It is our fault for choosing a place right in the middle of the busiest area in Cartagena which is why I feel compelled to say something. The rooms are dated, the decor is simple and the staff could not care less about anything. The terrible part is the excruciating noise coming from their own terrace bar and all the... More

This hotel is located in the best spot just in front of the torre del reloj in cartagena, the rooms are really nice and the value for the price is great. It is really clean, fresh and the best view you can have inside the old city without paying hundred of dollars. Totally recoomended

Stayed a couple of nights in this location, it's impossible to rest as there's a disco at the roof & noise is out of control. Requested a couple of pillows and was told due to high availability there was none left Very good location but that's it

It's nice but if you looking for for a quiet place this is not a option. The price it's not the cheapest, Rooms are ok enough consider that this place just for sleep and you will be busy all day Cons: Party on the roof and vendors screaming by the morning pros: great location, you do not have to pay... We stayed in room 12 at this hotel. I was disappointed to find that nothing had improved since last year, when I stayed at this hotel and in this same room. As a matter of fact, things got worse! The bathroom lighting is so dim that one can barely see the mirror. Only the slightest drizzle came from the so-called... More

we are a young couple and still found the pounding music from the bar and the noise of its screaming customers to be awful. the room was dingy (professional photos are crazy misleading--i found our room in one of them and it's a photographic miracle they make it look that good), things were broken, no hot water, towels like sandpaper,... If you are looking for a wild party hotel with loud music and a happening roof deck, then stop reading---you're set. However, if you are looking for the old Torre Del Reloj, the cozy and quiet colonial feel, that is gone. While the hotel management finally took advantage of developing the roof deck area, which has an impressive view of... More

Definitely if you're looking for a quiet, chilled place this is not the place to be. The bar/club on the top floor is loud and the clubs around the hotel don't help, nevertheless great to party and the location is spot on. The staff is super friendly and helpful the rooms are okay, simple and clean nothing fancy. Powerful air... More

Do not waste your time staying at this place. It is really the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I had to leave in the middle of the night as there was a club practically inside the hotel, there was loud music all night making it impossible to sleep. We weren't warned about it before our stay - the service... More
