We were very pleased with the hotel. Centrally located. Breakfast was varied. The egg dishes were freshly prepared....the rooms were cleaned daily.....a big praise to the reception....we tried to teach him a bit of the German language....he did very well (scrambled eggs etc.) grin

It is a hotel located in a very quiet area and away from the hustle and bustle, the island is super safe so you can walk quietly at any time, the rooms are quite spacious, with air conditioning, comfortable and with the services you need. They give you a delicious breakfast and if you have to leave earlier it is a plus because they prepare it for you to take away and that way you don't go with an empty stomach, we didn't have the opportunity to use the pool because we were gone all day and when we returned it was no longer there. I could use it because it has a schedule. The staff is super attentive and friendly, ready to guide you, but in general all the people on the island are lovely. They offer you towels in case you need to go on a tour. You can refill your pachĂłn as many times as you need

We stayed in a very spacious room! The hotel is at an interesting distance from the main street as it allows a quick walk to it, but provides a good night's sleep as it is further away. Two negative points: the difficulty in getting the hot water in our room right and the rest when we tried to contact the hotel before arrival, as we tried to ask about tours, information on how to get to the hotel both in the area designated for this on booking.com as whatsapp and I didn't get a response through any of these channels. This cost points in our evaluation.

My friend and I stayed from Sept 18 to 24th and it's in a very safe quiet area and we were able to walk to the downtown area in about 10 min where lots of shops and restaurants are. Breakfast is prepared by a lady and served to you and it's delicious. The whole place is spotless. Carlos and the gentleman working at night are very helpful and friendly. Lovely comfortable area to sit outside plus a roof top terrace..

We were at Judy's House with the whole family, and we were very happy. The owners seemed very good people, helped us with taxis, routes, and advice of all kinds. We felt comfortable also because La Casa de Judy is spotless, the rooms were very clean, the whole hotel is very well maintained. I recommend going up to the terrace to watch the sunset.

Casa de Judy was such a charming hotel. It was quiet, in a great location for walking to the areas of the town we wanted to visit, and the staff were all so accommodating. Judy greeted us each morning at breakfast and asked about our day. It really felt like we were staying with friends. We loved it and will recommend it to all of our friends visiting Santa Cruz.

This is an attractive, welcoming hotel with excellent service. Many of the rooms have balconies with scenic views of nature and the ocean. It's in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to Charles Darwin center and the shops/restaurants on the island. Manager Carlos was helpful with everything.

Poor internet connection, no conditioner in the bathroom, the pool closes 6pm. Regarding the cleanliness of the room is very good and has several towels for the use of the bathroom and bathtub. They contain a TV and air conditioning.

Puerto Ayora is a bustling little town, but this hotel is a quiet oasis just a few minute's walk to restaurants and the downtown area. Our luxurious room (by Galapagos standards) was on the 4th floor with a stunning view overlooking the ocean with a private balcony. The owner, Judy spoke English and was very hospitable and friendly. We would certainly recommend staying here.

Great service at the front desk. Clean and spacious room with a great view. Close walk to the strip but far enough away so it was nice and quiet at night for sleeping. Showers were nice. WiFi anywhere in Galapagos wasn’t great but we had decent service in the lobby. Lobby was comfy and had cool swings to hang out on.

From the hotel you have to go to Itabaca canal. The taxi will charge you $20.00. From there you need to take a boat that crosses the canal for a buck per person. Then there is free transportation to the airport from there... hope that helps!
There are more places to choose from in the Puerto Ayora area.
