I stayed 12 nights at this wonderful hotel. The rooms are very large, the location is excellent, approximately 30 minutes on foot to the departure point of the boats for trips to the islands. The staff is particularly kind. Special thanks to Jimmy, Alex, Melli and Tatiana at the reception, they were very helpful in everything we needed, and to those at the restaurant. Well located hotel, comfortable rooms with everything you need, safe, air, etc. Friendly staff, especially Andrés and the suitcase man. Upon arrival they gave us a room with a view of a patio full of pipes, with the TV in a bad location, etc... but the next day they changed us to a normal one.

Stayed three nights at the Madisson, and it was the definition of adequate. A/C in the room worked well, and the included breakfast was a bit sparse but had the necessary elements. Other than that, you get what you pay for, which isn’t much. Low ceilings, spartan bathrooms, strangely designed pool that had bugs, unfinished first floor.

Nice room, pool and breakfast but very poor service. My room was not cleaned at all by the cleaning crew and when I complained to the front desk, not even an apology. Still waiting for the hotel manager to contact me.

We were at Christmas 2023.
It was a pleasant surprise to stay at this hotel.
We arrived in the morning, as our flight was at dawn and they stored our bags, in addition to letting us use the pool.
The hotel is new, spacious and well decorated rooms, bathroom with a wonderful shower with hot water.
Mattress and pillows worthy of a 5-star hotel!
The breakfast is very good, a little different from Brazil, but we have nothing to complain about!
The location is great, it is in Boca Grande, close to shopping malls, stores and restaurants.
The team is very helpful, especially Luis, in addition to being friendly, he helped us a lot with whatever we needed.
But the entire team is very friendly and we really enjoyed it.
The only point that I highlight as a constructive criticism is that there are no drawers in the closets and for a longer stay, with a lot of clothes (which was our case), as we were going to San Andres, totaling 13 days of travel, it was a bit disorganized, but that didn't negatively affect our stay at all.

The food although is has a good restaurant I was suprise that There was a hair on it which make my stay terrible during breakfast the restaurant of the hotel is Mila.
The room is dark and has no windows you feel being in a basement.
The room is small and very uncomfortable.
The bathroom is very hostile as an example the toilet paper is at you back and you need to be a contortionist to take a piece of it.
The temperature in the elevator is horrible there’s no air conditioning and the hot air gets inside in the elevator.

I had a wonderful experience. Glad I stopped by along my stroll down the strip. From beginning to end, nothing but greatness.
