We loved everything about this hotel , the rooms are spacious clean and comfortable The staff are amazing and go out of their way to ensure you have an incredible time , with the management regularly walking around the resort and checking everything was to your satisfaction . The food is tasty , varied and plentiful. The pools are clean and great for cooling down in . The are various bars located around the resort serving hot drinks as well as alcoholic and non alcoholic cold drinks . including a very welcome swim up bar .
The clincher for us on this occasion came when the airline cancelled our return flight - the staff at the hotel did everything possible to ensure we could stay in the same room for the extra four days , while making sure that we paid the best price we could possibly get to save us costs where possible

We arrived herejust under a week ago and have another week to go Firstly I’d like to say We have stayed at many 4 star all inclusive hotels over the past 10 years with our children and feel I am able to make a fair and reasonable review
The resort itself is lovely clean and well looked after, pool cleaned every morning, cleaners mopping around the pools too. Slides are amazing but pls be aware that if your child is less then 130cm tall they will only be allowed to use the children area and not the bigger slides
The hotel room we had was family room with 2 rooms, was ok, clean but needs a little attention…doors and frames need a good scrub Nets need taking down and washing they had stains on Air con wasn’t working that good but they did sort this asap Rooms Cleaned daily…you won’t get the cute bedding models unless you tip the cleaners
This hotel could be sooooo much better A lot of staff are rude and have no customer service or manners, we have travelled to other African countries and know for sure it isn’t a culture thing Some staff stand around and don’t acknowledge you when they clearly have seen you approach the bar
Some staff are absolutely amazing but most give me the impression they do not want to be here and it shows how they serve you
The food isn’t great it feels like it’s a mish mash of cuisines Thrown together and the dinner hall feels like a work canteen and we didn’t feel taken care of and felt quite stressed, unless you tip your unlikely to be served drinks at your table for dinner, again just feels lazy and messy
I think the managers need to have a good chat with all staff about service and friendliness A lot of the time they don’t seem bothered even to where my 8 year old asked what is wrong with that man mummy!!!!
Maybe some Comment cards in reception and incentives for staff would help to motivate the staff
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to the service, customer service is huge and needs to be addressed it’s really let the hotel down
Entertainment are the main thing that keeps moral and people Enjoying their day around the pool and massive asset to the hotel for sure ✔️

We have just returned from a 2 week stay here, when we arrived everything was good, check-in was hassle free and the concierge took our cases to the room for us. The room was fantastic with a king size bed in one room with a lockable door and the bathroom in between with another room the other size which had twin beds. The bathroom had a massive walk in shower, each room had their own TV. We were on the 2nd floor with a balcony and pool view. The room was cleaned every day with clean towels and bedlinen changed when needed, however, we only got 2 big towels between 4 of us, even though the clean knew there were 4 of us. Clean pool towels available everyday, plenty of sun loungers available also. There are 4 pools, and the water slides are great fun, one of the pools has a swim up bar, which is fantastic, lifeguards are on hand at every pool. Most of the staff are great and friendly especially Mohammed Ricch he always always smiling and happy and every time my husband queued up and Mohammed saw him in the queue he would always say sit down I will bring them over to you. There is also a free bus shuttle down to the beach at Titanic Royal and you can use the snack bar down there. Two things that let the hotel down a little were the reception staff who did not speak very good English and found it hard to understand what we were saying and on occasion had quiet a poor attitude. After a week the food began to become a bit repetitive and if you do not like sea food on a Monday that is all that is available apart from Chips and plain pasta. We went to the Al Carte restaurant twice and both times the food was lovely, staff however, different matter.

