Only just got time to write a review of this fantastic hotel. It was our first visit to Egypt (and Africa) but we will be returning next year.
Holiday was from 4-18 January, just me, the wife and two daughters. We stayed in room 1086, which was slightly to the left of reception (90 seconds) but behind the main part , so we had our own pool plus a bit of privacy.
The staff are excellent, so friendly and professional. Special thanks to Salah (lifeguard) Mohammed (drinks trolley) and Alice on reception - but all of the staff go out of their way to make you feel special.
Food was brilliant, 6 restaurants (Italian, Med, fish, German, Chinese, and Club Mac), but as well as that they have BBQ on with different meats all the time. What I did like is unlike other places you can go in, pick your meal and take it to the room if you fancy breakfast on your balcony. One night my youngest was tired so we went for tea and the staff helped us back to our room with food/wine and we eat in the room.
If it's your thing then the beer is served straight from Stella bottles into your glass, none of the plastic watered down stuff you get in Europe, red and white (Egyptian) wine is top notch too.
The main part is where the entertainment is in the morning, plus the pool is really warm. The beds near your apartments are actually beds with pillows! Really comfy and you don't have to move with the drinks guy walking round all day.
There's entertainment in the evening, a karaoke type bar, plus a singer and main stage. Definitely enough to keep you interested.
Our room was great, a sliding door that gave us and the girls privacy, a shower area that's big enough to sleep in with piping hot water. We also had an internet box (not my thing but I have a 17 year old!) so the Wifi was spot on. Nobody goes on holiday to watch TV but there is a flat screen showing Premier League football (3 games on a Saturday) so it's nice to have on in the background whilst getting ready) as well as music channels and the ever depressing world news.
Waterpark is great, loads of slides and the water was warm enough even in January. You must try the kamikaze!

This was our third time Hera and it never fails to disappoint. Don’t be discouraged that this is an aqua park, there is a number of rooms that feel secluded and relaxing around the many pools. We spent our nights in the Jaz Bar and have to say these guys work their socks off and how they remember what you drink is amazing. Only back home a week and missing all our new friends and our old friends. Everyone from the cleaners to the gardeners always smiled and said morning as we passed. Lots of restaurants and outside buffet style eating although this was a bit chilly in January

I stayed with my family (wife and children (aged 10 months/2 years/4 years) in March 2020.
The hotel was a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly throughout and really accommodating. My daughter has allergies to a number of foods and they couldn't be more helpful, even preparing especially made dishes for her and having a meeting with us when we arrived so they knew exactly what they could do for us.
The hotel is so clean throughout, not a single piece of litter in such a large complex. The flowers, grass, gardens and scenery are maintained and washed daily. The staff always have a smile on their face and always willing to help. There are multiple restaurants on site and each of them serve different foods. The only drawback would be that they close a little early, sometimes 9pm which can be difficult if you get there late.
The swimming pools and aqua park section are great. The children's section is not too deep and there are slides for all ages making it an enjoyable experience. Candyfloss and Popcorn is also available as a snack option if you are hungry. The adults section has a great variety too with virtually no queues.
The rooms are really spacious and cleaned daily. We had abit of an issue with the tightness of our shower but that was quickly resolved after one phone call. The staff honestly could not do enough for you.
The entertainment options for children are endless. From mini disco, face paint, on stage performers, magicians, dancers, games rooms, desert parlour..there is honestly something for everyone.
My only issue throughout was that our room was in the corner of the complex so it became quite tiring to walk back and forth to the restaurants for breakfast and dinner, especially with small children. In future, I will request a more centrally located room.
Otherwise this was a fantastic hotel and aqua park and we hope to be back in the future.

My mother and I visited jungle aqua park in March for an all inclusive weeks holiday. Whilst at the hotel we use their spa facility and paid for a spa treatment. We were told the treatments would be women only and we would only be see by women. We paid for an open ticket.. to which, when we showed up to the spa they were not very accommodating. They fitted us in much to their disgust, rushed us into a changing room and stood there and watched us as we got undressed, the entire treatment was rushed, not only that but part of the service was overseen by men and we were watched in the jacuzzi by men. We complained the next day after feeling very uneasy and violated in a sense. To which we were told we would receive a full refund, this was good as my mother was very upset and it had ruined her birthday. To which then the staff took a photo of my mother's card both front and back? Which we were very weary off and said we were not happy. He said this is what he needed to do to issue the refund.
They then made us sign a piece of paper to say we were happy with the hotel.
To this date we have no recieved a refund, I have emailed the park and recieved no correspondence! The hotels customer service is disgusting and I will never stay with them again.
Also if your thinking of booking excursions I wouldn't do it with the hotel. We had booked to do something every day and every single one of them got cancelled. I even cancelled one of the trips that I had originally booked because the rep said I would get it cheaper and then he charged me more than I paid previously.

Me and my mum visited Hurghada and was originally booked at another hotel (Mirage Bay) which looked nothing like the photos we left there and booked online for the next day at Jungle Aqua Park. Check in was not till 2pm - then we contacted Jungle Aqua Park late at night 00:15 and asked if we could book in early as we was without accommodation and was due to arrive tomorrow they where so helpful on the phone and said we could come and they will help us sort something. From the moment we called the staff where very helpful and let us come once we arrived we was welcomed by the reception staff who where so helpful and accommodating. The room we was given was beautiful could not fault it one bit. The cleaner comes to clean your room every day and all the staff are so caring and polite would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The restaurants are beautiful and the staff try there best to help you get the best service possible. All the staff at Jungle Aqua Park have made our holiday so enjoyable.

