It was our first time visiting Egypt, Premier le Reve made our first trip a great experience. The hotel is well maintained, the staff are friendly, efficient and always smiling. The location is perfect, right on the beach with a jetty to walk along to get into the sea. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfortable. One small thing to mention is that in the evenings the entertainment can be quite loud, but we did feed this back to the hotel. Overall, fab experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel.

Just back from two amazing weeks at the Premier Le Reve, could not fault this hotel at all, so clean and tidy all areas of the hotel spotless. Rooms were big, bright and airy. Great selection of restaurants, good food and fantastic waiters. All staff are superb from the reception staff, the room boys, especially Mohamed, the gardeners, the pool boys, especially Abdo, Sayyid for helping us with our towels in the morning and Sherif for making sure my sunbed was always in the right place and of course cannot forget Carlos Nabil, simply the best, making sure we had plenty of drinks during the day round the pool. Cannot wait for our next visit

We've recently returned from a relaxing week for my birthday. Everything about the hotel was brilliant, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Most All Inclusive hotels when you arrive after 10.30pm give you a limited cold buffet, not here, we had a choice of 6 different hot dishes, a full salad bar and lots more! Our room was stunning, my hubby had emailed them to say it was my birthday while we were there and they kindly upgraded us to a suite - it was huge and the bed was so comfortable. The food was outstanding, there were 6 different restaurants to choose from (Buffet, Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Mediterranean, and Italian) The Gala Dinner on a Thursday was jaw-dropping - I've never seen anything like it delicious. The team was amazing and really attentive. The pools and beach are kept immaculate, during the day Carlos works tirelessly to ensure you are kept hydrated and knows your order after your first day. Carlos is a credit to the hotel, always helpful and happy greeting everyone with a smile. We will definitely be back …

Amazing service, fantastic food, can’t wait to return. I cannot eat gluten, even cross contamination makes me very sick. The hotel was amazing, every restaurant I went to went out of their way to make me delicious gluten free food. I ate the most amazing delicious food I have had since being gluten free. I cannot recommend this hotel enough from the service around the pool, in all bars and room. Wonderful friendly staff and a beautiful hotel.

After staying at 3 other hotels in the past 3 years , we decided on staying at The Premier Le Reve. Wow we were not disappointed, and this hotel beats We stayed in September , and an excellent hotel the staff are brilliant & the food is excellent we stayed in room 2313 the room sparkling clean & all stocked up The food in the main restaurant and is very tasty and also the other three restaurants. all waiters are looked after us so well with smiling faces . After staying at The Baron Palace 3 times, we decided on staying at The Premier Le Reve. Wow we were not disappointed, and this hotel beats The Baron hands down. We stayed in July, and quickly returned this September. Everything is just 5 star and above! Our room was a suite with the VIP included. The room was spotless, lots of drinks, beers and wine replenished, and a fabulous breakfast in the room on our last day. Our favourite restaurants were the Society, The Italian, and The Ossiano. but all of them are fantastic! The food is to die for! The staff are a credit to the hotel. Big smiles every day, and just a fantastic service. We were treated like family members! I'd like to mention every single member if staff for their hard work, but must mention: Mahmoud M Ragab in the VIP, he is fantastic, and now a good friend. Alongside side him Eslam Hussin again another good friend. Both guys looked after us so well, and we had so many giggles with them. The guys at the Pool Bar, Ahmed, Blue Eyes, Mickey...always had a coffee waiting for us in the morning and such friendly chats with us. Every day we had lunch at the Ossiano, and had the best service daily from Yasser and his team. It was fantastic. A big mention too for Omnia and Naser Tantawy...so hard working but always took time for a chat and a smile. Mr F is a fantastic manager. Always around the resort chatting to the guests, asking if everything is okay. Our room cleaner Hussein in room 2324 was brilliant. And his towel creations each day for us. We also want to mention Mahmoud from July who cleaned room 2322. He was superb. So friendly and brilliant at his job. A massive shout out also for all our drinks at the beach from Elnouby, he was around all the time with a drink for us. Overall, the chefs, bar staff, cleaners, and management make this hotel an absolute pleasure to stay in. We've had 2 visits within 3 months, and we are booking again for next June. This has to be the best hotel we have ever stayed in.❤️…

