Meh - we found Casa Gloria to be a bit overpriced (I’d highly recommend Bantu Hotel, where we stayed for the other portion of our time in Cartagena) and gritty. The rooms are incredibly small - almost akin to what you’d find in Manhattan.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel is simple, nice, and comfy. They offer breakfast which for us wasn't included because we stayed in the apartment suite, some rooms include breakfast I believe, we paid to eat at the hotel once and it was a simple breakfast and cheap. The staff were ALL super friendly and...

Our experience was great, the hotel is well centered in a great area, the staff is very welcoming, Kevin made our stay very pleasant. My daughter got sick on the first night and the cooks helped me figure out what to get for her stomach to settle (you can anything over-the-counter in Colombia). The apartment studio we stayed in was...

I have to totally agree with Brian O's review. Location is great, and staff friendly, but our room was small, quite run down, and lots of mosquitoes. There was plenty of dried up masking tape over some of the gaps in the door. We switched hotels after the first night. I'd recommend spending a little more money for a nicer...

Before I go on, you should know that I'm taking the star-rating conventions literally. I see a 5-star rating as "rare gems, above and beyond", a 4-star rating as "everything went right" a 3-star as "fine... but not exciting," a two star is "they tried, but it really wasn't good," and a 1-star is "i disliked everything and everybody." First,...

Beautiful place inside the walled City, although small, is very comfortable, clean and cool. Delicious breakfast and most of all very helpful staff. Patricia my very favorite, such a sweet girl, Marlene and Julieta also very nice. A little over priced but worthy 💕

This was a great place for my wife and I to stay. We stayed a full 11 days because we really wanted to get to know Cartagena and we were always happy to come back to relax here. Rooms were cleaned WELL every day with a smile. A good breakfast was served every morning of tortillas with meat and veggies...

The best part about Casa Gloria is the staff. Patrcia, Marlene, Julieta, and Ever were the nicest staff we could have asked for. Julieta works the front and helped us find places to eat, gave us tips on traveling around the city, and always welcomed us in and out of the hotel. The hotel itself has a cute courtyard with...

Great pool, friendliest staff, awesome breakfast, cold air conditioning, fun pool table, beautiful balcony, fantastic location - really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it! I recommend checking out nearby San Diego Plaza for some nice restaurants.

The hotel is in the heart of the historic zone of the city. The building is very attractive with lots of knick knacks and trinkets adorning the public areas. The staff are very friendly and the breakfasts were good. The rooms are a bit basic, but mainly because of size limitations imposed by the historic nature of the building. The...
