The hotel is the worst I have seen in my entire life! The corridor is old and looks like a house of terror! Ugly food, awful restaurant! The rooms can not open the window and badly neat! And worst of all the bathroom is full of spoons !!!! Too unpleasant! ,The curtains are smeared with blood!, There is a nauseating...

Spent a few days at the hotel with no air conditioning, had to fight to get a fan and had to live with the smell of mold. Rooms are VERY basic, beds are hard and several times the elevators smelled like old rotted garbage. The only redeeming quality of our stay were the staff who tried their best, but had...

Room was great with a large bed and a hot shower that overlooked the ocean. The staff were extremely helpful despite by bad Spanish. Only complaint was that wifi was only available in the lobby which made planning a little bit difficult when you are on the 10th floor.

If only I had seen the poor reviews before my mother-in-law had booked this hotel through a travel agency, I would have paid more money for a better hotel. As soon as you walk in you can tell it is cheap, there is no air conditioning in the lobby just a massive fan put on the wall, I felt sorry...

After spending some great time on January, my friends and I decided to come again to this place. We know the hotel isn't perfect but it offers a great price for a an all-inclusive plan. People at the front desk were super amiable and helped us with everything we requested. Our room had 2 main problems: the lack of the...

Do not recommend this hotel. Wd stayed last week. Positive things: good location and good view from our room. Negative things: no lights on those dark walk hallways. My mom almost fall. Tv did not work. No outlets where to charge your devices. No towels, if you dont ask for. Food terrible. Same eggs everyday for breakfast. Reuse napkins without...

When we first got to the hotel, our room wasn't ready so we went to the rooftop pool while we waited but when we got there, the pool was so dirty with scum it wasn't inviting plus, all the chairs needed to be changed. When our room was finally ready, the air conditioning wasn't working. Now, I'm not one to...

The ‘Costa del Sol Hotel’ is a very well located place to stay at Cartagena. It’s situated in Bocagrande, right in front of the beach (this area has a lot of restaurants and shops, you can also find a lot of souvenirs street-sellers, so you don't have to worry about being bored). The hotel is also very close to the...

I travel 300+ nights a year from very high end to very low end properties (Hilton Diamond, Starwood Platinum, IHG Spire Elite). Yes, there are a many properties blocks away to pay 3x, 4x, 10x the money. However Costa Del Sol has good value for a last minute booking on NYE week. First - this is a LOCAL COLOMBIA FAMILY...
