I stayed here celebrating a family event. Throughout my stay I had excellent service. Especially from Jose, and Carlos in the restaurant for dinner and lunch time. He treated my family with care and was always attentive throughout our stay. Alvaro at the front desk was always willing to help no matter what time he was working. The baggage staff at the front desk always kept our bags with care and also took care of our bags while we had a late check out. Vanessa the party oraginzer was always attentive and took care of all the small details for the event.

I had an amazing stay at New York Luxury Suites in Manizales, Colombia! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Edison, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He was incredibly attentive and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay.
The front desk team was equally exceptional—always friendly, professional, and ready to assist. They made sure we had reliable transportation whenever we needed it and even helped us coordinate services like Uber Eats, which made everything so convenient.

This was the third time we stayed there. David Diaz is our sales contact, he always takes good care of us.Their breakfast is super delicious. Jesica one of their servers was very professional. The hotel location allow you to go walking to groceries stores and shopping centers but if you prefer to take a taxi the reception employees are always willing to help you like Andres kindly did for us couple of times.

Suites were nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. Great views. Could not find anything to fault it (other than there was no kettle to boil water for tea, but this was minor).
This hotel is in a valley so you can hear some noise at night - We were on a very high floor but were kept awake by drilling at 3am for a couple of nights. But I think these apparant building or road works were just temporary.
Pool was quite nice to swim in and not too crowded when I visited in the morning. Maybe busier late afternoon. Decent size for swimming
Restaurant was good. Reasonable choice for breakfast and we ate evening meal there twice.
Staff helpful although we did need google translate as the English was limited but they did try very hard and Columbia is not really a country where English is widely spoken so that is not a criticism.
This hotel was quite expensive (the most expensive one we stayed in, in Columbia) but I feel it was worth just paying that little extra on this occasion to treat ourselves.

This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at and I am an avid traveler. I was celebrating my birthday and from the beginning when I checked in Andres was so nice and pleasant. He took our bags up and gave me recommendations of things to do. The food was delicious, the pool was beautiful and the roof top bar was incredible. The area felt safe and was located in a perfect location that allowed me to move around in Uber's easily. The view was breathtaking from both our room and from the roof top pool/bar. All of the staff made us feel at home and were all so polite and courteous. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Edison was so nice and on our last day he held our bags after we checked out because our flight was late at night and we still wanted to explore the city with no luggage. I enjoyed my time at this hotel and will defiantly stay again! If you are looking for a hotel in the area I highly recommend the York Luxury Suites Medellin! - Also, Carlos at the roof bar was the best. He was so sweet and patient and made the best drinks!

We loved everything about this hotel! We were celebrating my birthday, and everyone at the hotel made sure to make my birthday extra special! We've stayed in many hotels around the world, and the York Luxury Suites immediately became one of our favorites. Admittedly, when you have a deluxe suite on an upper floor, with a spectacular view of the city and the Andes in the background, it's hard not to love it. Our room was beautifully furnished, the bed extremely comfortable, the bathroom was perfectly clean, and the little kitchen was perfectly equipped. The breakfast was excellent every morning, and the staff was all so attentive, especially on my birthday - singing and bringing me a cake!! The front desk, and the downstairs staff, as well as the restaurant personnel and the bar staff were all wonderful! We had the tomahawk pork chop in the restaurant, and it was fantastic! The pool and the bar on the 23rd floor were delightful. The views from the bar at sunset are breathtaking!! Our stay was so wonderful that I actually had tears upon leaving this hotel - I did not want to leave. We can't wait to return! Thanks for making my birthday so memorable!

Location is excellent main bars and tourist place 15min to 20min depending on traffic should cost about £3. Get taxi from hotel ideally or Uber.
All staff were professional and polite, rooms are spacious and contemporary. Cleaners do a fantastic job cleaning the rooms nothing is to much trouble for any staff member .
Breakfast area large and very clean and plenty of choice. Albeit I ordered a freshly made omelet and bacon to order at no cost most days.
Sebastian in reception was very polite and helpful with places to visit and clubs to go to ……especially for a takeaway 😀.
All aspects of the hotel were of a high standard. The pool on the roof was an ideal place to relax with stunning views.
Highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the experience, its rooms equipped with comfort, luxury and Google home technology make you feel happy. The pool and rooftop on the top floors give you a spectacular view of Medellin. The restaurant also has beautiful facilities, a large menu and delicious cocktails to share with partner, family or friends.
