It was amazing the people were so nice and sweet and it was so beautiful there was so much to do and see and ofc the animation team i never met such nice people even now im back in Holland i still in contact with them. You also can do trips but there they are so beautiful and you can book one when youre just laying at the pool. The food there was so good and every evening there was a amazing show . Me and my family had the best time ever

i happy for my holiday here and staff is very good and so helpful food is so tasty and different you have a lot variety the room is so clean and the view is lovely animation team is so funny and active everyday different shows the bar pool is super its great time here thank you bella vista ❤️

Stay was pleasant overall.. Beautiful beach and pool area is nice. Animation team are lively and friendly. Food was decent and staff was good. Lobby staff especially good. Overall a pleasant experience.

In the spirit of the hotel, this would get 5 stars as the price to stay here for a week was ridiculously cheap, so you can't expect much. The lobby area is spotless. The pool and beachfront is generally well kept. The staff are attentive and polite. As you don't pay much (for fully inclusive), the food is actually pretty good, but limited. They try really hard to provide a good spread on a budget. You also have to understand that this hotel is on a busy roundabout in central Hurghada, so rooms at the front can be noisy as drivers in Egypt do like to honk that horn... I changed to a poolside room and it was ok, but if you go to bed early, the endless (all day) Egyptian rap music can keep you awake. Thankfully I was diving for the week, so the accommodation suited me fine, but it would be tough to stay there all week. There is the usual put your towels on the sunbed at the crack of dawn, then you rarely see the towel owner for the day. This makes it tough for residents to find a sunbed and in my opinion, they shouldn't allow it. The room for me was the biggest let down and was very run down. There were the remains of squashed insects on the wall and in places, the contents of someone's nose. The bathroom was particularly run down with chipped and cracked tiles, uncleaned shower screen, rotting wood and overpaint everywhere. I think this could be a great hotel, as they try really hard to make it good, but the lack of investment and the cheapness of the price practically makes this impossible. Seems a shame to write this, but hopefully it will give future potential visitors to know what to expect.…

Friendly staff, wonderful location. It's near the center, so it's close to shops and restaurants, but it's also right on the beach. The beach has great views and it's private. The rooms are clean and spacious, only slightly outdated, they were regularly (and properly) cleaned. There is great food for all-inclusive guests, many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only downside is that you have to pay for Wi-Fi and it's still a bit slow, but there is free Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby. It's very kid friendly and it has an extremely enthusiastic animation team. An overall great experience!

Stuff was nice, Hotel is pretty and everything was fine, the food was ok, our personal highlight was the pool bar, everything was clean, directly connected to an own strand, which led to the choice between strand and pool (both option were very nice)

All-inclusive stay. Went with friends on an 8 day trip. On the first day we arrived at night, we were given nothing to eat and had to pay all the fees for the dinners, on the eighth day I left the hotel at 9pm despite the fees, we had to leave the hotel by 12pm and the meals were not applicable. The service is unpleasant (except for the gentleman cleaning the 5th floor and the service behind bars), even contemptuous of the customer. Alcohol terrible, food the same every day. Water was pouring from the tap into the drinking water dispenser, which caused us indigestion. Friends got a room on the wall despite paying extra for a room with a sea view.. I do not recommend staying in this hotel, it is frustrating.;((

Hotel rooms are clean and get cleaned every day with new towels. The animation team and hotel staff are great 👍🏻 But I wouldn’t get the all inclusive perk, because wifi is not included in your hotel room and have to be bought for 5 euro per day or 20 euros a week. The wifi in the room is very slow The Caribbean bar is not also included and you have to pay extra to eat there. Also the food is pretty much the same everyday but it its still good and tasty. Overall the the experience we have had is great definitely recommend booking here!
