Stayed a total of 3 nights WiFi was slow and not very strong BUT this is normal on the Islands. Nice, central location Staff not very helpful Mostly clean. Beds and bathrooms just need updating. Had hot water at all times. Breakfast buffet was sufficient. The "pool" is just for looks and is only about twice the size of a...

I stayed here a couple of different times during my stay on Santa Cruz. It's a big hotel, but seems to be used by a lot of tour companies, and perhaps that's the reason why standards have been allowed to drop. Rooms and facilities getting quite tired. Biggest turn-off for me were that the staff, who have little spoken English,...

Reasonably clean. Sufficient water for showers. Breakfast was usually adequate: cereal, yogurt, white bread, fruit, eggs/sausages. We stayed here twice in different rooms and in both cases, the air conditioner was so loud it was almost funny. Wifi very spotty and slow so don't expect to plan/research using wifi. It was nice that they have cold water and coffee/tea available...

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Lobo de Mar. The rooms were large and our's had a view. The hot water was plentiful. Towels were provided by the front desk for the beach. The pool was a little cold but pretty to look at.

A nice location in Puerto Ayora with sounds from the sea coming through the little balcony doors to the rooms. Large rooms but a little worn. Nice staff. Intermittent WiFi - which is usual on the islands.

This place has a great location, friendly staff and nice swimming pool. However, some improvements could be made. These are: 1) Renovate or repaint the hotel. It is beginning to look dated. 2) Make sure that doors from balcony to rooms are fully closed. Now they have many openings to let air through. Unfortunately, this also results in sound coming...

Really nice hotel. Open air swimming pool in reception and a closed one round the corner. Our room was on third floor with a shared mezzanine floor with great views over the harbour and with loungers. Serve breakfast and meals. Great location and room was lovely with air-conditioning and TV. Staff were friendly

Family friendly feel with indoor pools in central areas. Friendly staff. Unbeatable location right in the centre of town near the waterfront. Stroll down to the fish market in the morning and watch the seals & penguins beg for scraps! Note: rooms facing the mangroves have slat windows through which mosquitos can enter. The wifi at this hotel was also...

We've actually stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions. The first was when we missed the last boat to Isabella and we needed a place to stay (2010). Both times were very nice. The service was friendly and breakfast is included. When in Galapagos we really only need a place to sleep and have breakfast before adventuring around. There...

We stayed her for three nights during our tour of the Galapagos Islands. it was nice enough with nothing tremendous to recommend it. Both times my husband and I were placed in a room with only twin beds even though larger beds were available (although that was probably more likely the fault of our tour guide). Decent seating in the...
