Sadly the Covid 19 made our life’s a bit different from what we used too. Thank God finally things are starting open up carefully as much as we can. We were very happy to see that Borgata cares as they check your temperature when you get in and sort of enforce the use of mask, but sadly today as we were going to get breakfast one person got in into the lobby passing the guard on the door which they didn’t say anything as he was holding his shirt and hands over his mouth. My parents and I were disappointed to see it. In the other hand we just want to thanks few people who made us feel welcome and secured when we ordered at Bread and Butter especially Diana and Audi at the breakfast and dinner was Joe who care for our orders and the cleaning girl who I forgot her name too. Also Rene in the pool area who keep order in the jacuzzi and pool area and keep clean. Last but not least Sandra who clean our rooms, she did a nice job cleaning the room. The decorations at the Borgata are always the best. Thanks and will see you soon.

I made a few bets at the race book in March - when everything was shut down I could not cash my tickets - I finally got back to the Borgata on Sept 20th and was told I cannot cash my tickets until the Governor says it is ok It is only a few hundred dollars and the Borgata will not honor my tickets It is the last time I will bet anything there - I spend a few thousand dollars everytime I go there with my wife and if they are too cheap to honor these tickets it is the last time they will sucker me

1st trip out since covid and it was disappointing. The room was the same as always, very dusty and just did not feel or smell sanitized. Good thing I bought my own wipes and sprays. Was here for 2 days and did not see anyone cleaning or wiping the machines in the casino. They had these wash stations on the casino floor was were just there for effect, I did not see anyone using them. The restaurant situation was dismal. They need a few mid price restaurants, like Olive Garden or Bahama Breeze. Yhere was only 2 high end restaurants open, Old Homestead and Bobby Flay which are very pricey. The also had the fast food restaurants open but I can eat that type of food any day of the week. Just would like a mid priced meal when I can get away for a few days. We had to go to other casinos or in town to eat, which is not what we wanted to do. We wanted to support the Borgata as this is our go to place. Do better Borgata and put the customer first.

We have been coming to Borgata for years and recently have played here almost exclusively. This is our first hotel stay anywhere since Covid (we have stayed here many times before). So we are not yet willing to eat indoors, although it is now allowed, I believe at 25% capacity. We opted to take out food at The Long Bar last evening (Wednesday). The food here has been going downhill for the last year, and they don't even offer the Lobster Mac and Cheese anymore. Truly not a big loss because in the months before Covid, the portion (amount of lobster and size) has been lacking, as well as the cheeziness (is that a word?) isn't what it used to be. Husband wanted meatball sliders (dry) and wings (meh). We are it in our room. So today, we were headed to a restaurant in Brigantine when we realized it was going to rain. Thought about going anyway and ordering it to go, but realized that it would be cold (like our meal from The Long Bar last night) once we got back to our room. Okay, so we will order to go at The Metropolitan. Umm...no. It is closed. Wait a minute...CLOSED? Are you kiddy me? Seriously? It is Thursday. I have NEVER seen The Metropolitan closed in all the years we have been coming here. I may also add that I am handicapped at the moment, using a knee scooter due to surgery. I have NEVER been so disappointed in The Borgata. I am not keen to return soon (of course the extremely tight slots don't help).

I stayed here over Labor Day-the room was great, Covid procedures made me feel safe, pool was excellent. There was a wait to get in to the pool, so be warned. Had a massage from Eileen-she was just wonderful. Thanks for a great stay!
