Sinbad exceeded all our expectations. We got back yesterday and already miss it so much. First all of - you cannot beat the staff in the hotel! They are all amazing - waiters/cleaners/animation/lifeguards/security/reception ALL so happy to help and make yo feel welcome! The hotel is spotlessly clean - and you constantly see staff cleaning. The cleanest hotel I've stayed in by a mile! We found the food to be fantastic- so much choice and the A La carte resteraunts were fab! The Italian was our fave due to the staff being so friendly in there! The Aqua park was so much fun with the lifeguards being fun and not too strict whilst also making sure everyone stayed safe! Our kids loved it! Kids club was fantastic - our kids would run to see Dil/Marilena and Sophie as they treated them more like family! Felt so safe having my kids spend time with them! We found the drinks to be OK! Just be careful what you chose - lager was good, vodka pineapple was nice! Your in a foreign country so don't expect the same as UK and you'll be fine!! Also shout out to Mad Max who was a fantastic part of the animation team aswell as Sophie who would always come and see us every day/ night and we had some good games of botcha ( not sure if that's how it's spelt) with her! The shows at night become a little repetitive and everything is over by 10pm which is a shame! Maybe some more interactive shows would be better- there's alot of dance shows which can get a bit boring- I think when we come again we will venture out a bit more on an evening. However my kids loved mini disco!!
We stayed over NYE and all I can say is WOW.. the effort put in to that event is like nothing I've ever seen!!! It was amazing!!! Thank you for an unforgettable start to the new year sinbad!
We are already looking to return this Christmas as I can't imagine not visiting this hotel again. This is the first time ever my children have cried leaving a hotel! Says it all!

We visited Sindbad club in July with my children and my mum. The staff were fantastic, so helpful and accommodating. Our air con wasn't working the 1st night, but within 30 minutes of it being reported to the desk, staff had been and fixed it. We found the rooms clean and of a good size. The staff put fresh towels and bedding on everyday, we often had lovely designs left on our bed as well!! The tea, coffee, milk and bottled water in the rooms was also replaced as we used it. The beach is accessed out of the back entrance and across the road, security guards being on the entrance and exit to ensure that only guests access the hotel and beach. The beach is beautiful, clean and with easy access. The bar there serves snacks and drinks as part of the AI package. This is also where you find the submarine. This is well worth paying for - myself and my husband had THE best time down there! My husband even got to sit up front with the captain. An excellent way to spend a morning!! The swimming pool was always clean, lots of sunloungers available and never felt overcrowded. We didn't use the aquapark much but the time we spent in there was good. A good selection of flumes and a section for smaller children. The food we found to be really tasty, lots of choice and friendly helpful staff. My kids are very very fussy but they managed to find something to enjoy every day. Pasta cooked fresh to order, same with eggs and omelettes. Really lovely food. There are plenty of shops just outside the hotel, it's very quiet in the day as the temperature is so high, but the street comes alive in the evening. Lots of people, both tourists and locals. Street vendors and shopkeepers vie for your business and sometimes you have to be quite forceful in saying no, but generally it felt quite safe and we had a few enjoyable nights wandering up and down. All in all we had just the most amazing holiday and we will be returning to the Sindbad Club hotel!!

i spent four days in Sindbad club . It was an amazing experience that made me want to repeat it again next summer . Cleanliness is the main title of this hotel . chefs and waiters are commited with masks due to corona virus . everywhere in the hoteli found sanitizer bottles that actually more safe for me . the aqua was great and clean and safe. the clean the ground and the doors a lot to make us more safe . The set menu was a great idea and very successfull everyday the menu was different and the main dishes were great the variety of the dishes made me comfortable with the idea of set menu . Big rhanks for chef Josif , mister Guirguis the sea also was great sand and clean no plastic bags or any trash . at the end it was a great experience for me .

We arrived at the Sindbad Aqua in Hurgahda on January 3rd we were booked into our rooms with no hassle at all, our luggage was taken to our rooms by porters on arrival. We had a family room for 3 and a double room both on the 2nd floor overlooking the pools, they were clean and quite big, fresh bedding every other day, fresh towels everyday, the cleaners were cleaning all the time and nothing was too much trouble for them.Mohamed looked after us well everyday by the poolside near the water slides,nothing was too much trouble for him he's an asset to the hotel, food was excellent and we had a good choice, 100% clean throughout 100% good staff, private beach a short walk from hotel with excellent facilities plus a lovely restaurant to relax in with good food.

On arriving at Hurghada airport it was a breeze to the hotel only a 5-10 min drive. we was greeted and handed over to the hotel by the Egyptians TUI rep. we where told to sit in the lobby area while the staff started to check us in. quick and easy process. staff would take all baggage to your rooms without hassle. all reception staff where great and Mollie would do anything for you! the bar man on an evening in the lobby he would do anything for you. during our 2 weeks there we was able to get a sun bed at any time off the day throughout the complex, the water slides and park are spotless and are cleaned nearly every hour. food at the resort is gorgeous something different every night. we ate at both the Italian and Asian but liked the Asian more! the rooms in the aqua park side are modern and spacious and cleaned daily with clean beach towels, bathroom towels and bedding. Mohamed our cleaner always had a smile on his face. we went to the evening entertainment but found it boring (no offence) we sat in the sports bar and had a couple of drinks then went into the aqua side lobby where it was quieter. we love it so much we are coming for a month in November!

