Hostal casa ram is one of the best hostals I've stayed in. Located in a beautiful location close to park lleras in poblado. The hostal has a perfect set up to hang out in Medellin. It is super spacious and has a great common area to meet people. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Great location! Beautiful place, cozy and quiet. The service that was given by Jorje and his stuff was the best I've ever had. Jorje was like a father for us. Amazing man. The prices are the cheapest in this area, which is very central. Very very very Recommended!

Excellent location 2 mins from Parque Poblado and Parque Llevas and a 10-15 minute walk to the metro station. Supermarket 39 seconds away. Safe area. Large pool and outdoor communal area. Dorms are simple and clean. Large well equipped kitchen. Super friendly staff and very relaxed vibe. A great place to stay to explore the city.

This hostel seems to be a little run down already as there will built a huge residential tower at the end of the year (and hostel will be gone). There was maybe 5 other people staying in the hostel while I was there, so it felt kind of spooky. The kitchen is not very nice, full of strange stuff. The... More

Be forewarned. Only book if you have first seen the room you are to be given. I tried to be careful, booked Mini Suite C, but was given Room 5, in spite of management's promises, and despite my care at avoiding a dreaded, dark room with no air and a windowless, awful bathroom, with a shower that didn't shower. The... More

This hotel is a realy good bargain, the boss and people are really nice they give you advice. The hotel is well located near the lleras, lot of restaurant, carulla and have a pool and kitchen. It s an hotel not expensive and where you could meet people who are travelling and cool people.

I have traveled South America for 6 months, and this is my favorite hostel. To start, its located in a great area, El Poblado, close to all the nightlife and restaurants, and also the Metro. The staff is amazing, especially Juan David the guy who works at night is so helpful! My private room has a cool round window that... More

I loved the place, quiet, down to earth atmosphere, nothing organized, a little outdated and left without too much love and care ( It is to be demolished in the near future so go there now ! ) That all makes it a very special place at very good prices. It is all basic but still OK and very nice... More

warning; It is not what is on the web site!!! At the airport one cab driver asked another, when sharing the address: "is there a hotel there?". There really was not. The back of a restaurant led to a dark entranceway and a courtyard, in the middle of a construction site. The rooms (I looked at all) were small, filthy... More
