Checked it aproximately 9pm I entered to a room that did not abosultely match with what the establishment was offering at the online site. As pictures attached the walls were dirty, the door slightly broken, shower and toilett sink tap dirty and rusty( I did not even dare to have a shower ). The bathroom window was broken and they covered the hole with a plastic bag. Shameful. I asked for a room change a couple of times and the hotel staff who is so difficult to reach was completely unhelpful with excuses. Cherry on top of the cake Wi-fi does not work at all. During the night, after 11 pm the public space is noisy and it is hard to conciliate a good sleep.

Very friendly staff and so co operative .. their advice about so many places here in Dahab are valuable and honest ..the rooms are clean and neat... the prices are so handy..they're very organised and of course the breakfast is so deliciois❤️🥰

Enjoyed this simple and authentic place. Single rooms with big bed and AC. The special thing was the staff. Amazing people. Toni. Ahmad. Nada. All been welcome from check in till I left. They helped in arranging doctor for pcr. Everything available in short walking distance. Good value for money. Central location close to the bridge. Close to most of diving clubs and restaurants. The place is safe and quiet

I had the best time staying at Alaska Camp and Hotel. The staff were amazing. They were super helpful and friendly, recommending places to go and going the extra mile to help the guests. The location was excellent, near the beach, cafes, a supermarket, diving center, bike rental and GoBus station. The room was clean and comfortable. The decor of the hotel is so artsy and beautiful 💗

Good place to stay. Room was nice, hygiene was average and location is perfect. Staff were friendly and the camp overall is quiet and cosy. Outdoor area can be improved and breakfast can have more variety

Staff are amazing, place in the middle of Dahab and got amazing location. Breakfast was good and people are so helpful specially Maha from the reception . So looking forward to being back soon. The place doesn’t have any facilities for entertainment and I hope this will be changed

Simple and quiet room. Friendly staff. Got good breakfast and coffee each morning. AMAZING location. Would recommend! They were very happy for me to leave my bags for the day after check out and returned late evening for them on way to go-bus station (5 min walk).

Spent a week in Dahab diving, and staid at the Alaska for the whole duration. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and took the time to talk and get to know you. Esmat who worked at the hotel came with us when we went on a beduin evening, which felt nice and that we were taken cared of. The room was clean and simple, there were no insects or weird mold (like you get in some places), and you decided for yourself how often they cleaned. It's located right in the middle of town along the promenad, so you have lots of restaurants, shops and dive centres right on your doorstep. Despite this it is very quiet and calm, and we had no problems with loud noices at night. I would definitely recommend people to stay here. We were recommended to stay here by H2O Divers. I stayed 10 nights here in Nov. I loved my simple room and view from the room. hotel has very nice public area you can take a rest or have a cup of tea. Staff there are so so nice.. they treat you as a friend:) Plus, you can get 10% discount on your drinks&food at Yalla bar. i would definitely come to stay here again if i go back to Dahab. Good location, very close to all Dahab attractions. Alcohol shops is just on the left side of hotel entry. No in-house restaurant, but dozens nice restaurant near by. No kettle or coffee maker in the room. Bring along with you if want to have coffee or tea in the room specially in the morning where most restaurants still closed. The room is very basic and small. With 2 single bed room, there is not many space available. Room cleaning and change blanki/towel upon request only. Not too bad for somebody who will spend most of their time not in the room, and just need a place to sleep.