We spent a very relaxing week here. Our room was fantastic and we were well looked after with our room fridge topped up with our favourite drinks daily and wonderful towel art. We were in rm2325 and had WiFi in the room and a great view of the pool and sea view from our balcony. Food was great, I'm vegetarian and had plenty of options. The gardens were immaculately kept and everything spotlessly clean. Staff could not do enough for you, however, at times it did feel like some guests got 'special' treatment, either due to being returning guests or I imagine giving big tips. My only real criticisms are that they need to do something about those who reserve their sunbeds by 7am by putting towels down and then not appearing until lunchtime or later, meaning there were no free beds by the pool unless you joined in and got up early and reserved your own bed! Not what I would normally do on a 5* holiday! It would also be useful to have some hotel information available in the room with restaurant opening times, spa and gym opening times etc. We tried to use the tv to book a speciality restaurant but the dates were January 2070!!! Was lovely to see the hotel manager walking around daily and engaging with guests and he was there to shake guests hands and say goodbye when we left the hotel at the end of our holiday.…

What an excellent hotel the staff are brilliant & the food is excellent we stayed in room 2310 Mohamed kept are room sparkling clean & all stocked up with drinks & toiletries when we went for food in the main restaurant Mostafa nasr looked after us so well & Hassan, & Farahat what a legend & cant forget noura 9always had a smiling face & showed us to the best tables & kept us stocked up with coffee in the mornings also Abdullah kept everything clean & tidy in the evenings at the pool bar Mousa is a star always had a drink for us a smiling face & good conversation now the last person to mention is Carlos nabil that guy is a human dynamo kept us stocked up with drinks round the main pool when we were sunbathing we had a brilliant holiday will definitely be returning very soon

A fabulous week away. Friendly and efficient check in, with a late meal put on for the later flight arrivals (11.30 - 01.30) The hotel facilities are excellent. # Great pool # A fun pool bar / evening entertainment # The main restaurant food choices are great. # The rooms are very comfortable with plenty of space. # we enjoyed the Mediterranean and Italian restaurant, but whilst the ambience in the Japanese is good, the food was not the best we have had, despite paying a supplement for the Lobster. The standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable, including the pristine poolside toilets (not always the case at many hotels but important as most guests use these facilities on a daily basis!) We also went on the Hotel affiliated boat trip, where we were really looked after and the snorkelling was spectacular (see other trip advisor post for The Dolphin House). Some useful info and feedback for the hotel management. 1. WiFi is a massive negative. When we arrived we could only get it in the lobby, and after a few days we also had it in our room, BUT nowhere else in the hotel, particularly poolside where it would be particularly helpful. 2. The staff throughout the hotel are excellent and very friendly however the Reception Team not very friendly and let the rest of the hotel staff down ( I am surprised this has not been addressed given previous feedback I have seen on trip advisor and these people are key to the guests experience…. all of the rest of the Team as I say throughout the hotel were excellent with a special mention and thankyou to Carlos working down at the pool, and Henry at the Lobby bar 🙏🙏 3. Booking of restaurants on the TV facility in your room can be a bit hit and miss, however if you struggle go to the desk by reception where the lady helping us was superb, but be prepared to wait as there is only one of her, and sometimes a few guests waiting. Overall the hotel is very good and its great that the Hotel Manager walks the hotel and pool side gleaning feedback and engaging with guests. We actually organised a private transfer to the hotel, but when returning used the TUI bus which was great, particularly as it went straight from Le Reve to the airport and not ‘all the round the houses’ to lots of other hotels. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a fly and flop but would not do more than a week👍…

Although we paid extra for a room with a sea view, the hotel gave us an "upgraded" room without the view we were hoping for. We complained the next day to reception but were told we should be happy with the room they gave us. The main restaurant is good and the staff are friendly. Those hoping for authentic cuisine will probably find the theme restaurants disappointing. We tried the Chinese and Italian restaurants and enjoyed neither of them. The Sky Pool reopened during our stay following maintenance. We only stayed a few minutes, however, after we noticed white paint floating in the water.
