We got one of the new rooms on the back side of the resort. They are nice and clean. The location of the resort is in my opinion the best in Dahab. Beautifull beach. Always free space. Bad one way Plastik cups. You can find them in the sand and also in the sea. Food repeats every two days. People are friendly and helpfull. We will not book again all inklusive as the drinks are very limited and at one beach Bar you have to pay after 5pm. All over all we can recomment the hotel. But please change the plastik cups. Use instead stable plastic cups wich can be used again.

Reading through some of the reviews we have been quite apprehensive about this hotel. But we were much pleasantly surprised. The rooms are nice and spacious, maybe a little bit outdated and could do with refurbishment but still clean. House keeping is spot on every day, they will replace towels as needed, make the bed, tidy up and refill the water bottles. Out room had a fridge and air conditioning, which was great. Our tv aerial cable was broken ansehen after mentioning it to reception it was replaced asap. The whole hotel complex is beautifully kept with lovely gardening. The beach is nice and sandy, there were plenty of beach loungers for everyone. Yes, beach loungers are possibly not super new and rather rustic chic but we still found them comfy. The food was good! Not sure what people are expecting if they moan about lack of variability - there’s loads of different things to choose from. But no, you won’t find pork bacon and sausages - this is Egypt, not England! Overall I’d recommend this place. It’s not your 5 stars super resort, but it also don’t cost that much. Btw we had a few extra things like spa treatments, which were really reasonably priced and super good. Don’t be put off by the reviews, if you come here, be nice, not entitled and you’ll find people will treat you accordingly.

An over-rated Resort for the services it provides. If you are looking for the good view and a perfect beach with bad facilites and affordable prices , this is your hotel. but if you are both looking for a good accomodation food hotel room and a good view, skip thisbone.
I Have visited Tirana Resort on July 6th till 9th 2022 in Room 107. I Reserved a standard SeaView king size bed. However, when I checked in, The non welcoming reception gave me a double single bed room with the same view. Not liking what i got I requested to change my room. They showed me many Rooms and even higher rooms. So I checked a Sea view king size higher room with very bad decorations. The Bed matress is so rough. The sheets looks recently used or improperly cleaned. and they asked fot an extra charge for the update.
I eventually refused and went for the standard room single beds and joined both beds.
The room was okay eventually, But the hospitallity is horrible. The food is below average compared to many hotels i have visited inside and outside Dahab.
They put small plates in the breakfast dinner so that you dont fill in a plate. It would waste my effort to mention all the greedy tricks they do at the buffet to lessen your use to it. They leave the food not filled especially the main course protien so that the use decreases. I have stayed for 4 nights and have happily had 2 dinners outside the resort escaping the horrible enviroment. not worthy for the food.
Lets be honest at one point, The beach was the only drive that let me stay the whole trip. the beach is so beautiful a really good sandy beach with a good water view. they offer water sports (which is over priced compared to most resorts in dahab) and a beach volley ball playground. i would rate the beach a 4.5/5. Although they need daily maintainance and cleanliness and an "on the beach drinks".
I also need to mention that there are no shuttle busses from the resort to the main site at dahab "el mashraba" compared to the neighbouring resorts which offer hourly free ridea and yes they offer an over priced car for 50 EGP to the city although it only costs "30 EGP" maximum.
Overall, The resort is over-rated and this is my last visit to it. I rather choose another resort with the same view and beach to enjoybits services.

I will try to be as clear as possible and convey a clear picture of my week stay. I will divide my review to three sections: food, residence, and staff.
Food
It was not too bad and there was variety of options. But at times, it was not well cooked especially the meat. The grill guys and desert chefs did an amazing job though, so that was my go to on most days. The veggies were not great so if you are vegan or vegetarian you will have a pickle (pun not intended) with the menu.
Residence
We had a sea view room. The view was pure joy tbh. The room itself clearly needs maintenance. There was weird paint on the walls, randomly applied, and the sink was not practical.
Staff
I have mixed feelings about them. On the one hand, there were some guys who did a great job like reception and restaurant staff while room cleaning were laid pack and sometimes skipped changing sea towels. We had directly to ask for it to be changed.
Biggest complaint Internet is almost nonexistent in this hotel. So if you want to get some work done, simply forget it. I asked the receptionist and they said there is no internet in the rooms. Moreover, it is very slow, or nonexistent, outside.
Overall The beach is amazing, clean and well-maintained. This was the main reason I give 4 stars. The location is a-bit it far so either plan to have a car, pay a good penny for commute or stay at the hotel.

Very bad experience. .. Stayed in the resort with my husband for four days and it was our first time to visit this resort and definitely our last time. The rooms are not well maintained and needs to be improved a lot. The furniture is old, which was not an issue as we choose the resort because of the sandy beach. The issue was the cleanness of the room. The first day when we arrived we found two warms coming out from the drainage in the bathroom. In the room we found 3-4 spiders that we were not able to get rid of it. This issue somehow we overcome and decide not to make such a big deal as we came to enjoy and have a nice vacation. What made us super upset on our the last day is appearing of bunch of ants on the bed while we were sleeping in the early morning at 5am that woke up us as we start to each. I went to the Reception to ask for the Manager and I was informed that the Manager will be available after 2 hours. Upon checking out the Manager met us and we just got an apology. Really? On top of this, We were asked if we have ate in the room and left some food that made the ants appear….I mean seriously, instead of trying to find a solution and to fix the issue on spot, we were questioned if maybe this is our mistake? This is not acceptable at all. What we got is that the management there is not taking care about the guests and their stay to be pleasant. When we asked for any kind of compensation as this is a quiet serious problem, we got an answer that they are not able to do anything. When we asked for any reimbursement or discount due to inconvenience happen, we were informed that as per the hotel policy, the payment is already done and it’s end of our stay so there is nothing to do. I wanted to go more further and to request to speak with the top of the management, even if needed with the owner, however we were not able to do so as we were heading to the airport. All our stay got spoiled and ruin our day from the beginning. We really enjoyed the beach and the view was amazing, however the last issue that was not solved made us to be so disappointed. We choose this resort based on the positive reviews, however the experience that we had is different from our expectations. The management really needs to think and to to teach the employees/ Managers, to deal with the guests in a proper way when there is a complaint, or unsatisfied guest, as at the end we paid to have nice service, but unfortunately we didn’t get it.

Everything about the hotel was excellent especially the facilities, care and attention regarding my adult son who is disabled. My thanks go to all staff,Managerial or otherwise, especially to the restaurant staff where I joined my son and family each night to enjoy the delicious food on offer during their stay. Enjoyed stay in this hotel. Room was nice and clear with comfortable chairs on the terrace. A lot of sunbeds on the beach and near the pool (it seems that no one used it, because people come ro Dahab to do windsurfing or kitesurfind). Long and clear beach with sand (no need to use coral shoes), but possible to do snorkeling and see some beautiful fishes near the hotel. Good and delicious food. But some alcohol (wine) was free only during lunch and dinner. Nice animation: stretching, yoga, volleyball. Definitely recommend.
