The hotel has lost is character is bland and dis-jointed especially since taking over the resort next door... However the newly decorated rooms are very nice and you cannot complain about one single member of staff - they are are all very very helpful and friendly... The lack of character makes the place feel like an airport terminal with dodgy plastic art everywhere and un matching furniture...

...Can fault the dance music from one of the bars which is still going at 1.30am You just love a full night bass dance party from across the water park. Reception useless… music off at 11…… definitely off by 12….. no it’s on until 2am every night!...

Visited Jungle Aqua/Neverland 24th November to 8th December 2022 for our 7th visit.Another fantastic holiday at this special hotel.Loved the two new restaurants in the new reception building.This hotel and all the staff Just gets more and more amazing each visit.A special thank you to Mahmoud Saad Shehab for the lovely room and Mahmoud Gamal in the Jazz bar, but to be honest, all staff from gardeners/cleaners/waiters/chef’s/bar staff right the way up to Management are all fantastic and do a marvellous job.The only disappointment was having to leave before the official opening ceremony of the new water park on 9th December...

Our room looked just how it was described, the atmosphere was great, we had a pool straight next to the room...

...But Colonies , jazz bar , lobby and Columbus are great teams ... Mahmoud saad always sorts my room ...

...Disgusting rooms , you would have to keep fighting with them to get in a new room … The worst food ever , low quality materials , no variety.. to cut it short , the owner is trying to compensate the money he spent for the new Aqua park extension and the tiny amusement park by providing the lowest quality food you may ever see at any 4 stars hotel ...

Upon going out of the room to find some, another housekeeper walked past with a trolley full of clean towels but initially refused to give any, saying that our own housekeeper would be along with some soon... The coffee and sugar provided in the room was also not replenished... Additionally, when cleaned the room was always cleaned to a good standard...

...Checkin was smooth, we got a nice room but was on the the first floor, we spent 1 night in that room before getting a room on the ground floor the following day due to mobility issues, it overlooked the aqua park and was close to the main building... The room was average and housekeeping was okay...

Tareq (room 5689) was a very friendly house keeper who always wanted to make sure that everything was ok and that was had everything we needed... He also made the room special for my boys birthday...

...We stayed in 5400 area in Alf Leila and rooms were very clean and modern, and the pool right outside was perfect for us...

...Upon check in we were put in the wrong room type, we had booked a bungalow and were put in a block of rooms, we went back and complained stating that this is not what we booked and they agreed to move us the next day we thought that was sorted out but no we were moved across the road to another block which was near construction and was so loud! So we once again went back and complained only to be told that they did not have the room type that we booked but they said that they would move us to a second floor new room away from the construction and we had wasted our entire day waiting for this room change so I just accepted it and got on with the rest of the holiday thinking it can only go up from here...

...We stayed in room 4075 a renovated family room with a door to seperate the room which was nice enough...

...Right after arrival, the nice staff took care of us, showed us the rooms, and we immediately settled into a beautiful room with a view of the hotel's aquapark...

...The rooms we were given were in a construction zone... The room was full of mosquitoes and everyone was eaten by mosquitoes... And pooped on the room floor and clothes... For more than an hour, I explained at the reception that they are not allowed to accommodate people in the construction zone and demanded a new room... After a sleepless night and 5 hours of demanding, we were placed in other rooms...

...The new rooms that have been built are indeed an upgrade but because they are now two storey they lack the personality of the original little bungalows. The new dining rooms are more like cafeterias than the other restaurants... We found each evening most people were using the old facilities much more than the new ones...

...The staff are really nice Mokhtar Gamel was doing amazing work keeping the rooms clean and was very helpful and nice over the whole holiday...

...Mahmoud saad always sorts my room . He’s even let us keep the pillows mum bought there for next time with our usual room number on it ...

...Our rooms were 2128 1051 and 1052 we were also joined after a couple of days and there room was 2098. The only downside was when we checked in as a family of 9 with 3 rooms they were not all together, even though we had requested them together beforehand and at the desk...

...He skipped my room many times or just came to my room at dinnertime to ask if I still want my room cleaned...

An awful experience.. this is a totally overrated resort . It doesn’t deserve all this money you pay for nothing... Based on my personal experience the hotel was surprisingly bad and i don’t recommend this hotel for the purpose other than aqua park (i believe best in Egypt), The reception staff attitude is unprofessional (although they did a goodwill for me at the check in time) (part of the hotel checkin policies is illogic but at the end the staff is doing there job no matter what) Although the room is quite big, the furniture is way old and not comfortable, there are ants on the room... Overall experience, i don’t think i will visit this hotel again unless i pushed by my children to go, so they can enjoy the aqua park and other activates (which i believe is a heaven for a certain age)...

...Unfortunately, this is not enough to make me want to spend over £10k again (3rd visit) so won't be coming back nor recommending it to anyone...

Meal times came and there was NO allergen information, my partner has a severe nut allergy and I had been speaking with guest relations before we had even arrived to ensure that food would not be an issue for him and I was assured that we would have a meeting with the food and beverages manager upon our arrival which we did not and every time I tried to speak with someone about this I would get put through to room service!... If we asked staff what food was safe they were unable to tell us, I never managed to get any info on food for my partner and I had to taste test all of his foods before he ate them, we had an issue as well where we asked which cakes are safe at the bakery and we were given a few that he could eat, I once again tried them first and immediately upon biting into it there were peanuts!... Now for some slightly more positive experiences we had some lovely evenings at the bars, especially at the Colonies bar, Mohamed was amazing and nothing was ever too much, he would greet us every evening and remember which drinks were our favourite and make sure that we always had something new to try... The lifeguard at the pool by our room was also amazing and always saved us sun loungers and had towels for us, he'd play along with us and help us onto our inflatables and retrieve our ball for us if we accidentally threw it out of the pool... Our cleaner was also wonderful and would always bring us bottles of Pepsi and cans of beer...

