Detailed Reviews
It was a great stay overall. Staff helpful, clean rooms, very good breakfast and the location of the hotel is a plus. They are right across from the Santa Fe mall if you are interested in a little shopping or just looking for something to eat No complains with the checkin and checkout process.

I made a good choice, I love the location of the hotel, the people in front of the desk are young, but they are kind and respectful, they know the correct way to manage a hotel. The bedrooms are comfortable, you have an incredible view from the restaurant on the 11th floor. I admire and respect the women who work in the kitchen during breakfast, they do a good job and are always willing to help you.

Room Tip: the hotel has its own parking lot, it's not a very big hotel, so that's nice.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The main reason for a star deduction is the on-going wifi issues we had. The staff went out of their way to configure my Mac and iPhone to work, and yet, the next day the wifi was out again. I have to give the employees credit- they really did try hard to fix it for me. However, if this was a business trip I would have been in a lot of trouble without solid wifi.
The room was very clean and had nice linens. A plus or minus, depending on your preference, the beds were very firm. It is not my preference but I did sleep ok.
A special shout out to Pedro and Diego Delgado for their professionalism and help with the wifi.

My worst lodging experience in my entire life, being 3 guests on the reservation, they gave us a room with only 1 queen size bed, in which only 2 people fit, so there was no way to rest, despite repeated complaints, they gave us no solution, the head of reception was a despot that every time we asked something, he twisted his mouth. All the people in Medellín are extremely friendly, except the staff at this hotel, they have the worst treatment I have ever received in a hotel. Even though the hotel had availability of rooms with 2 double beds, they did not want to provide it to us. For the 3 guests they gave a single key card, so if a person needed to leave, it left those who stayed in the room without light or air conditioning, because the card must be inserted for them to turn on, but the card is also required. to use the elevator. All wrong.

They have the staff in the reception area without air conditioning. The pillows are not comfortable, and the breakfast is very bad. They don't vary at all, the fruits are not fresh, the natural juices are pure water, and they only have coffee from a coffee machine. And the breakfast is of very poor quality and poorly cooked. The staff watches you and stalks you every time you get up to eat something. They are harassers. And they still expect you to leave them a tip when the food and service is so bad.

Customer service since I arrived at the front desk on Sunday was very negative. The arrogance and lack of cordiality was the first impression. I couldn't even use the bathroom in the lobby because “it wasn't in good condition” and they sent me to the Santa Fe Mall. The first day they didn't clean the room. The only friendly treatment I received was in the breakfast area, an employee who made me a coffee in the lobby area and on the last day a young woman when I checked out.
I don't think I'll come back

We stayed with my wife for 5 days. Excellent experience in all aspects. From reception with Ms. Jiuliana and her colleagues to the cafeteria staff for breakfast and room tidying service. We were on 712 with a good view. From the reception they made contacts for us to take a private taxi tour for my wife and I to Gutape, which is a must-see place, as well as taxis that picked us up at the same hotel with a very safe and punctual company. I would only suggest one or a couple of shelves in the bathroom to place personal toiletries, put the television higher and in that space put the mirror that is currently on the inside of the closet door.- I repeat: EXCELLENT HOTEL and at a highly recommendable price

I booked this hotel because it’s located in the Poblado area of Medellin known for being the most exclusive area of town. We arrived late to check in and Jose Antonio who greeted us couldn’t have been more welcoming. He even warmed up our food we had brought with us on from the plane. The housekeeping staff was also top notch. Every employee which we met was friendly and accommodating to our requests. The only drawback is the hotel is located on a steep hill and it was a hike for my elderly parents whenever we ventured out.

Small hotel very centrally located near Santa Fe mall. Room was very spacious. The bed was not that comfortable but manageable. The hotel has limited amenities and service was not all that good. (Food) deliveries had to be picked up by the guests in the lobby :(

The hotel is very well located , walking distance from many restaurants and malls. Had problems with my AC so I had to move to another room. Breakfast is the same every morning and they don’t have real Colombian coffee. Could have very quality of food. Gym is very poor, no equipments at all. Staff is very nice.

Hello Mr or Mrs, If your reservation is for a person, you must pay the value of the additional person. This person must be of legal age and with valid ID or passport
yes, is incluided.
best regards.
Hi, actually this shouldnt be a problem, just let them know that you will arrive late before via mail or phone. There is always someone at the reception in this hotel but what most hotels do, especially if they are fully booked, is that they book a no show when you arrive later than 18.00pm. They are allowed to do this and avoid having empty rooms when they are fully booked. If you tell them that you arrive late, they will not do this. Enjoy your time in Medellin!
