Had a 10 day break at the Titanic aqua park resort. Value for money 10 out of 10. This is a very clean hotel,towels changed daily,rooms cleaned daily with very trusted staff. I do forget at times to lock the safe or leave my phone or iPad on the side but had no issues. Rooms

Just to note there are a few hotels in Hurghada which have very similar names so make sure you are reading the review for the right hotel. Setting the context I have been to more than 7 all inclusive 5 star hotels and most of them have been in Egypt so I will be writing this

Dear Mr. Rizwan Ahmed, First of all I want to thank you that you wrote down the experiences you made in our Titanic Resort & Aqua Park and shared them with other holidaymakers here on the Trip Advisor website. However, you were somehow disappointed with your stay in our Titanic Resort & Aqua Park, which makes our team very sad. The opinions and comments of our respected guests are very important for our management team because only then we can improve our offers and our services continuously to respond even better to the wishes and desires of our guests in order to offer them a nice and relaxing holiday. It is written in all hotel descriptions of the companies who are working with us which items are with extra charge - such as Popcorn, ice cream, fresh juices and games room (except the table tennis, which is for free) and also all these items are mentioned in our All Inclusive info sheet which every guest receives upon check-in. The same goes for the mosquito spraying twice per day which is compulsory by environmental law in Egypt. We are sorry that you had problems in this regard, but if you informed our management we would have taken immediately proper action. It is a real pity that some of your expectations, also culinary wise, were not fulfilled. But kindly note that you could have contacted our F&B Manager and our Executive Chef any time about your unhappiness in regards of the food. Our kitchen team then gladly would have liked to respond to your criticism and wishes and they would have done everything for your culinary satisfaction. Although our entire kitchen team works very hard each day to always offer varied buffets for our international guests this is, as you certainly can imagine, not always easy. That’s why the direct feedback from our valued guests on the spot is very important for us to act accordingly immediately. My office is also always open for all concerns of our respected guests to discuss and to solve any inconveniences together and I think it is very sad, that you didn’t contact me personally with your discontentment. Experience shows us again and again that most of the misunderstandings and dissatisfaction can be solved very quickly and easily in just one personal meeting. But unfortunately you didn’t contact me or my management team whilst your stay in this regard. For example your father was always in contact with our front office manager when he had a problem and then it was solved on time and he never complained from any issues such as food or mosquitoes and he also always showed, that he was satisfied and even wrote for us very positive comments before your family left. Actually we do not have automatically a kettle in our rooms and this is also not mentioned in the hotel descriptions. But whenever a guest needs either a kettle or more bottled water than the distributed 3 bottles daily (or more toilet paper) this can easily be requested from your room-boy or at reception and of course it will never be refused. Last but not least I want to mention that we have compensated your whole family on departure day with two rooms giving a free late check-out till 04.30 p.m. and your room was one of them. And your family appreciated this service. But I also want to thank you for your positive comments on our Aqua Park, the pools and the A la carte restaurants. It is nice to know that we convinced you at least in these subjects. Now I can only hope that one day you will give our Titanic Resort & Aqua Park a second chance to show you that the comments, requests and suggestions of our valued guests are very important to us and hopefully we then can finally fully convince you about our hotel. Last but not least I am deeply convinced that the many positive reviews and the high number of our yearly repeated guests can’t be wrong and speak for our hotel.