...Our room in the 4000's was lovely with a separate sleeping area for the children. Our cleaner Atef was excellent, kept the room very clean and topped up with water ect everyday... The pizza place at lunch was nice too... We didn't have any problems with getting/queing for food or getting a table anywhere... The ice cream, pancakes and waffles were was nice but definitely need more people serving and more counters around the hotel as the ques are very long for this!... Also the drinks bar in the evening at the disco area needs more people serving as it takes a while to get served!... Most of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel... Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again...

We enjoyed our days by the pool and Nonose and Marley from the animation team always had time for a chat and made us feel included in all aspects of the day’s entertainment... We enjoyed a VIP evening hosted by guest services, and met Julia and Josie who were really lovely and went on to make our stay even more enjoyable... ...Everything well maintained and staff enough everywhere. Lifeguards at all pools to keep us safe... I recommend to start at the restaurant next to the reception on ground floor... Hotel staff is very kind and accommodating... They simply just poured alcohol in the glass and soft drink on top... Cleaning staff very kind and helpful and our room was nice and clean every day...

Breakfast ends at 1000 in most the restaurants (0800 in UK time) the only breakfast open until 1030 (0830 uk time) is other end of the grounds... Waleed Mustafa is the best drinks man at Jungle Aqua Park by far. He brings his drinks cart around the pool area which is always fully stocked with plenty of variety for everyone...

We were five days in this beautiful hotel and liked it very much. There are a lot of restaurants and we could always find enough dishes for us and our children... The Aquapark is very very big with so many slides for adults and also children...

This was our 5th visit to Jungle Aqua... The huge new reception building and the new waterpark area look very impressive, although the water in the new waterpark could do with being heated at this time of year... The new Rockin Burgers restaurant is worth a visit and is a definite upgrade from the old Club MC restaurant...

Second time now staying here, first time may 2022 second Feb 2023 after seeing the amount of refurbishment and expansion works going on we had to come back again!... There's so much to do you never get bored, slides, entertainment, daytime activities like darts and pool foam parties... The shuttle bus to the beach is efficient but can be a little to busy... But the snorkeling opportunities are amazing with lots of species available to see... The new area rooms (7000s) are outstanding!... Spacious, clean, and in a great location... When leaving for our minibus for the airport 3 staff from the downstairs lobby bar had finished their shift for the night and hurried to help load our luggage into the minibus which was very thoughtful and much appreciated... We can’t wait to return to this resort in the near future... Think we’ve fallen in love with it as they really can’t do enough for you and this makes this hotel stand out from the rest we’ve been to...

...The hotel is very spread out and rooms are like little bungalows dotted around the pools. Rooms were cleaned daily and beds were very comfy, towels nice and fluffy... We took our son and his family and they loved it, the waterpark was enjoyed by them all...

...The choice of food was lavish and well spread out from continental to Chinese Mediterranean and so on. The aqua park was superb and also the performers performing throughout the day were really goof...

...He brings his drinks cart around the pool area which is always fully stocked with plenty of variety for everyone...

...The new dining rooms are more like cafeterias than the other restaurants. We found each evening most people were using the old facilities much more than the new ones...

Our room looked just how it was described, the atmosphere was great, we had a pool straight next to the room... There are a lot of pools in the hotel, planty of activities, amazing waterslides and many many more... We will definately recommend it to our friends and family...

...The food was really good for everyone as you could sit in one restaurant together and go into all the others to get all the varieties of food around, also barbecues. The waiters in Le Marche and Mediterranean were helpful especially Mahmoud Gamel and Ahmed A. Elhady The main bar under reception A Elhady A Rabo always gave a welcoming service...

We came early morning, got bracelest directly and could go to breakfast. Then we had to wait for room untill 10AM which was okay even with small kids because we stayed next to pool while waited... Room was spacious, clean with terraase right next to pool... Each few houses has their own pool (due there is 16 pool in the hotel)... However there is some staff comes every few hours with beverages next to pool... There is 5 or 6 restaurants opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner, during our stay they opened anotherone next to aquapark... Beach us about 5-10 minutes away with bus which is coming every 30 minutes from hotel reception... There is bar and restaurant for lunch aswell... Animation team was cool, they had usual activities as any hotel in Egypt, amazing was specialy minidisco for kids...

...From the check-in (we came in the hotel 4 hours before check in time and still we got a room in 2 hours after announcing ourselves at the reception), to the friendliness and helpfulness and competence of the staff, to the cleanness of our room (special thanks for that). Facilities are great, quite a lot of slides for all ages and interests.aqua park exceeds expectations - well taken care of and with amazing staff... Everywhere you go, you're next to a swimming pool -huge plus when with kids... Food was amazing, choice from several different restaurants and for 7 days, there were no two similar dinner or lunch... Breakfast has options for everyone and is always near you, no matter in which part of the hotel you are staying... Everything is well organized and there is not a single moment you can feel blred...

I booked Jungle Aquapark for 9th aug- till 16th aug... Jungle is the best hotel ive been to... You can walk to Dana Beach, its 2km... The Senzomall is just 5 min walk and is a great place for a good coffee, Ice cream or some shopping... No, not when I want to take a shower and go to dinner.... I just asked for some clean towels and let him leave...
