The hotel has an excellent location and the view of the sea is awesome. The staff are so friendly and professional. Mr. Hossam the manager is a real gentleman and so professional. Bas a at the front desk is such a gem 💎 cheerful and friendly.. Medo at the beach Cafe is so friendly and helpful.. The pool, the breakfast, the room everything was great and beyond my expectations.. For a female who's staying alone or for girls in general it's the safest place you can stay in.. I highly recommend it to everyone

It used to be good, now it's a stay-away-from junk. I stayed in this hotel two times before, in summer 2015 and 2016, both were very good visits. However, my most recent visit was traumatizing (August 2020). The hotel used to be safe for families and women, now in 2020 It's not. The manager and one member of the staff verbally harassed me and my sister. They moved forward with their unacceptable behaviour and attempted at suggesting to get us into some uncanny situations. We were able to put them in their places. The management didn't honour their agreement with us too. Before booking the room, we agreed on a late check-out. Having stayed for five days without being requested to expedite the check-out time, the management, out of nowhere, unilaterally decided to evoke the agreement in our very last day of the visit. They "instructed" us to leave 5 hours before the agreed time. We had to interrupt our activities, rush to the hotel and get ready to leave. We ended up spending the last 5 hours of our trip tired and angry until the bus departure time. We gave the owner the benefit of the doubt, assuming these violations were inflicted without his knowledge. We thought he'd listen as we know him from the previous visits when he used to run the hotel himself. I am sorry to say after two long calls, he was only annoyed for how much a review we wrote to the hotel FB page would cost him money. We're both disappointed and sorry. It's a shame such a nice hotel had to be sunk into this level of unprofessional and unethical behaviour.

From the moment they picked us up we were treated like family. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is right on the beach. The manager Hossam and our driver Mido bent over backwards to make sure our stay was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the tours we booked were so much fun! The hotel is about a 5 minute walk along a boardwalk to the center of town, it's perfect because it is close but quiet. They will serve you breakfast by the pool, in your room, or on the beach overlooking the Red Sea and Saudi Arabia in the distance. You can also snorkel right in front of the hotel or a short walk to the lighthouse or the lagoon if it is windy. Again, cannot recommend enough!

Thnx Alot Hossam for everything.. Of course won't forget to mention Mr. Adel the owner is a really decent man and always thinking how to make the hotel better Really loved to have my breakfast by the beach with Bedouin-tea hearing the sound of waves watching the Red Sea in-front of you, there is nothing more relaxing than this. Loved every second of it. THNX ALOT

I would like to thank each and everyone in the hotel for their hospitality , we had a pleasant vacation and will definitely come back ,The staff there is the friendliest ever and they made sure to make our stay very comfortable, they even helped in arranging trips and suggesting what we can do there, The hotel has it's own beach infront of it and it's only 5 mins walk to the busy area which contains all restaurants ,shops and whatever you need , the breakfast isn't diverse and it's a set menu but it was more than enough , They have a very nice pool as well . if you are looking for a cozy and relaxing place then this is what you definitely need
