After not having been to the casinos in a long time, this was a great experience. All of the staff were very courteous and willing to help with any questions that needed answers. Will be going back soon.

I have never heard of fees even when I get there early in the mornings. I have had a fee when I order breakfast such as $5.00 for the room service which I also tip the server who brings my breakfast. When I check out I do not use quick check out I always go to the desk to check out. Double check because people sometime put that fee which should be taken off before you leave. Just like I put my credit card on file but pay the room service fee and nothing is taken off my card. I do not know about the other hotels, I only stay at Ballys and they are always willing to wave any type of fee that you feel is not appropriate. Ballys' is always understandable and is willing to return any funds that you feel should not be on your bill or inappropriate.