We have visited Hurghada on various occasions but Titanic exceeded our expectations in every way. I have never experienced better service in a hotel, everyone had a smile on their face and they were excellent with our 3 year old son. The food was fantastic, a wide variety to choose from in the main restaurant and many options for kids and babies. The snack bar particularly stood out to us, the food was always tasty and the staff were excellent. As soon as they saw us coming, they ensured to greet us with our usual drink orders! The slushy drinks and ice cream at the pool bar were a hit with our little one and all part of the all inclusive which we thought was great value. Additionally, the lobby bar is open 24 hours so there is always somewhere to sit and have a drink. I recommend the coffees in the lobby bar if you like good quality coffee. They even have iced coffee!
As a family with a toddler, Titanic was perfect. Our son looked forward to the mini disco every night and the shows always kept us entertained. The foam party organsied by the animation team was a definite highlight, we loved it! The aqua park is fantastic for all ages and the pools were lovely and heated. There is a great quality playground open all day and evening so there was always something to keep our toddler entertained. They even had a massive screen with a projector showing the world cup matches, we really enjoyed sitting there and watching the games. The atmosphere was perfect.
Our room was gorgeous and the bathroom was full of amenities (more than most hotels provide). The housekeepers kept it spotless and we always arrived back to a fresh and clean room after a fun day by the pool. Our room had a beautiful pool view with a chair and table on the terrace to relax on.
There is a shuttle which takes you to the sister hotel to enjoy the beach which was another highlight for us. The shuttle goes every 15 minutes between the two hotels and always leaves on time according to the schedule. The beach was very sandy, no stones or coral so perfect for kids. There was an excellent Chef called Somaya who made delicious food at the beach snack bar, her service was excellent, always smiling. She is a very talented chef and an asset to the hotel.
Most importantly, the General Manager, Mr Tharwat was always present and ensured the hotel was running smoothly. He always took the time to greet us and make sure we were having a lovely time. He is a credit to the hotel and in our opinion the best GM we have come across. We highly recommend this hotel and certainly look forward to returning in the near future. Thank you to all the team for your hospitality. We are very sad to be back home!

Mum and 3 children, cheap holiday so not expecting 5 star, reason for booking this hotel was the aqua park. Good-slides etc, lots of them. Service from majority of staff. Ok-food doesn’t have much flavour but enough variety. Rooms alright but could probably do with upgrading. Bad-air con doesn’t work in our room, hopefully this will be fixed soon as still here. MOSTLY reception staff attitude. Checking in they made me WhatsApp a confirmation, never had that before. But the thing that has really annoyed me was on the first day one of my sons lost their towel. I know the rule stated no towel card and £15 fine but I’ve had other hotels not concern themselves with this, as realistically they have the card and the towel is on their property somewhere! They laughed between themselves at reception when I asked if there was anything they could do, and then asked me the exact time of when I lost it??!!! We were by the pool all day, they are kids, who knows?! They said they would look into for me but didn’t even take my room number, so now we are a towel short for the holiday/have to pay the £15 fine for what they still have. I think it’s the small things like this that make or break a holiday and that if some thought went into it they would realise that letting us have another towel card would be a lot better than leaving a customer with a sour taste for the hotel.

Been shut for refurb, still isn’t finished? So many trip hazards around the resort. Food was ok, just repeated. Cleaners must have changed our bedding 2/3 times out of 17 nights. Manager was unbelievably rude. Reception manager (Mohammed) was amazing, friendly and helpful. Kids entertainment is shocking, nothing during the day barring darts? Kids club children have to be with an adult and the staff didn’t speak a word of English. Half hour entertainment of a night at 8pm, same every night. Managed to beg after numerous complaints to have Christmas entertainment inside, then had to pay £175 for a table at an ALL INCLUSIVE resort? Apparently that was for the wine… two cheap bottles cost £175. Shop inside was a complete rip off, charged me £18 for 4 bags of crisp, went back the morning after to question and he was rude, threw £10 back at me and said he over charged me.. Asked for a carton of milk for baby .. told no apparently had to pay until I questioned what’s included in the all inclusive? Pools where freezing, we expected cold with it being December but advertising heating pools and only having one baby pool heated was poor. Only a handful of the staff where helpful! We love to tip the helpful staff but one afternoon we overheard a member of staff being told to put tips in the tip box as he was taking more than his manager, disgusting. We tipped because they went above and beyond for us and our families!!!

