoy.
We went to Hurghada cite, to a souk and a couple days to Luxor (just booked a hotel seperate for 2 nights) We did not do this with the hotel taxi service since he was 3,5x as expensive but through bluetaxi online a great service! The covid antigentest the taxidesk did arrange and that was a great driver who helped us through the proces and with his help we got our results a lot faster than other tourists. We got our negative results on the spot and we were almost dissapointed we didn't have to stay ;)

This was a return visit to this hotel and although not much has changed the changes we did find were not so positive, the outside BBQ meats are very good but are let down by the food inside the dining rooms being just adequate. Also the dining rooms seem to be chaotic as people were constantly having to go and seek clean cutlery, maybe this was an understaffing issue. The rooms are kept very clean by the exceptional house keeping team and are cleaned on a daily basis. The pool bar team are a credit to the hotel with Mamhood and Ahmed working hard with all guests and looking well presented every day, they certainly made our visit with their banter and efforts at teaching us a little of their language. The ladies on the animation team are also a jewel in the crown of this hotel. Vanessa, Demi and Melanie couldn’t have been more hospitable, they were informative of what activities were taking place but not overly pushy which resulted in myself and friends taking part in aqua gym for the first time ever!!!! Very hard working ladies with beautiful smiles every day, always a pleasure to chat with them. Now in to the real issue we had at this hotel, as returning guest we had VIP wristbands which enabled us to use the VIP lounge which we did for mist nights of our visit as it was a lovely place to relax and chat after dinner. However mid way through our stay a “special guest” was at the hotel with his entourage, (apparently a Serbian parliamentarian!!!! Not like any genuine parliamentarian I have ever seen!!! 🤔) this group of people were allowed to rearranged furniture so no one else could sit, played music at an unacceptable volume and were allowed to smoke in a no smoking area, when we addressed this with the management absolutely nothing was done, and in fact staff were helping move furniture and allowed members of the group to help themselves whilst still smoking to drinks behind the he bar. This “special guest” also stopped the activities and music around the pool area as well as and when he wanted. The attitude from the hotel management regarding other guests was diabolical, everyone had paid to stay at this hotel yet we were treated like we didn’t matter. If hotel management can be so dismissive of the majority of paying guests over one “special guest” then it’s a real shame and a bd reflection on what could otherwise be a great hotel.

I arrived with my girlfriend at around 7 pm on the 14th oct 2020 to this hotel coming from England, they scanned our passports and signed the papers and granted us the resorts bracelets, and told me to wait for my room to be ready.. waited by reception for about 2 hours, then after that the reception manager guy, his name was "Abbas" has told me that they never received a booking confirmation from my travel company even though I showed them my email confirmation printed copies with the id booking confirmation, I called lastminute.com customer service costing me over 1£+ per minute while abroad, they just resent another confirmation but again the hotel denied receiving anything as if we were never on their system. That Abbas manager told me it would be a $200 to stay for the night. Where I could simply see thru booking.com that it's not even half of that price, was arround $50, very dodgy, It seemed all like they were trying to fool people and make extra cash using the current situation. When I was waiting there was about 3 people that came up to reception and complain about something, I was very upset and tired from the flight, couldn't deal with this non sense, I left the hotel and literally we were on the streets for a bit, was so exhausted from the flight, I just had to book in with another hotel nearby and spent the night elsewhere, and now I am still chasing to get my money back.
I do not recommend this place. I know lots of people that travel to Hurghada from here and I will make sure to tell them to avoid this place.
Avoid it it is not worth it, no one should be dealing with a manager like that while they are on holiday. I could see that some of the nice workers there where under bad pressure from this manager, I remember "paul" was a respectful guy behind reception and should deserve better, but that abbas manager I really don't understand why he is put in charge there, he was absolutely terrible, so rude and simply unprofessional.
We spent little extra and went with Sunrise Romance adults only, was just so amazing, best service ! but even if you are going with kids there are better places to stay there, do your homework or just ask and get your money worth and avoid bad budget places like this one that will try to rip you off, you are going on holiday to enjoy all your hard work after all.

