We can't understand the many good reviews we were so looking forward to a relaxing nice holiday as a family, and it was more of a disappointment and not worth its money The only thing that was really nice is the hotel complex with its pools and slides and the very friendly staff who were always very helpful. The rooms are worth at most 3 stars. When you stood on the balcony, you looked at bulky garbage. It was very noisy throughout the hotel. The biggest pool was occupied by locals who had no behavior. everywhere was garbage, they (adults) even pushed themselves with children to slide etc. The locals were treated better than the Europeans. Had a separate area to eat, were preferred at bars although you have been queuing for a while, got better rooms etc. The buffet was just disgusting. I only fed on toasted bread with jam (only one jam to choose from), rice and vegetables for 10 days. My husband and daughter also dared to do other things, but delicious is something else. There was always the same thing for 10 days. The snack bar had rolls with a touch of meat and 5 fries for each. At 5.30 pm there was a whistle (really with whistle) for everyone to go out of the pools so they can be cleaned. The slides were only opened at certain fixed times and one could not slide consistently. If you wanted to have a drink at the pool bar after 5pm, you didn't get anything or they demanded money. In general, drinking was a joke. It was all poured in plastic cups the size of a larger shot glass, once you got a glass or cup, you were lucky. The drinks were warm and not chilled, so we often bought our own drinks. Waffles, ice cream, cocktails & popcorn were offered. But all this had to be paid extra. Sorry that had nothing to do with All Inclusive and a 5/4 star hotel (touted by different providers with different stars). Last but not least, probably because of the food, we all had to deal with the stomach. The Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby area, but this reminded you more of the Stone Age. Was slow without end or partially didn't go at all. The animation was taken over by young people who tried, but it had more of a children's birthday flair. In the evening there was no variety for guests. Most of them have been sitting around in the lobby area, playing cards, drinking from plastic cups and hoping the Wi-Fi is going to send some greetings home. We made the most of the holiday, but if we had known this before, we would not have invested our hard-earned money in such a holiday.

We chose this hotel based on a friend's recommendation. We arrived at the hotel late at night and were immediately assigned a room. The rooms are equipped normally, we had them cleaned every day. You could tell by the equipment that the best was behind him. We had a bungalow and the access to the pool from the room was nice. As for the food, we were satisfied in the first few days, there was a large amount to choose from, but by the third day we were wanting more, because every day the food is the same and everything has the same taste. In the first days, we were quite calm at the hotel, because there were not many guests. But on Sunday, about 300 Arabs drove in because some of their holidays started and everything turned upside down. Roaring, noise, mess everywhere... They formed artificial queues, we couldn't get to the food. They ate while walking and had pyramids built on their plates. You couldn't sit outside. The only salvation was the canteen for Europeans, where they were forbidden to enter. But there was a minimum of what was out there to choose from. In addition, there was an annoying guy who kept interrupting us during the meal and the show offered a menu for an extra charge. The snack, which was from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., was also quite funny. They were soft, extremely greasy fries fries in dirty oil and a dry bun with a piece of meatloaf. We also had to leave the swimming pool at the bungalows, because there were Arabs all around us making noise. They ate in the water, there was even a bloody pad floating in the pool one day. A short distance from our room was also a swimming pool where only bikinis were allowed, and we had quite a bit of peace there too. We were quite surprised by an Arab woman who walked past us and recorded us on her phone. Evening and beach programs are also only for Arabs. It spoiled our mood and we were already counting the days until the end of our stay. As for the bar, they put drinks in tiny, soft cups, almost everything was warm. What I appreciate, on the other hand, is the pharmacy right in the hotel, they had enough of everything and a small shop with good prices. But I would not return to the hotel even for free.

It was an interesting experience, with plusses and minuses, but on the whole I was very pleased. As soon as you step in their hotel you have the impression you are a small Cleopatra, they are striving to do everything for the satisfaction of His Highness the Tourist! Very clean location, absolutely stunning gardens, very clean private beach! An army of employees toiled hard to keep the expectations up high... and since the poor fellows work for the minimum wage, which is 100 Euro, of course their smiles, care and hard work was gladly rewarded with a small coin. Diluted beverages, hanging doorknobs and the night noise coming from the mosque across the street were compensated with the good will of the reception employees to change the room, the care of the beach employees also the extreme hard work of the kitchen employees to do their best, especially after Ramadan, when the hotel was flooded with families having many children. Special thanks to Said, my diligent black room cleaner on the forth floor of Caesar Palace hotel, who made me smile with his towel art in shape of swans, elephants, snakes aso, and gave me an absolute feeling of being a spoiled princess. Please give him a raise, he totally deserves to be the employee of the month! Thank you, dear friends, you did a great job and your efforts were highly appreciated! Ofelia - Romania

