What can I say? Our family had an incredible time in this beautiful resort. We stayed for a week on a fully inclusive basis, so food and drinks were endless. The hotel itself is huge with several pools and beautiful gardens. Equally as beautiful were the staff, and a special thanks to Muhammed Aziz at the bar, and Angelo, who was part of the animation team. They all work so hard to ensure you have a great time. Our rooms were huge and well equipped, with a fridge, swim up pool, bath and shower, with all the usual facilities, such as shampoo, shower gel etc. No iron though! The bed was very comfortable and the fridge stocked with coke, sprite and four bottles of water every day - all free. As for the food, breakfast, lunch and dinner offered a lot of variety of options, from Egyptian cuisine to European dishes. Wow! The choice was endless. We really loved our experience and would highly recommend this beautiful hotel, and we have been very lucky to have travelled the world. We paid less that £400 each for flight and hotel! One tip is to shop away from the hotel. There is a place about 15 minutes away by taxi called Nile Pharaoh Shopping Centre, where the prices are fixed and they don't hassle you. We would highly recommend it. We also went to various shows in their disco, again all free, and they were great. Their games room is also good, with ten pin bowling, pool, bollards and gaming, although you have to paid, but it is not too expensive. Overall, a fun, enjoyable and value for money experience. Go for it!

A lot to digest? Read an AI-generated summary of recent traveler reviews.
We visited this hotel during the January holidays, and at first glance we were struck by the large and very green area, a lot of different flowers and plants, and there are places for photo shoots. The reception is very beautiful, furnished in an antique style, with many statues and decorations, there are seating areas, tables, sofas, the lobby bar is open 24/7. Restaurants every day with varied and delicious food, every day some kind of theme from different countries. There are also restaurants serving different cuisines from around the world where you can dine. There are a large number of swimming pools on the territory; in cold weather only one is heated, but there is also a warm children's pool and a warm wave pool on the territory of the neighboring hotel. The sea on the beach often goes away with low tides, but there is a long pier from which you can see a good reef and fish. The beach is clean, you can find a place on sun loungers at any time. The view from the beach is amazing. There are several bars on site offering drinks and snacks. The rooms are cleaned cleanly and well, different figures are laid out from the towels every day, and soft drinks are added to the refrigerator every day. A varied entertainment program, starting in the morning, gymnastics, water games, darts, in the evening every day a variety of shows: dance, competitions, light. In the hotel itself you can find Starbucks, bowling, billiards, and slot machines. There is also a spa center, a diving center, a tennis court and mini golf. For children, there is a children's club with separate animators and a daily program, a separate swimming pool with a set of water slides, a playground with swings and attractions. The hotel has a lot of both free and paid services, from here you can even book an excursion or taxi to the city. Any problem is resolved by management at the first request or complaint, here you can feel safe and cared for. All staff are helpful and friendly. The atmosphere of the hotel itself is pleasant and conducive to relaxation. Here you can find everything for a great time with family and friends. We will definitely come back here again!

The first impression on arrival was accordingly good, the hotel appears well-kept and clean, we were greeted politely, but unfortunately there were problems when checking in, according to the staff an upgrade was not possible, the next day we heard from other guests that they had received a free upgrade, and when booking the hotel the correct number of children was stated, as it was on the website. They then tried to make it clear to us that children are only allowed up to 12 and that we should pay extra because it was stated incorrectly...but when booking each person cost the same anyway. When we arrived in the room, we were greeted by run-down furnishings, cleanliness that doesn't deserve more than a 3 and a non-functioning refrigerator...at least the bathroom is OK and the beds are comfortable. The room cleaning only did the bare minimum for us and that was only adequate, no extra service was provided for us in return for a tip, probably because of the compartment, other fellow travelers had better experiences in another block. The food offers a good selection, but poor variety...the food themes are well chosen but poorly done. The a la carte restaurants were tasty, but nothing special. Food was not available 24 hours a day, which is really sad considering the price. The opening times of bars and restaurants are tight, so you are quickly forced to change locations. Pools close at 5 p.m., slides are OK, the blue halfpipe slide is dangerous and injuries can easily occur. The man at the top of the slide gave me a strong push and I went off the tire, almost falling off the tire. The entire aqua park landscape looks run down and not age appropriate. The selection of children's entertainment is good, but unfortunately there are few activities for adults. The disco is also the location for the children's disco, which nobody really seemed to know about and which is not signposted anywhere. Prices in the hotel are excessively high! Don't shop there, don't sign up for tours! Use the Get Ur Guide app for that...1/4 of the price for the same tour...the supermarket is expensive by Egyptian standards...better to take a taxi for €5 to Senzo Mall...there is a local supermarket there. Ignore the taxi warning sign and take the taxis in front of the hotel, the drivers are super nice, friendly and trust you...the taxis from the hotel are a rip-off!
All in all it was a nice vacation, with a lot of minor flaws. But for the money it was way too expensive for me...950€ for 11 days or (10 days + 1 day departure)...there are cheaper, better alternatives.