Been to Egypt a few times, but some all inclusive food can be so repetitive but the absolute best food at this hotel! Has outdoor bbqs with different meats every night. Beach bar does hot dogs burgers chips , The beach is lovely and soft sand, but it’s very shallow for a few hundred metres Hotel pools were cold but were nice after being in sun all day. Had a swim up room which was lovely. Get bottles of water everyday , and cleaner was sound , he left fresh towels and made the bed if you needed , we rarely chose to get the room done. Aqua park really nice and good slides , water rapids in the lazy pool. Drinks really nice loads of cocktail options. Different animation shows on the night at the amphitheatre, all the animation girls are so lovely and get you to join in Zumba and water aerobics , the al cartes we went to was Indian , Mexican and Mongolian was the best you picked your meats , spice and veg , they’d cook it for you and bring it to you, the al cartes you don’t have to book just turn up, we got there between 6-6;15 to make sure we got a seat , they were gone by 6:30 which is when they start. had a class time, defo would come back

We have been coming to the hotel for the last 20 years, and as always we have had an amazing holiday! The reception staff are efficient so checking in is quick and simple, the bell boys take your luggage to your room which is always beautiful and clean, the various restaurants serve nothing but tasty and varied food. The life guards are friendly and hard working and for a small tip there is no need to get up early to find a sun lounger they will do it for you. The whole hotel is always clean to a very high standard. The heated pool is definitely a bonus in march. The hotel is great for couples and families alike. Some staff needs training as I felt they had no idea about customer service or how to serve a customer. A basic for a hospitality business but it was just not to the standard the hotel deserves. I found, specifically reception staff and some of the restaurant staff rude.
Food / Buffet is well below average for an all inclusive hotel. There is almost always food available in various restaurants but variety was very poor. Got bored of what was on offer for buffet after day 2.
Japanese tepanyaki was the best restaurant but you need to book it in advance. Indian restaurant does not have anything to do with Indian but was ok. Mongolian restaurant was worth a try as well.
We were allocated only a double room for a family of 4 and we raised the issue with reception staff, staff rudely responded that that is what we have booked and can't change the room. How is that possible we book a room with 2 single beds for 4 people? Simply would not be able to even if we try to. After Simply arguing with the receptionist we managed to get 2 extra beds set up in our room which left no space whatsoever in the room to move. Hotel was nowhere near full and receptionist could easily swap our room but chose not to. Disappointing and unacceptable service. Regardless we did put up with the squeezed room.
I felt like everyone is trying to sell something and it felt like constant and throughout the holiday like everyday someone else comes and tries to sell what you have already got / done or said no to. I found it annoying.
plenty of swimming pools and easy to find available beds at anytime of the day. Pool by the bar is heated as well as the water park pools but the rest of them are not so a bit colder but I prefer it colder so it was not a problem for me.
Water park was well run and not crowded. No big queues.
Beach itself was good with plenty beds and it is a sandy beach. You will need to walk in the water at least around 10mins to get to swimming deep or you can walk down to pier to swim and see some great fish / sea life.
Taxi to city return is about £25 from the hotel and airport to hotel or vice versa you should be paying approx £20.
All in all it was a good and enjoyable holiday but considering the facilities it could have easily been the one we would want to go back to and unfortunately it was not.

We finished our 1-week holiday there today. Generally, we are very happy with our holiday. With the lack of tourists these days, hotels have probably a difficult time (around 50% occupancy), probably, for this reason, there were few things slightly below "excellent". For example, we played a tennis every day. Tennis courts were not very well maintained (dusty, but as hard surface, no big problem). Anyway, as we told it to staff, they immediately cleaned the courts for us. This type of attitude, helpfulness, was the most positive thing I could bring out. Even, if there was some problem, just tell somebody and it will be solved for you before you're back from delicious lunch. Another example, we asked for advice from an animation girl about a local sim card for cheap mobile internet. She instantly found a friend who just went to Hurghada center and brought us sim cards. Amazing people! One downside was, the local wifi was extremely slow. But as we complained about it directly to the hotel manager, this may be fixed soon ;) I recommend, this hotel is a good choice!

We stayed in Titanic Palace for one week and we enjoyed it a lot. Our apartment was large, well equipped and whenever we signaled anything, it was just a matter of minutes to have someone to fix it!
Personnel is very friendly, customer oriented trying to make everyone happy. The animation team entertains everyone and there are evening shows...
Food is good, could be more diverse, drinks are of good quality. In-between meals snacks (outside main eating times) is just some sweets, nothing substantial, so when you book trips, keep this in mind, there’s roughly nothing to eat outside main hours.
All in all, good stay, clean place and pools, friendly people and good food.

All of the bunglaows are swim up rooms, they are separated slightly from the main building of the hotel, towards the beach end of the resort.
Hi. I upgraded my room via the my booking site. You may not be guaranteed an upgrade when you get to the hotel.
I booked my excursions in the hotel. They may be a little more expensive but it was less hassle than getting bothered by the lucky lucky cheap as chips vendors outside
There are more places to choose from in the Hurghada area.
