The hotel is really cute, the design is minimalist and welcoming. But the best of the hotel are the people, the front desk guys were nothing but helpful and responded every doubt with accuracy, in the other hand the ladies at the restaurante were really sweet and every day with a smile and great attitude. Couple of things to have in consideration, the rooms (at least the 203), are really small. I would say just for 1 person instead of 2. The bathroom door even has a great design, it does not give you privacy at all if you are with a friend in the same room. Overall great experience close enough to the party in Lleras Park and Provenza, and far enough to have a great rest and close to the subway station.

Amazing experience at the 574 hotel. Very clean and staff are extremely friendly. Free breakfast each day the tween 7am to 10 am. Super close to a supermarket called Exito. Exito has many department stores with a huge selection of items and also a few fast food selections

Great value for money, comfortable room in a safe neighbourhood with great staff. Carolina was especially helpful when I had an issue with my flight. The property is around a 7 minute walk to Poblado metro which is super easy to use. You can buy a card for 10,000 cop which you load with credit. Each journey costs around 2,500 cop. We are returning for 1 more night at the end of our vacation. Safe and peaceful at night and day. There is some passing traffic on the other side of a tree lined road but it did not disturb our sleep.

It has taken me a long time to write an opinion about this hotel, which is quite unfair since it has been one of the best I have stayed in a long time, so I will be brief: I found this hotel by chance while looking for accommodation and I think it was the perfect choice, especially for its value for money! Hote 574 is not only well located in the city, very close to Lleras park and Poblado subway station, but it has an enviable and very professional customer service. My room was very comfortable, the cleanliness was excellent and both the bed and pillows were super soft.

The hotel is small and comfy. We got a room near the reception and it was very small and at times it was very loud. The staff is very nice specially Valentina and Carolina. Breakfast is really yummy. Location is really good too.

The location was really good, walking distance to town. Our room was beautiful and good size. Bed was super comfy and bathroom was really nice. The room had a nice balcony but the room was facing a noisy road.

The hotel was in a good location (10-15 minute walk from a ton of restaurants/ cafes). Rooms are very clean, and mine had AC, a TV with Netflix, and basic toiletries. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and was in the cute cafe right next door.

The staff is super available, helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is amazing, close to all services (metro, local stores and parks). The breakfast is really great too. Also, as a bonus, they have a tv with netflix. Hope to comeback soon!

It was my second time in 574, the first time was perfect, room was clean and modern and perfect for a couple. We love it, so we decided to stay again. This time we have not a very good experience, i did my reservation with the hotel and they assigned me a room for one person and we have to accepted cause we didn’t have no place to go, when i said we need a room for two. The room it was so tiny, the AC was not working and it has small windows (just one could be open), we felt trapped . When you showered you can feel for a long the humility all over the room, we have to open the door for a while, and at night ask for a fan cause it was hot and couldn’t sleep. The fan was so lousy that we couldn’t hear de alarm, almost lost our fly. Not a great experience..
