Of course the hotel was clean. The housekeeping staff were excellent. The service at the front desk was exceptional. The dining room service was superb. The elevators always worked. As I walked up the hill to the hotel I smiled knowing that I would get a smile and a pleasant "hello" from the front desk and the room would be perfectly made up.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We loved the service we received from the employee staff and their attention to our needs. The hotel is located in a great location in the city of Medellin offering beautiful views of the city. We loved the food served at the restaurant especially the pizza. The hotel overall is very clean and organized. I would 100% recommend this hotel to others staying in Medellin.

Excellent Value. Great & Very Friendly staff, Clean & very SAFE location of Poblado, Medellin. My wife and I stayed there for a week and had a great experience. We have visited Medellin several times and stayed at many different Hotels and think this is exceptionally good for people looking for one in a safe and quiet area.(Not good for party people or party area). Our daughter is arriving Medellin in a few weeks and we will have two Jr. Suites booked here.

Excellent value for money, very quiet and comfortable nights. Varied breakfasts designed for all types of guests and with pleasant and welcoming spaces. Staff attentive to our requests, understand the need and expectations of those who travel with children and despite being with high influx and corporate events, the attention to requests is done directly by the Regional Management, which gives added value. They were very special and courteous to our young children, so we will definitely come back and not stop staying in stellar. The customer loyalty plan is real and promises are kept, although it is difficult to accumulate stars because we only stay at the chain, once or twice a year depending on the city where we are, they campaign so that they can be redeemed and attest that they fulfill everything agreed. The staff was absolutely amazing! Get the suite with the private balcony! Loved it ! I hated to leave! The restaurant is really good. I had pasta bolognese super terrific. I’ve stayed here several times and I’m alway happy. The women at the front desk are particularly helpful and the staff speaks a little English.

Stayed 2 nights is Estelar Blue. Modern hotel. Clean room with minifridge and hot shower. Good breakfastbuffet. Nice to eat outside on the terrace. Quiet, slept well. Good location, close to shops and restaurants. Take a taxi from the hotel to the metrostation Poblado and you are on your way to visit Medellin. We felt safe in the city, and travelled with metro and public busses and cablecar. To go to Comuna 13, you have to change metro in San Antonio metrostation. Take the line to San Janvier metrostation. Hop on a public bus to Comuna 13. In San Janvier, you can take the cablecar to La Aurora too. For the center of Medellin, take the metro in La Poblado metrostation and get off at Parque Berrio metrostation.

A very cool experience. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. Very comfortable rooms with everything you need, comfortable and spacious beds. The American breakfast was excellent. The drinks at the bar are super delicious.
The hotel is located in the center of the city, in a quiet residential area, close to the Santafe mall and D'Andrés Carnes de Res.

I booked into a Junior Suite at the Estelar Blue for 3 nights. I found the hotel excellent. It is situated in central Poblado just off the main Avenida de Poblado with all its restaurants, wide tree lined streets and near to the Centro Commercials Santa Fe and Oviedo (10minute walk). The hotel is modern and the room very spacious with a large balcony and nice view over the city. The suite had a separate living area with sofabed and kitchenette area comfy bed and large screen tv. There's a bar area next to reception and a large restaurant. The meals I had were excellent and the service first class, tge staff friendly and welcoming - the best hotel I've stayed in in Medellín.
