Detailed Reviews
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was quite, well-located right in the heart of El Poblado, and had everything I needed. The room was clean, had a safe and a hairdryer, shower with good water pressure. The reception staff were very helpful, and there were computers in the lobby which was useful for last minute research and bookings. Highly recommend this as a safe, quiet place to stay in the heart of the best district in Medellin.

Stayed here in January as part of a
Tour. Room size was fine but bathrooms tiny - had to swing around toilet to get in and out of shower. Rooms clean but window out onto corridor where air conditioning units are. Also a lot of our group thought window was a mirror and werent aware people could see in. There is a small sign next to door but should be mentioned on check in. Breakfast was good with good variety. Tea and coffee and water available all day. Reception staff not the friendliest and only hotel i have ever known to charge for lost key card. Location is excellent lots of restaurants in the area. Wifi good too.

This hotel is well located in Poblado--near to many clubs and restaurants. Our rooms were very spacious. I would describe the style asort of industrial: cement floors, tall ceilings, minimal furniture. I like that style-but if you enjoy colorful decorations with lots of closet space, this isn't for you. Decent breakfast included in rooftop restaurant. Staff arranged our transport to the airport. I would stay here again.

As someone who has traveled the world I am always surprised at how profound racism can be. I did not expect to find it in Colombia and frankly was shocked to find it in spades at this hotel. The night manager was about as openly racist as anyone I have met in my life. As a white American visiting with a dark skinned friend, I feel a need to stand up for him and anyone else who is subject to such hideous behavior. It was downright insulting. As a result I, in good faith, could never recommend this place to anyone.
I also felt like it was a bit of a tourist trap. Yes, the room is fine. The beds are fine. Breakfast was decent but it's very over priced for what you get. You pay for the location, but there are many other wonderful areas to visit in Medellin. And for a hotel that caters to tourists, particularly Americans (many of the guests were Americans), they don't have even one person on staff who speaks any English. I speak Spanish so it isn't a problem for me, but for my friend, it was disconcerting.
My personal advice? Keep on moving. You can find a million places better than this one.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a 'Tucan' tour of Colombia and was happy with it. The location is great, in a lovely happening area with an endless amount of restaurants and bars. Staff in the hotel were really friendly. Our room was decent and very clean, the only complaint I have is that the walls were very thin so you could hear everything. Breakfast was included. Overall, the location is definitely the best thing and the noise is a minus but still a good hotel and we liked it.

Nice little hotel, friendly staff, unfortunately you won't be able to sleep. This hotel is next door and shares a wall with a music school and rehearsal space. The drum kit was right next to our room and from early morning until late at night booming drums made it impossible to think straight much less sleep. I asked them to move me but they said they were full so I had to check into another hotel. Since returning back to the states they have refused to refund the price of the room for the nights I didn't stay there, even though the room was uninhabitable. Don't do this to yourself, pay a little more and stay at one of the more established places.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It is so clean and fresh, i'd swear it was run by a German "putzfrau", and it's a 'green hotel' to boot! The staff we so helpful and friendly, and I was only 3 - 4 blocks from the action of Parque Lleras with its bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. This is a great and safe area of Medellin where it is completely safe to walk at night. I'll be back for sure.

what can i say, this place was the best . the people, the service ,the accomidaion ,the location and the price is unbelievable. I went to Medellin for a wedding and my other friends rented at diffrent locations and did not have the type of sevice we did. they envied the fact we had hot water, A/C, and ladies willing to serve our very needs. very polite, and always at your service. for 4 days i felt like a king. if you are someone that is looking to be in the location of where all the fun is at " parque lleras" ( clubs ,bars, food, great looking girls) this is the place to stay. after a night of clubbing and drinking and eating i walked back to the hotel and was amazed to find a security guard at the doorstep and it was at 5 ish AM when got back in. it was a sign of relief . when I go back there is no other place to stay. MARK MY WORD best $48 usd / night i spent . dont let the pics or other bad reviews fool you. if your a single person(s) looking for the right place to stay....THIS IS IT, LOOK NO FURTHER!
the only bad thing i can say about this place is that it has no drawers in the room. you live off your luggage. butto a guy like me thats no prob, but they do provide a Iron and Iron board if requested.
hotel reception ladies are HOT! FIRE!

I was so disappointed with this hotel. The location is good, but most other things were poor. The hotel looks dingy and unappealing on entry. The rooms are no better. I had asked for a quiet room, and got one right over the all the air conditioning fans. On top of this, music was thumping late into the night. The air conditioning had one setting, which seemed to be super high. It would not adjust down, and hit us in bed all night. It was freezing, or boiling and noisy with no air con. The room also had a tiny bathroom, with a slippy shower, which my husband did slip in and hurt himself.
The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I have no idea why, but it wasn’t just one of them. This was not our typical experience in Colombia, and we try to be friendly. I also speak some Spanish. None of them spoke any English, and they were quite rude.
On top,of all this, they tried to charge us an exorbitant amount for a slightly stained towel on check out. My husband had hurt his foot when he slipped, and tried to clean it. This felt like a real scam. I am in the holiday let industry. The towel would have easily cleaned with a spot of bleach. This is why the hospitality industry uses white towels.
One to avoid, I’m afraid.

Enough for one night stand, for work... clean, basic, bed and bath, no amenities and service impersonal, neutral and gentle, but in a very good location, close to good restaurants, bars, pubs and parque Lleras

Buenos dÃas, el Hotel NO cuenta con servicio de parqueadero, pero a 2 cuadras cortas hay servicio excelente de estacionamiento vigilado.
Esperamos poder servirle, gracias
