Excellent hotel. Luiz Hernando was a very attentive host, available and made us feel at home. The cleaners did an excellent job as the accommodation was always clean and organized. We don't usually ask for cleaning every day, and they respected our will. I found it very attentive. I choose the hotel based on the people’s review’s since I never stood at the Hotel Poblado Alejandria. The hotel claim itself as a 4 Starts hotel but I truly believe that isn’t. However, is not that bad hotel, Fantastic customer service at the front desk, the hotel has a nice sauna and steam room with an amazing city view. The rooms are very basic not luxury as 4Starts hotels are, mini bar was nice and charge for everything, not courtesy battle of water, no sleepers shoes, limited electricity plugs and far away from bed. Bath amenities are fantastic, but the showers is designed just for you. I stood 3 days and they don’t change my towels or bed sheets. Breakfast it was included with the price I selected, for 4 Starts hotel the entire place is not ok to me since a plastic containers for fruits and bread, servants were nice and friendly. I will say that the hotel it’s a 5 Starts Customer Service, the room and hotel in general location and services just 3 Starts Hotel. Location to me is not convenience but is not too bad. I will said my stay it was ok, never again I will booked this hotel.

One of the best hotels where we have stayed. Spectacular service, very friendly and very attentive. Mr. Luis took it upon himself to make our stand very special. Daniela Diaz made the reservation and followed it up by arranging transport to and from the hotel. Upon arrival at the Alejandría I was welcomed by a friendly smiling Luis Hernado, the "botones" who could have doubled a the Consierge of a major hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we were attended by an excelent and friendly wait staff. The outdoor dining area added a tropical flavor and was very enjoyable, Our commute to and from the Plaza Mayor was facilitated. Our exerience at this hotel made our first visit to this spectacular city a memorable ocassion.

Just a fantastic experience all around. I had one of the basic suites with king bed. The suite was much bigger than I had anticipated, there was a walk-in closet with a safe and a big living room with tv and fridge, dining table etc. The view from the room was breathtaking. Breakfast buffet is fresh and a little bit different every day. They gym and rooftop area also offer spectacular views of Medellin. All the staff super friendly, professional and resourceful. Special mention to Luis the bellboy who always went the extra mile to ensure my trip was smooth and stress free. Also, compared to hotel prices in North America, this was really great value. 100% would stay here again.

The hotel itself is nice, is in a nice neighborhood, they have a great breakfast. From the 11th floor up are apartments by a private owners. These are very different then the hotel itself. They are old, broken, dirty and smelly. DO NOT STAY THERE. We booked apt 1202 with 3 bedrooms but receives room 1201 with 2 bedrooms. The bathrooms were dirty, the kitchen was dirty. Everything that can be broken, was defect. The next day we got our room we paid for. Same problems. No hot water, washing machine not working, shower and kitchen dirty etc.

Hello! We do not have a swimming pool. We have 2 jacuzzis on our rooftop; However, due to the Covid-19 our local health authorities has banned the use of these areas until further notice.
Yes the staff is super friendly. I recommend you use uber. The drivers are nice and serious and you will be always safe. But I am sure the concierge will help. Keep in mind taxi Bernal-- is a very reliable secure service in business for years in Medellin.
There are more places to choose from in the Medellin area.
