The hotel is old. Sunbeds are awful. Towels are old. Max 4 *. Food so-so, but enough. I liked the sea for its warmth and beach. Many locals try to serve first and foremost (kitchen, towels, beach). Wild place, almost nowhere to go. There are not enough people

It is very good hotel with very good staff the food is quite good they have two swimming pools one is quite calm and the other plays songs the animation team wasn't the best but they were trying very hard so I think it may not be the best place for kids but it is the best place for couples who are searching for privacy with a nice view😍, the good was very good, all the rooms can see the sea and you can see the photo. The only problem that there is no free wifi available at any place and the mobile signal in some places was dead; but overall I liked the hotel and I will go back for sure

This was my least favorite place I have ever been to, & I have been to some terrible places. Let’s agree on something, that I was there in a very crowded season, that’s a fact, that wasn’t my fault, another fact. I went there last year by the end of the summer, during a feast holiday here in Egypt. Me, my husband and our friend went to relax and have some fun before going back to work, it wasn’t out first option but it was our last. Once we arrived it took forever to check us in, we traveled for almost 6 hours on a bus and we were exhausted and we only wanted comfy bed and a shower, sadly that had to take like a WHOLE HOUR to get us to our rooms. We booked with a very imp agency and they gave the hotel the notice very early that a new group is coming but I guess the hotel was not ready for the holiday or the many groups that arrived and it was terrible. Finally when they showed us to our rooms it was group floor garbage view!!! It was in the basement or something, it had NO lights (like sunlight) in and looked like we will have so many rats sleeping with us tonight, plus it smelled like a toxic waste of insects powder, it was horrific and we didn’t agree on taking this room and we went back with to the front disk, that’s when the fight began. The supervisor at this time told us they don’t have any other place for us to stay and that’s what they have at the moment, and since we traveled so much and we already booked a while a go and we paid and that I arrange booking as a job, we couldn’t take it, we kept arguing with the supervisor and finally we told him if you don’t have better rooms for us and no ground floor, please give us our money and we will leave at the moment for a better place that can actually have good service and better manners of a working staff. Then our trip organizer got involved and tried to make things better and after another half an hour we got a better room, but our friend had to wait until the afternoon for a room with a king size bed, and she couldn’t unpack or change her clothes and had to wait all this long until 2pm to get another room. Meanwhile my husband and I went to our room and we called her and she said she will take a nap then head down and see, so did we. After we woke up we went back to the reception and they did give her a better room, with sea view but still on ground floor, she agreed even though the windows were not the kind that you see what’s outside but no one sees you, nope, anyone walking outside can see through, still she took it and the first half of the first day passed. BUT our mood was already dead that we had to fight and argue for a good room. Around dinner when we went to ask about trips for nearby cities or villages or whatever, we saw that supervisor we fought with once again, we tried not to talk to him but he came and apologized for what happened and said it was all because of the high demand and stuff, and wished us a nice time and tried to be nice, and since we got some sleep and food and we were in better shape we were okay about it as well. As for the place itself, well its ranked 5 stars but honestly I wouldn’t take it that serious. Rooms: they were kind of gloomy honestly, the view from windows is great but the lighting inside was not good and the beds were not comfy at all, it was very poor from this point. Staff: other people working in the hotel were okay, not very nice but not rude either, maybe except some of the chefs working in the restaurant who were nicer as they served food. Food: Food was very average, but there were SO many people and they had to reserve so much stuff and refill the dishes more than once, so I kind of forgive them. Beach: it was good, clean and clam and the water was a bit shallow so it doesn’t need an Olympic swimmer, it was the best part of this vacation being in the sea. Pool: I didn’t swim in the pool but we sat there at night and it was nice, in the morning I guess they do some activities around it like sports and stuff as well. They also had some surfing and parasailing activities but I haven’t tired any of them. FYI, they have two pool areas. Our biggest scare was GEKOS, they are everywhere and some of them are as big as a small crocodile, and yes one FELL ON ME when I walked in my room (heart attack alert), and my friend found two of them hiding behind her traveling bad and that was peachy! Not sure if the wood or some kind of plants keep them or what, but they were everywhere and that was disgusting.
