Excellent hotel in a good location. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to . Breakfast and dinner are varied enough that everyone can find what suits them. A special benefit is free drinks with meals. The hotel is clean and the rooms are cleaned every day. Parking can be found in the area and can be paid at the reception.

Nicely renovated hotel in wonderful location. Modern design, but kept the flair of the old villa. Nice breakfast too. Fanika was the most professional, kind and cheerful receptionist I have ever met (I am a regular business traveller). We appreciated her kind help with all the questions we had and she enjoys our full trust. Would definitely come back again.

We were there for 4 bike days and it is a great hotel, with really good food (3 times a day) and friendly staff. The hotel is in front of the beach, the bike tours are really beautiful. You can also borrow some City bikes and go to Cesenatico which is also a really cute place.

Great hotel with amazing sea view. I really like our terrace and the good location. The staff was really helpful and nice. The food that was offered was varied and delicious. I really enjoying my staying in this hotel and if I visit Opatija again I will be in the same hotel.

Very clean and nice smelling rooms, as well as the rest of the hotel. Nice and kind staff. Great food for breakfast and dinner. Everything was great but I have to single out a good looking cook who made my stay better. I need his info 😩

So...this my review start when I chose to make reservation to some budget hotel. Although it is a disent price I don't expect that there is much bed issues that not regarding to price. 1. When we arrived the girl on the reseption was so not nice smile is not cost money. She gives the feeling that comone let go and don't bother me...I ask for a simple question and her answer was rude and not nice. 2. The room: yes it was a wonderful room but not because the quality of the hotel but because the dishing of the building his what it is so yes the great balcony and the view was fubiless. But...gueass what we get for shower ? A small A small bag with very poor quality soap. ( I add a photo) And the aircondition was not working well when I try to figure out what is the reason I sew a sign on the ac : time to clean filter!! I wonder how long it will take it... 3. Breakfast : I know that many baguet hotel the breakfast its pretty basic. But this is not a reason that the guy who make the aggs mast be not polite and he put a oil on the plancha that you can really swimming in it!! It was so disgusting! When I ask him please if you can cock with less oil he didn't look at me and he say : this what I cook! Wow!!! I add few photos of this... So basically I don't reccomend this place at all. An less you don't have others choice.

Nice renovated old palace in the center of Opatija, on the path near the sea which takes you to Ičići (half hour walk) and Lovran (cca 1h). Nice balcony, rather big restaurant facing sea, good breakfast, very reasonable price for chic Opatija. You can find other commodities in near Adriatic, the same chain of hotels.

Location, location, location…… this hotel has it. Thanks to Darjan and his team, we had a wonderful time at the wedding organized in the facilities of this hotel. The staff was excellent, well trained and helpful. The food, was extraordinary, and presented exquisitely.. If this is a representative example of this hotel, it’s capabilities and organization, I would not have any doubt to recommend this hotel not only as a hotel itself, but also a very good place to organize parties.

This is a good 3 star no frills hotel which is really central to everything, just a short walk to the main area, with plenty of cafes and restaurants around the hotel, and the Lungomare Promenade can be joined right next to the hotel. Our room was really spacious with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Everything was well kept and clean. Breakfast and evening meal were good, with beer and wine to accompany the evening meal. We used parking in the multi storey just across the road which has a daily charge or there is meter parking on the road outside the hotel. Staff were very helpful. This hotel is a good basic hotel ideal for exploring the area.

Just returned from a 3 day break from Opatija, and our Lungoria Opatija Hotel was very good value for money. The hotel has an extraordinary flair. The room was very friendly, comfortable beds and pillows and invitingly furnished with a wonderful sea view. The breakfast menu and dinner is plentiful and there is something for everyone. The staff there is very friendly and accommodating.
