The Hilton Cartagena was a wonderful vacation property and the perfect choice for my stay. The room was wonderful and clean, the amenities were perfect and the staff and service were very professional allowing me to enjoy the facilities, the restaurants, the gym and the pool. The outdoor music, and the location was great allowing for private, quiet enjoyment and yet a quick reach to the beach, shopping, restaurants and activities. The hotel was clean and well-maintained consistent with the Hilton name and brand. In particular, I would like to thank Omar Nieves, Director de Habitaciones (Direct of Rooms) for making sure all the details were in place. His attention to detail upon check-in remained consistent during my stay making for smooth transition with my room reservation. Service like Omar's to be sure my room matched my unusual, back -to-back reservations without packing and relocating made me a loyal Hilton guest and a return visitor to Hilton Cartagena. The sevice from the staff at this hotel is second to none nothing is too much trouble especially from Rafael Pertuz at the front desk.This was my eighth visit and the standard of sevice has never altered i will look forward to my next stay.

Hilton Hotels typically have the best locations and best views and I have stayed in many from Hilton Copacabana to Hilton Wakiki. In terms of service though, this hilton has the best people I have seen in so many years of staying in hotels. They go above and beyond to help you and ensure your stay was as memorable. I have an AC problem in my original room and were immediately offered 3 others rooms to choose from, one days we felt like take the stays to the 9 floor and this employee working all the way to the front walked us up to the 3 floor and then back of the hotel where we had access to an outside stairs (Caracol) we did not know about. This stairs offered the best views of the ocean and pool area. He did not have to do that. I 100% recommend this hotel. If they Hilton Cartagena can improve their Breakfast buffet to be 1/2 as good as Hilton Copacabana it would be great.…

I took my mother to Hilton Cartagena. It’s been over 50 years since her last visit and the staff made us feel very welcomed. Jenifer at the desk upgraded us to an Ocean view room which my mother loved. We met Gustavo at the restaurant for breakfast. He told us how he’s been working at Hilton CTG for over 40 years. It’s amazing how he’s been working for over 40 years. Talk about loyalty! My mom enjoyed the trip which was the most important part for me. Thank you to all the staff that made us feel welcomed and safe!

This hotel is amazing! A beautiful property, with 3 swimming pools & a beautiful restaurant, with delicious food & friendly staff! The view from my room was amazing. I saw the Cartagena skyline everyday, with a beautiful view day & night. It was a very convenient location, so I was always 5 to 15 minutes away from everything I need to enjoy my vacation in Cartagena. My girlfriend & I had an amazing time & created so many wonderful memories at this beautiful hotel. We will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Cartagena!

Up until the very end when I encountered used hypodermic needles in the suite was I fairly content. Once I saw two used needles on the shelf above the safe I lost my sense of comfort immediately. Good thing it was my last day. The location was perfect since I was attending the event at the hotel. The spa was also decent. I did not eat on premise. I did not even go to the pool or play tennis. Concierge was attentive. Two recommendations to find chocolate in the old city came up with both venues closed since the pandemic. Fortunately , through my own exploring I found something. There were a couple occasions passing areas that had th hat nasty damp mildew smell. But thankfully it was not often.

We had a great 5 day stay at the Hilton. We spent our first four days in old city. This was a nice change of pace coming to this part of Cartagena, Boca Grande. Location; This beautiful hotel is located in a great part of Boca Grande. Very close to many restaurants and shops. Room; our room, 856, was very spacious, king bed, big bathroom with walk-in shower. We also had a very big balcony, outdoor space with tables and chairs. Front Desk staff was excellent. Mauricio and Valentina provided great service. Mauricio went above and beyond helping us book a trip to Isla Tierra Bomba. The boats to Terre Bomba boats are only a ten minute walk down the beach. 10 minute boat ride over to the Island. Breakfast Buffet was extensive. The staff was friendly and provided great service. The ladies at the fruit station and omelette station did a great job. Even “Juan Valdez” provided great coffee service. The cappuccinos were great here. Beach; nice beach. Firm sandy beach, spotted with back volcanic sand. The beach bottom was firm sand when standing on the ocean. Hilton provided beach bands, and also chairs for their guess. The vendors were under control on this beach. Beach bar; the best bar on the property. Roberto made amazing drinks and was very friendly. Pool; there were three different pools. We stayed at the large pool bar pool. The water was warm and waste deep at it deepest point. They also had three whirlpool hot tubs in the big pool. The pool staff was very friendly. Pool Bar; friendly staff. Luz made great drinks, but the other bartenders were hit or miss on making simple drinks, like Mojitos. Massage; we had 90 minute massages. Carolina and Gina provided a very relaxing and therapeutic massage. The entire was very friendly. Shops; there were a few nice shops in the Hilton. Jewelry (emeralds), clothing, souvenir shop were all higher end. The souvenir shop had quality merchandise all in one place. We bought a nice set of emerald earrings that were nicer than any of the other shops we went to in town. They also have a money exchange location near the shops. I highly recommend this location for your stay when you and I are in Cartagena. Enjoy.…
