I was here for 10 days. The place is horrible, the rules here are absolutely strange. You’re not allowed anyone else in your room apart from yourself. I had made some new mates at this resort and we couldn’t even hang out in our room. After midnight if you feel like going for a walk to the beach, a staff member will follow you down to the beach and just stand there watching you, no privacy or anything whatsoever, if you ask them to leave or stop watching they say no. The rooms are absolutely horrible and just always falling apart. I sat on my bed and the bed stands literally fell off on one side. I had to get my mate to lift the bed up while I put the bed stands back on because they only came to fix it the next day. I payed for $25 of internet for 2 people for 1 week in my room which isn’t a bad deal... but the internet literally didn’t even work in the room, I would have to stretch my arm over the balcony to get any sort of connection. I’d go to reception constantly to ask to get it fixed and all they would always say they would and never do anything. It was until I asked for a refund, an entire day later when they finally got it fixed and just put an internet modem in my room.. They have very nice people and amazing staff there. The only people who my mate and I found very rude were the reception. They didn’t really seem to care too much about problems we had, as they were the people we would ask. All they would do is say they’re gonna do something and not really do it. You’d have to ask many times to actually get something done Overall this place is a horrible place to go to and I do not recommend. There are most definitely better places around Hurghada, do not choose a Hawaii place

Stayed at this hotel at the end of Feb/March. Lovely hotel, usual buffet food (could always find something) only downside was the disposable drink cups, they dont hold more than a mouthful and try carrying more than one at a time lol. We used uber to visit the marina. Had a great meal at che guevera. We also used canary tours to visit senza mall and luxor (amazing service) thank you aladdin

I was supposed to stay for a week here , I ended up staying just only 3 days. The worst experience ever, do not waste your money going there. The Rooms: Dirty, old and stuff don’t work. First day the toilet did not work. The magnifier little mirror in the bathroom was broken. When the room got “cleaned” the diapers of my baby were left behind for 3 says.the beds are setup again well but no new white goods are given. Food: This is the worst part. Every single day they serve a large variety of food which would be great if the food tasted well. The food has no taste at all. It’s looks old and refurbished and you just don’t want to see how it looks because it wanna makes you throw up. When trying to eat personnel cleans the dishes , the problem is that they do this so loud and dirty right I’m front of you. Due to the sound of this my baby woke up shaking multiple times each time they they threw the cuttery into their cleaning carriage. Ow did I mention that you have people selling you drinks while dining, this happens in a 5 star all-inclusive hotel ??? Staff: Overal they are friendly but completely in professional. I let’s be honest it’s just slavery so you cannot blame this men out there. You see the same people from the morning till late at night. Dirty clothes , sweating and not laughing very often. In the kitchen als the “cook’s “ are dirty dressed and they done look professional either. Man in Suits: You do have a bunch of men walking around with multiple mobile phones , not caring what happens around them pretending they are important and always talking through the phone.... the whole day!!! And never , never they ask a single guest how every is going. I never makes reviews but I had to make this one it was just awful. And when I went to de desk to say I wanted an early checkout they sent me to management to explain why. I laid out every detail and these men wanted to give me an upgrade to a “special expensive room” with “special food and treatment”. I told them that I don’t want that. That when you pay for a 5* this sh*t should have been there as default and what about all the other people who are eating jail-food why should I get something and they not. Equality is what everyone should get. I already made arrangement to a real 5star hotel and wanted to ran out there ASAP. In will spare you more details ... just dont go there and waste your money.

We were there with our baby 1 year old. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly. A big choice of food in both restaurants. Last night we had dinner in the Mediterranean restaurant and it was delicious. The beach was clean I just don’t liked the stones 🤣 We wanted to change the room bcz we had street view and it was not a problem, payed just a little more and become one other with great beach view. The only one that I didn’t like were the elevators bcz there were too small for such a big hotel and the most time u need to wait 5-10 minutes to get inside.
