Breakfast was so so bad, boring, no varieties. Rooms must have a separate toilet with sink. I don't think I'll come again and will stay in other property or hotel. Location was so great, and staff was nice.

I really love staying in Captains Inn - El Gouna. one of the nicest places i have ever been to. Located in the vibrant Marina Abou Tig where all the action is happening! It has an amazing view overlooking the Marina. The service is extremely friendly and very professional. I would come to Captains Inn over and over again when i get the chance.

The location is the best thing in this hotel , i didn't like the beach of the hotel , restaurant was good , there is a noise under the hotel because of the coffee shops continued till 10:30 PM , room very small

I do recommend this lovely hotel for everyone They really care to make your day from the moment you wake up till you sleep, Morning breakfast (great food) on lovely music and scene of marina /Yakhts was facinating They really care and pay attention to every single detail that makes a difference You imagine and they make it happen,they help and are flexible when you lose cards, Complementary late check out really helped us a lot especially with a kid , I do thank everyone of the hotel team and I insisted to meet the hotel manager Mr Amgad Wilson and have a picture with him to really Thank him and convey my message of satisfaction and happiness to his team

As a tour operator, I had 40 persons booked. No complaint. Excellent service, clean, nice and modern rooms. Good situated, directly at the port, where one has exclusive shops, restaurant and 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. Would recommend it to anyone.

This used to be a lovely Inn providing B&B which I've stayed at a number of times pre COVID. It was this memory that caused me to book it again unaware of the change from a B&B to "just an Inn". My bad I suppose. However, what used to be a lovely entrance with a nice bright dining area is now devoid of anything inviting at all. The room was pretty much the same but there was not even a coffee maker in it to compensate for no breakfast in a village that has NO place to eat in the morning. I understand that it is was pre season and staffing is an issue but. We could have been told this by the owner but I suppose they wanted the revenue.

Very kind staff, nice view, clean rooms, we already come here 20+ years and always choose captains inn. The breakfast is very nice and the steak restaurant has the best steak. I would certainly recommend this place
