I recently stayed here and the service was outstanding. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. My toddler has food allergies and the Essam the restaurant manager and the Head Chef had a meeting with me and gave me their number and everyday I would message them what I would like for my toddler for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food would always be ready for her at the time I wanted. They made my experience stress and worry free.

The best Entertainment Team so far. All people are very helpful and friendly. Good program many opportunities relaxed and friendly atmosphere good for family as well We liked the various options of nonalcoholic cocktails for my kid, There was so many side dishes and good options of soup and olives.

Everything is very good. Rooms are pretty clean but outdated. You always can find a place at the beach. Food is so nice, they trully can cook the meat, especialy meat. Staff is very polite and ready to help. Shisha is good.