We came to this hotel as a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens). From all the reviews we had read we thought we were on to a winner however that was short lived! We have stayed at many All Inclusive resorts across the world and this hotel is the worst!! There is only one restaurant within the hotel and the opening times are limited. After 22.00 the main food service finishes and only limited food available to eat till 23.00. There are no snacks available only drinks 24hours a day. Room service is a waste of time they just turn up to your room with random leftovers no choice available! So if you don’t eat during the day then you’re going hungry. Late dinner is soup and bread with left over salad from the day. The Al a carte restaurants you need to book days before and pay extra (we never got a table as always fully booked) Bring thermos flasks as they only use reused plastic cups that are about 10 years old and only rinsed through with water. Someone also took our towels away whilst we went for lunch and when we went to reception the manager said he couldn’t give us replacements until they had checked the CCTV??? 2 out of the 5 of us ended up with diarrhoea so not great. Staff are always tidying and clearing glasses etc but I didn’t see anyone cleaning any food prep areas with anything more than a wet cloth. After spending nearly £5000 we felt that this hotel is hugely overrated. Please also take note that guests CANNOT use the so called Aladdin Hotel as this isn’t part of the hotel group!! We got turned away. Most of the staff are rude and dismissive, and should not be in customer services roles. Considering it’s an all inclusive hotel we found a lot of food and drinks were extra cost, and staff are constantly wandering around trying to sell everything from trips to spa sessions, hair braiding and extra cost drinks and snacks.

So to start with the reception and main entrance, it is stunning! Friendly and well mannered hosts and receptionists. The resort is lovely and well taken care of. Every night the workers take care of rubbish and all the gardens surrounding the resort and it’s always so beautiful to wake up to and walk through. The entertainment team crest the BEST atmosphere for all the guests and their activities are never ending and so fun. Their time table is filled with activities for both adult and children which makes it perfect. AMAZING water park with slides for kids and adults as well that fill you with joy and adrenaline, the night shows are different every night of the week with amazing people who come in and perform whether it singing , dancing or connecting all of us together. Lastly , the rooms and services here are impeccable! Every day the rooms are well cleaned and filled with goods necessary for us guests as well as the large variety of restaurant and foods here is to die for.

Hotel defo not a 4 star for Hurghada standards. I’m fed up of people bloating on about how under privileged these workers are and tourists feeling privileged helloooo wake up of course we are privileged to be going on a foreign all inclusive holiday why should we spend 1000s and not feel like we are privileged just because the greedy hotel owners won’t pass the wealth on to the workers of you feel strong about this topic then just don’t go on holiday your only making the rich richer. Hotel very dated in areas some things like the have come from the titanic at the bottom of the ocean. Rooms - Nice room super comfy beds however our room wasn’t cleaned properly for 3 days when we complained Mustfa the cleaning manager made sure this was rectified and things improved massively. Pool - Very clean loads of sun beds however service levels differed from day to day from getting served drinks to even collecting glasses we were ones who tidied after ourselves but other parts messy and glasses everywhere. Pool bar - avoid at all cost in the afternoon u less you like dunken men smoking at the bar in the pool and smell of amonia (wee) when moved away from this we was told we could not take a plastic cup away from the vicinity of the pool bar so you have a bar in the pool then you can’t drink it in the pool???? Food - buffet good selection every day and fresh. Alicarte we became very ill after eating at the Mongolian for 4 days D&V I believe it was the meat and cooking methods. The grill terrible better meat and food at the buffet fillet steak was like fruit steak Drinks - Very poor quality apart from the water which is branded. Staff - The best staff we encountered was in the lobby bar and pool bar behind the kids club excellent friendly service staff who would actually say hello to you! Entertainment team - Not a team majority only want to talk to get a review on here within the first couple days seems to be a lot of politics within the team and not working together. Music some days loud which was good could hear all Over but come the day after could hardly hear. Beware when late checking out check out costs we went for the 6pm check out as we though good time to check out and get dinner before leaving at 8pm was told at reception that food and drinks cease from 12 even when paying €90 seriously??? Needless to say we had drinks and dinner after check out. Again just to finish on the remark I made about how poor the staff remember you ARE privileged to be travelling for forgein lands.
