Due to really bad Management having no plans to improve it and make it the best property to stay at, the rather good hotel is becoming a poor place to stay. The location is excellent but for the Management's policies it is lacking. If they really want to improve, they can but quiet strangely, they are apparently happy with how...

Very unfriendly Personal, i never had the Same Situation in Egypt. Everybody Is importend, But not People from outside Egypt... Rooms Are OK, but not realy clean. Floor is extreme dirty. I don't go in this Hotel again.

If you want to stay in port said this is the best choice you have, in the past it was under supervision of helnan but now it is under egypt tourism company the room was tidy and clean but smell's awful due to they had washed the carpets and put inside the closed Room directly So I have to open...

It's not a brand hotel now, but it's one of the golden age of this city, and amazing enough , it's still keeping its heritage , looks very authentic with very little modern interference As if one moved through time machine

At the first glance i was expecting a perfect stay at portsaid hotel "helnan hotel" previously. What i found is a catastrophe and carelessness by all its names and means starting from the rooms up to the kids area to everything Starting the corridors before room entrance were very dirty room service didnt have enough time to clean them or...

I stayed at Port Said Hotel during a business trip and was saddened by its decline after 'Helnan' management left it. The location is good but that's about it..... Service, food and facilities are mediocre, while prices are still high. The hotel is in bad need for total rennovation, inside out. Not a place to go on for vacation with...

Very nice location on Suez Canal, but hotel is poor in cleaning, rooms in the garden extention is terrible .food quality is average. Book only room in the main building. The problem there is no much other good obtion in the city.