There is no main restaurant !! yes I am not kidding they distributed the main restaurant dishes on an area of four restaurants, the distance between the first and the last restaurant is not less than 200 meters (this is mad), which resulted in unusual queues and overcrowding FYI ,The hotel management says that these restaurants are specialized restaurants and they are far from that . You can create your own dish in a period of not less than 30 minutes and walk at least 500 meters back and forth, rice is in the first restaurant and chicken in the third one while the deserts in the second restaurant, but if you want to drink tea or coffee after dinner, you will be in a big problem because you have to leave the restaurants area and go to the nearest bar (something that pushes you To madness) Note: one restaurant contains fruits only and not deserts, while the other contains sweets and not fruits The check-in process took more than two hours (chaos pervading the reception area and front desk) the check-out process was no better. Advice: If you leave any piece of sweets or biscuits in your room for a period of no more than minutes, your room will be filled with ants immediately, My advice to you: Eat All your biscuits before ants do in the room, I found endless stains on the sheets, dirty bathroom and toiletries boxes (, and the matter was addressed when I filed a complaint In short, the service and food experience in this hotel is a harsh experience that I hope not to repeat

Just returned from 2 weeks at jungle Aqua. Upon check in We we're allocated room 1226, good location and nice enough room, we was asked by Muhammad if we'd like an upgrade, said their was no catch and to come back and see him tomorrow. Arrived at reception the following morning and was moved to Room 6225, the room was absolutely amazing, very spacious, brilliant location and facing the water park. The room was cleaned each day with fresh towels but we had to ask a few times for water/drinks for the room. The food in the restaurants was of good quality but you had to walk around a few of the restaurants to put a meal together. The Waiters we're really friendly but on a few occasions we saw the waiters just clear the dirty cutlery off the tables and not clear the whole lot. Some of the guest's especially kids we're picking food up with their hands and then putting it back, we found two lads licking their fingers then wiping them on the deserts which put me completely off. Bartenders we're friendly and came around regularly asking if you wanted a drink and bar areas we're always kept spotless. Kids entertainment in the evening was face painting and mini disco, my daughter really enjoyed this and the staff we're brilliant. The only bit of criticism being they didn't come around the kids water park to say what was happening in the evening. As we we're leaving on Monday we saw a notice board had been put up which was a good idea. The aqua park is brilliant, special thanks to Muhammad around the kids water park for putting towels on our beds and giving us fresh towels each day, he was brilliant with the guests young and old (er) ones. All the staff we're really friendly, helpful and kept the pool area's clean. one definite must is to take some water shoes, the floors are absolutely scorching and the steps upto the big slides can get slippy. Building work is being done around the site and they're working 24 hours a day to get this completed. This didn't bother us at all, we we're quite close to the building works going on and very rarely heard a thing. The grounds around the whole complex we're absolutely spotless, staff we're always very busy maintaining gardens and making sure everywhere was clean and tidy.

Our stay at Jungle aqua park was fantastic! Very helpful and polite staff at reception. All around hotel was nice and clean. We had big double room which was very clean the mini bar was filled in everyday also we have recieved a full plate of fruits on our first day. Big restaurants delicious food and drinks the waitresses were just fantastic very polite and so friendly! Alot of activities were going on during the day by the pool good music was played aswell. It is a great hotel to come with small children there is lots and lots activities for them to do, mini disco in the evening. The animation team was fantastic very cheerful and very friendly people😊 8th of March for womens day every single lady had recieved a red rose from animation team which was so nice of them made all women smile!😊 Show times in the evening were good, everyday before show time there was a movie playing such as the lion king and of course many more! Its a great idea to spend time for adults and children! Aqua park was great fun! fake waves and slides were great everything was safe to use. At the end of our stay we were invited to vip dinner. Good music was playing lovely food and drinks and the show was brilliant with belly dance and dervish show! Highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Just to say it is fantastic hotel with fantastic staff hopefully to see all of you soon! 😊

Spent 10 days at jungle aqua park and this is are 5 trip to Egypt but the first to jungle aqua park.
Staff are amazing and so friendly for the little pay they get and the hours they work
Mohammad in the jazz and bar Mohammad the pool bar waiter for block 1068 was amazing and so polite.
Tarek and Mohammad the lifeguards were so friendly and we’re very helpful very good members of staff and made are trip with all there kindness.
Food is amazing,we have stayed in Egypt and this food is far superior than anywhere else with have stayed You pick a plate up and walk from restaurant to restaurant it’s excellent. People who complain about the food are crazy there is always something to find to eat.
Drinks are very good,beer always freshly poured from new unopened bottles never flat like other resorts.
Only complaint would be that there’s not more heated pools and that the evening entertainment isn’t great but again not to much to ruin your holiday.
Excellent position of hotel,shops within walking distance and marina and hurghada are only 15-20mins in taxi for 200 Egyptian return.
Rooms are clean and tidy,a little dated in places but we are in Egypt and the Middle East/Africa so what can you expect great overall.
Are children enjoyed all the slides and waterpark,they could also do with having the pool floats/inflatables up and in use more than just the Monday.
Lifeguards are everywhere and never a pool without at least 1 x lifeguard sometimes 2 or 3 to a pool.
All in all an excellent holiday and would definitely return to this hotel It’s by far one of the best we have stayed in in Egypt.
Well Done to jungle aqua park and keep up the hard work.

Ps give a little tip here and there they really do appreciate it and they are only on around£100 a month so it really really dose help them As they work such long hours and are easily the most polite and helpful staff we have experienced on a holiday.

We selected Jungle Aqua park mainly for the water park. It was a positive surprise that the restaurants and complete area was so lovely. Only some of the pools were heated, but that was no obstacle. The food was fantastic and plenty. Staff was very kind. We stayed in a room, that could fit 4 persons and we were very happy with the room. WIFI was free, available everywhere and suitable for everything but streaming. Would like to come back sometime.
