Weekend vacay the check in was a little slow it was only 1 person for a line of about 5 people. the room was fine the only issue was it has to be a better way to control noise from people at night. Some guest are trying to sleep. good location in the middle of the boardwalk.

I want to be refunded 243 for the night I stayed in this nasty hotel! I will never stay here again.. I had hair on my toilet seat on the bathroom floor some black thing in the shower I was scared to sleep on the bed..there were stains on the couch and bed frame. I couldn't wait for the night to be over and the absolute icing on the cake was walking out of my room to find someone throwing up outside my room door! Pictures are clearly outdated because the staircases smelled like piss and had stains on the walls.. just gross and disgusting! The rooftop is nothing special pictures were deceiving . Don't stay here.

Worth every penny, go or miss out on the perfect view the best buffalo wings I've ever had and an awesome value hotel. Some other Hotels have nicer rooms but but you could triple the length of your trip here. we had a hot tub in the big room with a great bathroom for a third of any other similar room nearby. And it's full of history

I had booked a room in this hotel due to its history and the fact that ive never been there.Once i arrived there is no parking included you have to pay hourly parking, once i went in there was along line and the desk lady was quite rude as i proceed to my assigned room i noticed a WHITE STAIN on the carpet floor as i inspect it closer there was dried rose pedals under the foot stool infront of the bed...i freaked out and expressed how unsafe and disgusted i felt just by them assigning me to a room that was MORE THAN JUST DIRTY!!!!!!! Once i directed myself to the desk there was another desk lady who apoligized and tried to fix me up with a new room... they told me there was no more room available and i had paid for 4 nights...she made a few calls as if she was lost and ended up giving me a suite that supposedly was verified and checked for cleanliness she had also expressed how the cleaning team has been lacking with their job since its not the first complain related to cleanliness in the hotel and how sick and tired she was of it. Once i went to my new room it seemed to look clean but as i took a shower i noticed short brown Curly hairs on the shower walls my boyfriend came from work droped something by the bed and under the bed was just discussingly dirty...I went to complain again...sick and tired i expressed my situation again no manager knew about the incident until that day which i was extremely surprised as the desk lady calls the manager i wait more them 30 mins waiting for him to arrive once again i had expressed how dirty these rooms where and how there was trash from this morning in the hallway still at 2:30PM he didnt seem to care as much but he gave me a rewards card with one free stay at any raddison hotel, once i called to see the points 3 days after my stay the lady on the rewards line had told me that card dosent exist at all....felt scammed and betrayed.... (this was after i left) Before i left the other manager john had came up and gave me 2 free drinks.... honestly needed more then just 2 drinks to get over this whole experience..... NEVER AGAIN. Felt unsafe, disgusted, disrespected, and used for my money.I have pictures to prove it. (Had more pictures no bigger then 5mb photos are supported)

Outdated dirty hotel with staff who dont care as much as they should. Room was not clean curtains and jacuzzi dirty. Jets in jacuzzi was filthy!!!! Will never stay here. Jade the Night housekeeper was the best staff member who actually cares about her guests. They need people like her in management.
