I really liked the service it was very amazing and the staff was really helpful and playful with the people they interact very well with people too. I also really liked that when you walk into your room you find amazing decorations made with your towels and the rooms are clean always and the food was also amazing it had variety of things to choose from to eat. Also all the parties that we have with the staff and with everyone it was really incredible including the pool party that we had everything was so fun and crazy everyone was also so happy I wish whenever people come to the hotel to also have this happiness that I felt at this hotel too. I stayed at Pickalbatros Aqua Park between October 27 and November 3. We were very satisfied with all the facilities offered by the hotel: large rooms with balcony/terrace, very comfortable beds, large bathroom with shower (towels changed daily, hygiene products-shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, toothbrush set, slippers). I had access to all 6 restaurants of the complex (3 adjacent hotels); very good food, fresh and varied. Menus for both vegetarians/vegans, children's corner, Asian food, oriental cuisine, Italian restaurant - at every table. The complex has an aqua park with slides for all age categories, more than 15 in total. Countless swimming pools, of various depths, with jacuzzi, with hydromassage. In the premises there is a sports base with Olympic pool, running track, ultra-modern fitness room; access to the Olympic pool is paid, 5 euros/day.
Access to the private beach is by shuttle bus every 30 minutes, but basically you cross the street and enter another Pickalbatros complex, a maximum of 10 minutes on foot to the beach. Sunbeds, chairs, umbrellas, lifeguard, area demarcated with a net (sharks), bar on the beach.
Reception open 24/24, very kind people. 2 ATMs inside the hotel, souvenir shops, market (I don't understand why, you have everything included), pharmacy with room delivery, kids club, football fields, tennis, ping pong tables, billiards, animation program all day (stretching, aqua gym, children's entertainment).
I went to the SPA center for 2 relaxation massages. Everything fixed as it should be.

The food was bad, choice is small. Bathrooms in the rooms smelled like canalization, had to change the room but it was still the same. Housekeeping was just changing towels: had to give the tip to at least make them take out the trash. Will definitely not go anymore.

This isn't my first time in Albatros hotels however its my first in the aqua resort. Pros: the aqua park The food is nice in the Italian restaurant Cons: 1)precautions and sanitization for the pandemic very very poor 2) extremely crowded 3) housekeeping isn't wearing masks while they clean 4) no one is abiding by the social distance 5) most workers aren't wearing the face mask right 6) cleanliness is poor 7)the aqua park isn't safe there is no life guard up to slides to control when to slide in order not the HIT one another after sliding 8) before I came I called numerous times to ask about a couple of things and to book my stay they don't answer what soever the one time they answered they said no availablety. Then when I looked online there was availablety!!! 9) the staff isn't friendly AT ALL except chef mohamed at the pizza and omelette station so friendly
The food is average not wow in the Mediterranean restaurant I can't believe Albatros reached this low level tho I stayed in Albatros white Beach a couple of years ago and it was perfect really.
I am Really really disappointed.

The FB staff very rude and unpolite. We felt like there is a woman discrimination. If you ask them for ice for your already hot cocktail they give you one peace of ice and laughing in your face. In the morning the waiters asking you every 2 min " have you finished " if it seems like you are not because still eiting and have food in the plate. Every day the same, and you feel like they want you to go. The " BIG MANAGERS" very unpolite too. All day talking on the phone running around and when you say good morning to them they even not look at your face. The food is very very poor and bad quality. Very cheap food. No variation at all and the two " a la cart restaurants " it's not a la cart at all. Another kind of cheap buffet. The beach. What I can say. Very bad organisation too. There is a designated place and sunbeds for the guest from the hotel but always busy and ocupated from guest of the other hotel nobody control this. So, very bad vacation fif us. Loved our 2 week stay at Aqua Park the pools are fantastic for the kids, the slides are fantastic great to keep the kids entertaned and lifeguards all over for peace of mind. The mini disco is awesome and keeps the kids entertained they often went off with the entertainment staff who are awesome, The shows are great just a shame not held in the pool terrace with it being such great weather in the evening. The Internet unfortunately didn't live up to expectations only accessible in the room or by reception and not round the pools for someone who runs an online business i found this to be annoying. Onto food it was fantastic something for everyone even my awkward 8 year old the only downside as English people is we love an English Brekkie and that wasnt available. The restaurant staff were all so helpful and attentive we even got a special dinner which was out of this world we asked for seafood and they delivered! The cleanliness of the resort is 5* literally everywhere is spotless. Would definitely recommend the hotel to people for an amazing family holiday!
