I was here on and off for two and a half week as a solo traveller and I can't recommend the Dreamer enough. Great staff, atmosphere and people. Since it is a bit outside the city you can usually avoid the hardcore party travellers but still enjoy the events during the night after a trek or such. Diego is especially...

The Dreamer Hostel is a hostel made by people who get what a good hostel should be! Great pool, really lovely garden, comfy beds with big lockers and smaller security lockers, big kitchen, on site restaurant, loads of chairs and sofas... it's brilliant. The hostel has a really lovely atmosphere with drinks and music but it all turns off around...

This hostel is a great for young people wanting to meet others. We met a lot of people here. Rooms are clean and the cleaners seem to be going 24/7. The pool area is also nice and clean. Staff were awesome and extremely friendly and helpful. This is slightly out of the main area though so you need to take...

The dreamer hostel is a perfect place to make your basecamp. I went to minca, Tayrona park and Buritaca from this Hostel. Left my big backpack here and came back every time. Chilling by the pool or in a hammock. And the people are soooooo friendly, they even knew my name while everyone else struggled with my name. If I'm...

This is definitely the place to stay! I really loved the atmosphere there. People at the reception are very nice, swimming pool is right in the centre and quite big so ideal to relax. There is also a snooker which is nice and the bar/restaurant is a good place to meet people. In the night they organise activities which is...

Diego is a very rude guy working there, he told us we only had a reservation for 3 nights, but we reserved for 4 nights with another guy. He then said we couldn't stay and said we should go immediately. Worst experience in whole Colombia. To add is that the restaurant is over priced, they sell water for a very...

We visited this hostel as part of a 6 month travelling trip through South America, and this easily rates as one of the best hostels we've stayed at. The staff are incredible and so helpful to plan local trips and beyond. They all speak really good English, and are very friendly - from the cleaning staff to reception, to the...

At the time we visited Santa Marta, I learnt after I booked that Tayrona park was closed, so I had to rearrange my trip and I changed the dates we stayed at the Dreamer and there was no problem, we stayed two nights in a double ensuite room with a fan which was perfect for us. I was aware that...
