I really liked the service it was very amazing and the staff was really helpful and playful with the people they interact very well with people too. I also really liked that when you walk into your room you find amazing decorations made with your towels and the rooms are clean always and the food was also amazing it had variety of things to choose from to eat. Also all the parties that we have with the staff and with everyone it was really incredible including the pool party that we had everything was so fun and crazy everyone was also so happy I wish whenever people come to the hotel to also have this happiness that I felt at this hotel too. And a special thank you to the staff in Aqua Park Resort.

We stayed at Albatros Aquapark for 2 weeks in March and April. This was our second stay, having stayed there last year already.
Coming from Europe, we have absolutely enjoyed the warm weather, swimming in the pools and using the slides.
The food is good (it helps a great deal that you can use the restaurants of the neighbouring hotels as well, especially if you stay as long as us).
Rooms as reasonably clean and well stocked.
The best asset of this place though is its staff. From the receptionists, the doormen, the cleaners (who would suprise your kids w towel snails, cobras etc.), the waiters,

Loved our 2 week stay at Aqua Park the pools are fantastic for the kids, the slides are fantastic great to keep the kids entertaned and lifeguards all over for peace of mind. The mini disco is awesome and keeps the kids entertained they often went off with the entertainment staff who are awesome, The shows are great just a shame not held in the pool terrace with it being such great weather in the evening. The Internet unfortunately didn't live up to expectations only accessible in the room or by reception and not round the pools for someone who runs an online business i found this to be annoying. Onto food it was fantastic something for everyone even my awkward 8 year old the only downside as English people is we love an English Brekkie and that wasnt available. The restaurant staff were all so helpful and attentive we even got a special dinner which was out of this world we asked for seafood and they delivered! The cleanliness of the resort is 5* literally everywhere is spotless. Would definitely recommend the hotel to people for an amazing family holiday! Special thanks to Kristina who found my ring after I lost it I cannot thank you enough!

The food was bad, choice is small. Bathrooms in the rooms smelled like canalization, had to change the room but it was still the same. Housekeeping was just changing towels: had to give the tip to at least make them take out the trash. Will definitely not go anymore.

This isn't my first time in Albatros hotels however its my first in the aqua resort. Pros: the aqua park The food is nice in the Italian restaurant Cons: 1)precautions and sanitization for the pandemic very very poor 2) extremely crowded 3) housekeeping isn't wearing masks while they clean 4) no one is abiding by the social distance 5) most workers aren't wearing the face mask right 6) cleanliness is poor 7)the aqua park isn't safe there is no life guard up to slides to control when to slide in order not the HIT one another after sliding 8) before I came I called numerous times to ask about a couple of things and to book my stay they don't answer what soever the one time they answered they said no availablety. Then when I looked online there was availablety!!! 9) the staff isn't friendly AT ALL except chef mohamed at the pizza and omelette station so friendly
The food is average not wow in the Mediterranean restaurant I can't believe Albatros reached this low level tho I stayed in Albatros white Beach a couple of years ago and it was perfect really.
I am Really really disappointed.
I don't recommend it at all during the pandemic

The FB staff very rude and unpolite. We felt like there is a woman discrimination. If you ask them for ice for your already hot cocktail they give you one peace of ice and laughing in your face. In the morning the waiters asking you every 2 min " have you finished " if it seems like you are not because still eiting and have food in the plate. Every day the same, and you feel like they want you to go. The " BIG MANAGERS" very unpolite too. All day talking on the phone running around and when you say good morning to them they even not look at your face. The food is very very poor and bad quality. Very cheap food. No variation at all and the two " a la cart restaurants " it's not a la cart at all. Another kind of cheap buffet. The beach. What I can say. Very bad organisation too. There is a designated place and sunbeds for the guest from the hotel but always busy and ocupated from guest of the other hotel nobody control this. So, very bad vacation fif us. Not recommend this hotel at all. Please management, think of your computation and your staff behavior.

I can highly recommend this hotel :). Satisfaction in all aspects. Beautiful surroundings, currently with tasteful Christmas decorations, everywhere clean, plenty of space to walk, plenty of swimming pools, sports facilities and restaurants - also within the neighboring hotels of the same hotel chain. Rooms: housekeeping top notch, comfortable mattresses and pillows, sheets and towels smell clean, internet connection in the room reliable. Food: Tasty - perfect all-inclusive service. Daily meat in several ways, fish, seafood, various side dishes, plenty of fresh and steamed veggies and fruits. Water park: for all ages, big slides and water slides are pretty cool, heated pools are awesome, especially the one under the straight slides :) Great animation team. Beach: nice, clean. Looking forward to the next time!

The quality of food is terrible and barely any variety at all. Some of the staff is really rude particularly the waiter at the main restaurant. The only polite staff is who is doing worst jobs such as cleaning. Isolation is awful m, because you can hear everything what is happening in the hall. Slides are ok. Music is very loud and just for Russian population and completely awful. Would not recommend. In the restaurant no one is wearing masks and in the leaflets given about Covid guidelines not even one thing is followed.

We have stayed in Albatros aqua park for 7 night and it was great holiday, firstly it's near to the airport so we arrived quickly to the hotel and welcomed with smiling and fresh welcome dring then we filled the application to check in the receptionist was very excellent and professional he gave us the room key and all information about the hotel then the luggage carried to the room and it was very nice room and cleaned also big enough for us with new furniture,the cleaner so honest and attentive with us .the staff of the slides so careful with all the guest on the swimming pool, about restaurants we allowed to use collection of restaurants in the other hotels for this we found a lot of food variety and for sure tasty like beef, steak, pizza,meat, the staff in restaurant very very professional and polite also in bar Columbus and Olympus they were very very professional services. the entertainment during the day super and different everyday... really we were very happy and we will come back soon.. Finally we enjoyed and recommend this hotel for all guests.

Second time in this hotel and i will come back Thank you for all staff specially housekeeping which made very nice cleaning for my room . Nice food . Nice aqua park . Pizza man at the kids pool was very friendly and he remember us Please if you can make dinner till 22:00 At the beach have to be more time not only till 5p.m .