Just returned from this hotel. Overall, the hotel was good, if you take out the waterpark. There were downsides, so I'll start with those, although we booked 2 rooms at point of booking (3 adults and 2 children, 12 and 13), when we checked in the person on reception told us that they could give us a large family room rather than 2 rooms, which sounds great, especially at midnight, when we went to the "large" family room, it was a standard family room which they then had to add a camp bed to accommodate, we went back to reception and told them that we were unhappy with this, we were told then that we had to wait till the next day for two rooms together, eventually at 8pm the next day we got this sorted. The rooms are dated and need looking at.
Rooms are not made up till gone 5pm some days, i understand it's a large hotel, but by 5pm I would like fresh towels to shower and an hour to relax before going for our evening meal.
The animation team were very subdued compared to other hotels we have visited, we barely saw them for the first couple of days and then when we did see them, they did a little at 11.30am then at around 7.30pm, we didn't see the energetic animation team we are used to seeing. The day before we left though one of them did appear and wanted to write my review for me, she was rather pushy with it.
The water park was a bit of a letdown, the wave pool is only on twice a day at 11.30am and 3.30pm, the water slides were good, but the biggest one that requires a floaty, you need to carry that floaty all the way to the top, it's one of those that holds 4 people so you can imagine how heavy it is. The lazy river is also only on twice a day at the same times as the wave pool. There also aren't enough rings, so when people get them, they tend to keep them. Also, not necessarily a downside but more an FYI not all but some pools are salt water.
Ok onto the good things. Mufasa who works the pool bar is amazing, he looked after the whole family and always had a smile. The guy who works the grill restaurant, i cannot remember his name but he was also fantastic. One of my children is rather fussy but he made sure the whole family was happy. Each day the restaurant has a different theme (there are 2 restaurants next to each other, make sure you go in both to get the most variety, they are both buffet), there are lots of Al La Cartes to choose from and although they say to reserve it's not always necessary.
Be aware when booking this hotel that Titanic resort and Titanic beach are actually attached to each other, they are one of the same, Titanic Beach is a newer hotel and much more modern, but you get to use both hotels with no issues.

We visited the Titanic Palace hotel in March, we knew that it would be windy during this period of time, but in general we like the weather, warm and sunny. The hotel area is large and very clean, throughout the hotel the paths are paved with tiles, the structure of which does not allow them to be slippery even with puddles and does not overheat in the sun. There are a lot of pools here, we mostly relaxed in the first one because it is heated. There is a bar near this pool, we want to express special gratitude to Islam. This bartender puts on little shows when preparing cocktails, is very friendly to everyone and has an approach to everyone. We like the variety of food in the main restaurant; there is a children's and diet menu, suitable for people with any dietary needs. We also visited a Japanese restaurant, everything was wonderfully tasty, and the staff provided excellent service. If we talk about the room, to be honest, it requires a thorough renovation, the plumbing is in very poor condition externally, the seams in the doorway are visible and look bad. The water pressure in the plumbing is good, we always had warm water. The entire staff is very welcoming and friendly, we don’t often see such a positive atmosphere throughout the hotel. We knew that there are high tides on the coast, so you can only swim in the sea from the pier, but the number of pools on the territory compensates for the lack of the sea. Overall we would recommend this hotel to everyone

The food at the hotel is excellent!!! Great choice! We went to different restaurants every night! Excellent slides in the pool for children. There is a separate area for small children where they will not be crushed by elders. During the day on the beach, you can safely feed your children French fries, burgers, vegetables, fruits, and ice cream! Bars are always open. There is a loft bar 24 hours, for the most persistent. Spa for a fee. In fact, we lived in 2 hotels, since the Titanic chain is here. The rooms are clean. There are so many pools that you can’t count them. If you are traveling as a couple, you will be given a bungalow with a private pool for an additional $20. Unfortunately, they refused us because we were with children, and due to safety regulations, they do not have the right to give us a bungalow with direct access to the water. Because suddenly we won’t keep track. And it is right! It's quiet on the beach! There are no screaming children, they are all near the children's area 😂😂😂 the water is as clear as a baby's tear!!! Of the minuses: for such a huge hotel, I didn’t have enough of a huge show. Yes, every evening there was a mini show, but it took place in the mine hall. Where everyone is a carpenter.

