When I arrived, from the outside this hotel looks quite run down and looks like an old American motel. However inside it was really modern, clean and spacious and the internet works well. It was much nicer than the outside would suggest, the bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast was also really good. A few things that weren't so good, my AC unit was really noisy, and this hotel is really expensive for Asia. But in general Dili is really expensive, probably due to the lack of tourism. I went to the reception a few times and couldn't find anyone, so I think they should try and ensure that the reception is staffed. I couldn't fault anything in the room though, a modern, clean hotel room.

We ended up staying here after our tour got canceled due to the weather. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were ushered right to our room when we checked in. The room was spacious and clean. The bed wasn’t too firm and the sheets were comfortable. We had a small sofa, mini fridge and desk available to us. The breakfast was very good. They had a variety of option available (eggs, meat, toast, fruit, cereal, yogurt). We were most impressed with how helpful the staff and manager were during our stay. They helped us arrange tours, find ticket offices, and figure out some of our last minute travel arrangements. All of these things were done with a kind tone and smile. Thank you for a great stay!
