They refill the shampoo & cream bottles!! don't provide conditioner. Be aware, don't know why the said is 3 stars hotel! Paid more for your health! Ok the staff, but what is more important?! This hotel is charming both from outside and inside. Beautiful decors and colors all around. Young staff and always smiling and willing to go the distance to help you have the best time possible in Cartagena and around. Breakfast is good and the maids serve it with a smile. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Hot shower and air... More

I had a small dark room. Perhaps they have better ones. It was clean. The shower worked well. I've rented much better rooms in Cartagena for the same price. Breakfast was OK, but the coffee was not good. Front desk staff are not particularly friendly. Convenient location.

This was a solid 3 star hotel! After spending one night here, we decided to extend it to a total of four nights due to the accommodations, location, safety, breakfast and staff. All in all, I'd give this a 5/5 for a 3 star hotel! Accommodations: Set your standards for a three star hotel, because that's exactly what this is.... More

Nice little hotel in a great location and good value for money. Decent breakfast that's included as well. The room was a bit loud, as it faced the street directly, but probably only affected our room. Pretty standard all around, nothing too fancy.

Best location in the centre of the old town, friendly and helpful staff. Just a stroll away from the sea and the old city wall, lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms are old style but most bathroom renovated. Good aircon, fridge and TV.

From the reviews and the price we hoped for a basic room in a historic setting. Unfortunately, even for the price, this hotel was disappointing. The bath and bed linen were threadbare and yellow and in need of replacing, the bathroom was basic, the decor, well there wasn't any really. Yes it had AC which was vital, and good internet.... First of all if you're looking for a five-star hotel, move onto the next search this place is not for you. If you want a nice clean place with hot water, air conditioning, and a nice roof over your head with free breakfast included, then this is the place for you while visiting the walled city of Cartagena. Stayed here for a week as a solo traveller. The room is small, but comfortable in the Walled City of Cartagena. The breakfast in courtyard is delicious and included in the stay. The courtyard is filled with gorgeous flowers adorning the walls of the colonial building.
