Yes, it’s an older building that could benefit from updates, but I still enjoyed my stay. I had a room with 2 queen beds, and both the room and its bathroom were huge. Front desk staff were friendly during check-in and check-out (which is never a given in a sometimes-chaotic space like Atlantic City), and the $10 parking was a huge plus. After attending a concert at Hard Rock, my friends and I had drinks at the Margaritaville on the boardwalk level of Resorts. I had had a disappointing experience there that afternoon (weak drinks, tasteless food, poor service), but we lucked out that night with a great bartender who bore a slight resemblance to a famous actor, made fabulous drinks, and offered excellent service. I’m neither a gambler nor a smoker, so having to walk through the casino was a bit of a drag. And being in Atlantic City, of course there was a little bit of noise from the girls’ trip neighbors in the room next to mine (smile). But otherwise, my stay was pretty good, and I would stay here again depending on how competitive the room rates were.

So I got a free comp room for two nights. However, they still charged me $71 for resort fees. Parking is free but requires a little bit of gambling. Their website claimed to have a newly renovated room so that is what I chose. The room was spacious and clean however it was extremely outdated. This newly renovated room has no usb ports. The tv is the smallest of any room I have ever stayed in this past decade. My computer monitor is larger than the tv they gave me. It's like an old folks home from the 1990s. Made no sense to hire old people to renovate your rooms unless you only want to cater to old people. So maybe in 20-30 years I will love this place. As for the casino, they have a large variety of food options. The game play was fine but they clearly force dealers onto the floor before they were ready. Probably fine for most games but this one dealer didn't even know the payouts for craps. The boxman had to explain every single payout to the dealer. Not a fun experience. Overall, I would not stay here. Plenty of other great options on the boardwalk.

Disgusting! We found hair in the bed, no blankets on the bed, no counters in bathroom, we had to put everything on the floor in the bathrooms, and no coffee avail in the room for coffee makers. The rooms have not been "renovated or updated" despite what they claim to be an updated ocean view , there's zero noise control between rooms and way over priced for an old moldy smelling, dirty room. Do not waste your money here. It's 100% unacceptable for $500/night!!

avoid this place like the plague. hotel put unathorized charges of $455 on my daughter's charge card. said it was a glitch but it is still there. rooms are very pricey. our room had carpet laid over cement, my bed sloped to the corner. toilet looked like a standard gas station model. hotel staff was rude and simply not interested in the comfort of their guests. dined at 2 hotel restaurants and returned food without reordering. mouse ran across the floor in the asian restaurant while we were ordering. peeling wallpaper. the hotel is beautifully done. the rooms are trash. going to file a fraud claim over the credit card charges and hope like hell anyone reading this review doesn't go there

As a local DJ Event Entertainer, I work with many of the local hotels, casinos and venues throughout the region. This week, I had the opportunity to provide DJ Entertainment and Lighting for a convention that was hosting their events at Resorts Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City. They planned a "Roaring 20s" Themed Event and Resorts certainly delivered! I felt compelled to post this as a thank you and compliment to the team at Resorts. If they treat their clients as well as outside vendors, it's no wonder they are so highly rated. My experience began with a call to Eva Campbell in Catering. Eva was very helpful, efficient and quick to respond. She was kind enough to put me in direct contact with their tech department about load in as I had a lot of gear to bring in. I found the tech department to also be VERY helpful, explaining the exact doors to load in, parking instructions and a genuine interest in what I needed and when I needed it. They had two techs, Wayne and Lynn ready and waiting upon my arrival and they carefully helped me load up two carts and proceeded to bring everything into the banquet space while I parked. Then I was greeted by Banquet Manager Elisa and Anthony. Both were SO friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Taking it a step further, Ebony and the entire bar and wait staff worked together in unison to ensure that both my needs were met, and more importantly, the needs of the client. I can say with certainty that anyone planning an event in Atlantic City would be well served by checking out Resorts. It is a beautiful historic property and their team really works hard to ensure client satisfaction! DJ Ken Schaffer KenSchafferEntertainment.com

It's an older property with Ocean tower being much older than Rendevous tower. We stayed in Rendevous and the room was spacious and we lucked out and got a 2 room suite. Furnishings are from the 90s but everything was clean and in working order. Staff was great and the property is on the boardwalk with several restaurants to from low end food couet to high end restaurants.

We stayed here because we were going to a concert at the Hard Rock and the rooms there were crazy expensive. We booked last minute. I checked for weeks and the prices dropped $50 a night 2 days before our stay. We stayed on a Friday night. I also got a AAA 10 percent discount which you can only get upon check in when you book on the Resorts website. The good... It is connected by a bridge to the Hard Rock so there is no need to go outside. The Rendezvous tower had big rooms and a great huge bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. We had a side view of the ocean. The furniture and room was very clean. Though we were close to the elevator we never heard it. Check in was easy. There was no line. The bad... My room was non smoking but still smelled like smoke. The queen size bed was definitely smaller than a queen, maybe a full but for one night it was fine. The walls are thin so we could hear people talking in the room next door and in the hallway. The maid was knocking on door in the morning and woke us up because we could hear her banging on the doors around us. With that said it was very quiet on my floor and we slept really well. The weird thing is the Hard Rock was mobbed. People everywhere. Machines and tables were full at midnight. We then walked back to Resorts and it seeemed deserted. You would think they would renovate and try to capitalize on the crowds that go to Hard Rock, Oceans and Borgata especially because they are connected to the Hard Rock. If you are looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay that is clean Resorts was fine. The staff was very friendly and if I was going to another show at Hard Rock I would consider staying there again. Side note, we are not gamblers so we do not get free rooms or perks anywhere, we pay full price.

Parents beware: when visiting in April, 2023 we witnessed a young boy nearly drown in the third floor pool. Most upsetting is that while I (a bystander) called 911, not one staff member came into the pool area to help or even simply announce that they had called paramedics and provide support to the poor family. The pool was crowded, with no life guard on site and it took quite awhile for security to arrive and even longer for the paramedics to get there. The whole area in and outside of the hotel felt very unsafe -- not a place for families.
