The hotel is very nice and clean , staff was really friendly and helpful. The only strange thing that they requested to pay the whole stay upfront which is kindda wierd in dahab. It would have been great if they have a sea view but this hotel isn't located by the sea

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. The staff was extremely rude and imposing. We were for example not allowed to use our room or balconies for mixed-group gatherings even in the daytime; this was also not related to us politely or before booking, but by yelling and insulting (the female members of) the group. At the same time, the... More

I stayed in this hotel last summer (2014), and was pretty disappointed by the quality of the room and the service in general. The room was much more ascetic than it seems it the photos and the bath room was straight forward dirty. Once I entered the room and checked it, I noticed the bath room's condition and asked the... Our Egyptians friends (I am a foreigner) were treated terribly - with public accusatory shouting episodes, banging on doors, watching our every move - and even when the booking was made in my name, they insisted on talking to and negotiating with the Egyptians in the group because they knew they could pressure them much harder than me as a... This was the worst hotel experience I ever had in Dahab. Inhospitable, extremely rude staff. If you want to be shouted at in your face by staff members, this is the place to go. Also the first time a hotel in Dahab made me pay for my stay in advance (and I've been there 10+ times), which says a lot.

We went as a group of friends with different nationalities, guys and girls, all in separate single rooms; 1st Incident: A guy friend of ours stepped into the balcony of one of our female friends room, at 2PM, by the pool, to chill, suddenly he found everyone at the hotel shouting at him in the most rude way ever that...