The hotel is clean and that's about the only good thing! Some staff are really friendly, others are just rude! The food is absolutely DIABOLICAL! Zero variety and undercooked. The entertainment is barely there. You get hounded around the pool to go on trips and for a massage etc. The disco and kids club are never open and the games room does not exist. The playground is just swings and nothing else. The beaches sand is so course and the stones are sharp at the entrance to the sea. Also, the majority of guests are Muslim and they are generally so rude. They were filming my female friend and I regularly and asking for pictures! Finally, the pharmacist is rude too, offering me ozempiq injections because apparently I need them! Overall, we were very unhappy here. The only good thing was the company we were keeping. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The food was all the week the same. During lunch and dinner, we had to wait for a table, then for plates, then for cutlery and finally at least half an hour in a queue for meat. The meals were cold. If you come half an hour after starting time of lunch or dinner, there are only rests of the food. There are accomodated many local people in the hotel and they do not stand in the queues. They go in front of the queue, they ignore you when saying them to go at the end, they take even two or three full plates of meat and then, at the end, you can see a waitress throwing away half of their food. All drinks (alko and non-alko) are served in little plastic cups. Everywhere. Not only in the beach, but also in lobby and during meals. So people take rather 2-3 cups per person in one time, because it is really iritating to go for a small drink so often. Really not ecological.
The sea is not suitable for swimming, it is very shallow. There are no corals or fish. It is not suitable neither for children. When entering the sea, there are stones and it is hard to walk.
I really do not recommend this hotel.

Never experienced such a bad hotel. Room is okay, but food is bad. Not a little bad. Chicken every day and that wouldn't be so bad but the chicken is raw inside. If you complain, the chef will give you a special plate of food. The idea is good but you guessed it, again that half-cooked chicken. Staff very uninterested. The guests are mainly Egyptian. Drinking is given in glasses (not clean ) alternated with cardboard cups that are reused. We are forced to eat out every night. In the area also nothing to do so taking a taxi is really mandatory. All inclusive is not really all inclusive, you pay if you want a bottle of beer. But you can get 10 cups of beer..... There are several swimming pools, 2 pools say "bikini only" so you are not allowed in there if you wear a burkini (too crazy for words) and in the pools in front of the hotel bikinis are prohibited. According to the manager you don't want to swim there because of the mentality of the Arabs. All in all definitely not 5 stars. 1 star at most. Worst Egypt vacation in all those years. Even locals say, how did you book hawaii... this is such a bad hotel.

The hotel is excellent, the food is diverse and delicious, the pools are many, the quarters are excellent and the staff is top-notch. We will repeat the visit as soon as the room is overlooking the pool and every day it is cleaned and furnishings changed. Thank you all management for the effort.

Our experience at Hawaii Caesar Resort Aqua Park was deeply disappointing. We arrived with high expectations, only to be met with poor service and an unwelcoming attitude from the staff.
Right from check-in, it felt like we were a bother rather than guests. Simple requests for assistance were frequently ignored or met with rude responses, making our stay stressful and unpleasant. The staff seemed untrained and unprofessional, with some even displaying outright rudeness—something unacceptable for a resort that promotes itself as high-quality.
The treatment left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Instead of a relaxing vacation, we encountered dismissive responses and inadequate service daily. This hotel falls far short of its advertised standards, leaving us completely disappointed.
Overall, the experience wasn’t worth the time or money, and we would not recommend Hawaii Caesar Resort Aqua Park to anyone seeking a pleasant stay

It's a hotel to avoid, at least if it's on an IT basis The eating is horrible, I ate chicken for lunch and dinner for 11 days. fruit there are not only dates, (in bad sour condition) oranges cut into quarters and melon cut into pieces alternated with a type of pear, avocado, sometimes if you asked for it there were very green bananas. breakfast was a shame there was no yogurt (there was a bowl with a type of yogurt without any hygiene. On the chin there were cubes of ordinary cheese that was not cut into slices, as well as a type of salami you could not make sandwiches. conclusion 11 days a eat an omelette, made in car-style oil. drinks to forget white wine 50% water and another sour, local beer served in small glasses one beer was 4 glasses and hot. the hotel itself was clean and the rooms were normal, on the last day at 2 am when I came to leave I was trapped in the room, the lock locked due to lack of maintenance, it was only with great difficulty that I managed to open the door. the swimming pools were well looked after but the toilets some didn't have paper, others the doors didn't close the beach is no good, there are rocks and mud at the bottom and the water is 1 m high, it was clean but we had to wear shoes to avoid hurting our feet. Nightlife doesn't exist, there are some speakers playing music and little else. Thematic restaurants exist but I haven't seen them and no one has to pay for it, for example eating seafood of dubious quality is €40. NET is only in the reception hall and very weak, the rooms are not available only if you pay ??? and I don't even know the value because I only found out about this possibility on the last day. There is also good beer but you have to pay €3 It was a vacation that I will never forget for the worst reasons Of course, I filed a verbal complaint with those responsible for the hotel and restaurant, but from their faces it wasn't strange, according to conversations with other local tourists who were staying at this hotel, this was the worst in the area when it comes to food and entertainment, as we heard each other at night. other hotels with animation finally, if you want advice, choose another hotel

Terrible hotel, disgusting and not at all clean. People in hotel were helpful only when you gave them additional money. Had to wait endless lines for food, had to eat everyday the same food, because when something ran out, they didn´t fill it again. People behaving like pigs, food was in the pool, on the floors, tables, mixed in other food, just everywhere. Drinks only in miniature platic cups that were also everywhere. Our bathroom didn´t work well the whole week, eventhough we asked at the reception at least three times to get it fixed.
