Stayed here as part of an Intrepid tour. My roomate and I raised the point that there was only one bed and within minutes Nelly and her girls were moving a bed from another room into ours. We were on the top floor which had a nice balcony and view as well as getting the sea breezes so it was...

We were stuck in here as part of a really expensive Inteprid Galapagos Island Hopping Tour. If I had paid £10 a night then I wouldn't have minded. But in fact we were paying near enough £150 - £200 a night in terms of the value of the amount of our tour accommodation rates. So totally ripped off. The rooms...

Basically a very nice B & B. Nelly is a sweetheart, always smiling and very helpful. The staff had very limited English but I can't fault them for that, it's our responsibility to know the language when we travel, not theirs. Our room was wonderful, on the 3rd level with our own large patio with a fantastic view of the...

Our first stop on a land-based tour. Nice hotel and nice room, but the stairs and corridor are a bit narrow. Very good breakfast! Walking distance from the town, restaurants, shops and interpretation centre. To be honest you don't spend much time in the room anyway so it's well suited to needs although the shower temperature was a bit hit...

Stayed here during a land tour. We had the terrace room at the top with a beautiful view. Nelly greeted us every time we came back from an outing with a big smile and asking about the day. She works hard to make sure you have everything you need while there.

We had this hotel in a land tour package. We had a room on the top floor with a terrace to sit and enjoy the bay and the sunsets. Easy to get to the main area of town. The breakfast for us and the couple traveling with us was inside the home next to the kitchen. Nice area but the...

I was there at the end of February part of a touring group. We were 10 people in the room. I was left the last and given a room up on a second floor. To my surprise I was set in some share accommodation with a girl. You must know this is not a hotel is more like a hostel,...

I stayed here for 4 days in 2010 and felt so at home. I'd lost the name and had to use google maps to find my way back. Im glad to see it has become so popular as Nelly and her family couldn't have been nicer. Wifi only worked in their living room then so I was always welcome to...

Stayed here for the first two nights of our Galapagos trip. Nice garden downstairs, I stayed in a room with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. Clean and comfy, I've never really stayed in hostels before so can't compare, but no complaints at all. Had breakfast on the second morning which was lovely. Great little rooftop area with hammocks as well....

Nelly Saltos is the owner of Casa de Nelly, a small villa in San Cristobal, quite close to the ocean. Nelly picked us up from the airport and even drove us back when we discovered we had forgotten a bag. The room (for 4 people) was extremely comfortable and clean. We had a small kitchen at our disposal (not very...