This was our sixth time here and for what you pay is extremely good value for money. Check-in was quick and easy and as we have had in the past we were upgraded to a swim-up room 5142 which was very spacious was very comfortable but was in need of a freshen up. It was cleaned daily and if you needed anything Hussan obliged. As on our previous visits the grounds are very well kept and kept clean but they don't seem to spray no more to kill the mosquitos so beware as we all were bitten quite a few times (even in our room) for the whole 11 days we were there so take something to prevent being bitten or to put on the bites. The heated pool was lovely and warm at 29c but I did use the non heated one every day as it was more refreshing. The bar staff at the pool bar were very efficient and I have to say Mahmoud the bar manager who we met 2 years ago was still as good as what he was the last time we were there, very friendly and always had a smile on his face and looked after us so well and managed the bar very well. Also Naser the pool bar waiter also made sure we were well looked after bringing our drinks to us on our sun loungers. I also have to mention Eslam the cocktail man who we came across down at the beach bar and then he was moved up to the pool bar. He always had a smile and a hug for us so if you want cocktails, he is your guy, his were far superior and made with passion compared to all the other barstaff. I also feel I have to mention Mohamed 174 who was the cleaner near where we sat. He was such a lovely person and always went out of his way to have a chat with us and he is one of those people the most people would ignore but does deserve praise. The hotel has loads of restaurants including themed ones (you can also use the sister hotel next door as they are linked and is only a very short walk) The food is not 5* but there was always something I could find to eat. I have to mention the coffee at the lobby bar was spot on so there was no need to use the Starbucks that's on site especially as you have to pay for them.
Things that need improving in my opinion is the entertainment which we found was very poor so after a couple of nights we didn't bother going again(plus it was very warm in there) Also it's a great shame they still haven't repaired the end of pier which was the best place to go snorkeling and is still fenced off. Overall, this is a great value for money hotel and we shall be returning again next year

We spent 11 days at titanic palace. First off the room we was given a free upgrade on arrival it was cleaned everyday fresh towels and fridge filled with cola water and fanta no complaints. The food is good theres a selection of the al cartes which was all nice, im a fussy eater and managed to eat after a while it was very samey so we nipped to senso mall for kfc or macdonalds. The aqua park is very good and my 4 year old found plenty to do pools are cleaned everyday the staff work so hard keeping the grounds clean. Animation team - Shout out Kima, Fatima, bebo, Lev was all amazing in my honest opinion they made the most effort with guests the others are half hearted look like they cant be bothered to be here the Dj from beach side hes called magdi and Jerry the mic man are so rude the dj asked us do we like the music as we said no he told us to go home if we dont like it very rude man, He caters his music for himself and not the guests and if you ask for a song he literally will start to kick off with the guests and we paid to be here to enjoy our holiday, Jerry caters for beach side and not palace side if your from palace he will not give you time of day. The palace side animation team are so much better. Heres some photos from our trip Jerry and Magdi will be the reasons we will not be returning to Titanic hotels they let the hotel down. Photos added below of the rude staff magdi and Jerry

For the 4th time here, the only reason we come back is the house reef, which is unparalleled in Hurgada, we think one of the most beautiful house reefs. The food is very dry and mediocre in taste. This period it is already packed, no tables available outside, really busy and not enough place to sit quietly and eat, eating alla carte is the best choice but only possible to make a reservation after 1 week.. the rest is already full .
Ultimately, Olga from guest relations helped us with some reservations at the ala carte restaurants and also with another room because the first one had everything wrong with it (no air conditioning, defective sockets and leakage from the bathroom).
Imad was the cleaner of the 2nd room and he did more than his best for us, compliments on his work.
The gym gets 0 stars and that is still too many, there are no dumbbells or cables to train with, the dumbbells are 8/10/20/22/24, that's it.. no air conditioning at approximately 30/35 degrees and no WiFi at the gym the overall picture is bizarrely bad, very disappointed about this.
At the heated pool there is mud instead of grass..
The heating of the "heated" swimming pool is now off and the water is very cold at the time of writing.
The service at the pool bar gets 5 stars, the guys work hard and regularly bring drinks.

We withdrew small amounts of cash from the hotel atm and it was free with our starling bank cards. No charges at all. You can use the Egyptian dollar for everything including tips.
