Big rooms but a little bit stinky, needs more cleaning and maintenance. Half of the hotel is furnished while the other half is neglected Even the name of the hotel is not lit The room service is about a bit slow but they are very polite and helpful.

Let us comment on some points of your review. We admit that the hotel didn’t correspond to your standards. We apologize for the poorly prepared and stink room on the arrival day, your remarks have already been transmitted to the HK manager for the implementation of stricter control of the staff work. Why didn’t you contact GR to change the room? This issue could have been solved very quickly. Your remarks about the HK staff have already been passed to the General Manager; corresponding trainings have been conducted to the staff. My friends and I much enjoyed staying at this hotel. We enjoyed the service. Staff is very polite. Rooms are clean. No disturbing roommates. Beach is sandy and very clean. Animation staff is friendly and very easygoing. Some night shows were breathtaking. No concerns!