The location of the hotel is great, it's in the center of the new Memsha promenade. As for the rooms, service, internet etc. : the rooms are great with comfy beds and a great balcony which can have a view of the aqua park or the pool as per your preference, they are very clean as well and you can request room cleaning daily if you wish. All the staff are very helpful and pleasant including the staff at the reception , the restaurant and the animation team as well, so don't hesitate to ask for assistance. As for the internet, there isn't wifi in the rooms or at the beach but you can browse the net at the reception. The beach is great, not crowded , the sea is still so great for swimming. There are lots of fun activities during the day and night provided by the animation team, of a wide variety so there's something for everyone. The team is really enthusiastic and friendly so you've always got something to do. All in all- great vacation!

We stayed at Sindbad Aqua club for a week in January it was great checking in was a little slow but got there in the end the hotel staff she very attentive we arrive on the Monday at tea time and we were given a choice of two rooms both on ground floor like requested nice clean rooms, fresh towels every day beach towels were a really good addition I think! Tuesday at 10am-12.30 then 2.30-4 it was kids club and it was amazing Nina the kids club leader she was amazing with my daughter Evie. Nina was just so amazing and we miss her very much! The bars are good placed around all the pools so your never far away from one. Pools were the kids go is warm the slide pool is lovely and warm but the pool for under 12 with the 3 beige slides that pool is freezing! The wave pool never went off the whole week we were there. The food was good same thing in the buffet restaurant just different names the other restaurant were great Al Din was my favourite Lebanese food was so yummy!! Beds were comfy and clean bathroom was clean. Water given every day fridge in room was good and cold turned some water in to ice it was that cold. Life guards are always on there job looking out for you making sure your okay and safe they did a fab job and with banter too really nice people!! Now downsides the man selling the submarine trips was so over bearing it put us off booking constantly asking not leaving us alone trying to get our kids to go see the submarine even after telling him no maybe just cut back on that a little trying to sun bathe or chill out around beach and he was there pestering us. Apart from that lovely hotel lovely facilities lovely staff kids club was 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Relatively clean hotel. Rooms get taken care of on a daily basis, although most of the time floor doesn't get moped and you can see bits and pieces still there from before. Some of the showers are quite outdated and uncomfortable (especially for women) to use as shower head is under an usual angle, stuck to the wall and you can't change the position . Rooms have strong air conditioners, not so strong fridges, safes, hairdryer. I had to disinfect our hairdryer first before using it , as it was covered in dirt and dust in most places. Staff (cleaners, bar, reception, pool) are mostly friendly , especially if you tip them every now and then. Sometimes it was awful watching those poor guys wearing suit trousers and shirt and running back and forth in 40 degrees weather. Food is lovely , although yes most people did complain it was mostly potatoes, rice, spaghetti, chicken and beef. But to be fair chefs were constantly experimenting and adding different dishes every now and then. Let's face it , it's not Ritz. Still you can find most things you d like....except for ice cream, strawberries or cherries. If you were lucky to find it, it was for kids only. Or you could go outside to the local shop (right opposite the back entrance you use to go to the beach) and get yourself what you need. Drinks are served at the pool starting from 10am, lobby bar from 9am.
Town comes to life in the evening, you have lots of souvenir shops when you step out of hotel, restaurants, bowling, nightclubs etc
Two warnings i have for you : beware of taxi drivers and sand storms. Taxi drivers need to make a living so they ll try to rip you off, even if you have preagreed the fare before getting in the car. Sand storms happen quite alot and my advice, stay in your room, cause you ll end up with lots of dust in your lungs even if you think sand storm was not even thar strong

we are 4 friends who holiday on a regular basis. this was our 4th visit to Hurghada staying at various hotels. We all agreed that Sindbad was by far the best experience yet. We will definitely stay here in the future. We used the BOTANICA restaurant to eat, the food was good and there was plenty of choice, the staff were excellent. we enjoyed every meal. The rooms were clean and have everything you need. it is an Aqua park so it is a busy hotel, but that was fine by us. the pools and beach were lovely and the staff were always friendly and helpful. In the evening the Heavens bar is very busy, as it that whole area, so we used the Fakhr El Din hookah bar, much quieter with large screen sports, the bar staff looked after us very well for the 2 weeks. a small tip here and there pays dividends. we took advantage of the a la carte Asian meal in the SAWATDI restaurant which was fantastic and a must. There is wifi, but with so many using it it can be slow, that isn't important to us, but when we wanted wifi went went out across the road to the local bars just before McDonald's where it was one english pound for a large bottle of beer and strong wifi. their food was good too. Stayed for 1 week. Room was basic but extremely clean. Tv, fudge, hair dryer and air conditioning. Room cleaned and towels changed daily. Beach towels also provided at no extra cost. Beach is a 10 minute walk outside of the hotel. Again very clean with food and drinks available. Only down side was beach sellers trying to get you to book trips or beauty treatments. Plenty of choice of food for all meals. Only problem we found was there were a lot of birds in the outside restaurant. Although there is net trying to stop the birds a lot of food is on open display so you very often saw birds landing and eating. All inclusive drinks were like fire water other than the local beer. Lots of different nationalities in the hotel so hard to keep everyone happy with entertainment. Probably wouldn’t return unless it was a very good price

Depending on when you come and how many beds you will need. My husband and I have been in June and September/October and never struggled. The staff around the pool,aqua park and beach will arrange beds for you without issue
There are more places to choose from in the Hurghada area.
