Maria and her staff made our stay exceptionally wonderful!!! Upon entering, we were greeted with delicious welcome drinks called Coco Lemonade. Quite, possibly the best drink I've ever had! We proceeded to our room, which was initially a queen size bed, although we requested twin size beds. The staff went out of their way to separate the mattresses to make...

It is very small but the rooms were lovely. I saw 2 of the 5 rooms. Breakfast was excellent! The ladies helping during off hours speak little to no English and during the day Maria José took care of our needs. She helped us locate an eye doctor, found a guide for a city tour and helped us with transportation....

This is a very beautiful mini boutique hotel in an old colonial building with only five very spacious room, very attentive staff, a great breakfast and a roof terrace with a tiny swimming pool offering great views across the city. It's a perfect love nest or refuge, the noise of the city immediately vanishes once you enter the courtyard. The...

My girlfriend and I stayed here in late November 2016. Her family is Colombian and this was her first trip to the country. This hotel made that introduction wonderful. I'll explain each of the stars I give this hotel. First Star - Location - Santa Ana is excellently located in the Getsemani neighborhood. It is outside of the main walled...

Don't get me wrong. I gave this small, charming boutique hotel a 4 instead of a 5 only because we had yet another problem with our reservation. We booked a room directly with the hotel, not booking.com, because, in our experience, there's less bait-and-switch, 2 months in advance of our stay. My one and only return email from the hotel...

This place was a gem. Wonderful service and wonderful neighborhood full of life and the vibrancy of Cartagena. There is a small tight knit staff that is there for anything you need. I actually lost my ATM card but the staff was able to help me retrieve it and I could not believe that that happened! Also the hotel staff...

I stayed here for a week. The entire staff was very helpful and catered to our every need. Maria Jose made sure we were always satisfied. It is also walking distance to everything. I 100% recommend this place and I would stay here again!

Loved this hotel in the very cool neighborhood of Getsemani. The staff was so helpful in setting up a day trip to Isla Del Rosario and a transfer to Tayrona National Park. The hotel is small but beautiful. The rooms are really nice and they have A/C which is necessary in scorching Cartagena. The location is wonderful, 10 minutes from...

Didn't spend much time in the Hotel, but was well accomodated. Breakfast was good. Staff are very helpful with searching things to do in CTG. Close to the airport. Overall, I would come back to this hotel if I return to CTG.

Our stay in Cartagena was very pleasant also because of the place we chose to spend 4 nights in the city. Staff was particularly helpful and kind with us, giving good hints about the many attractions. The hotel is very cosy and is located in Getsemani, a neighborhood full of bars, cafes and great restaurants.

“Apparently the room at the front of the guest house is huge with a lounge area - my friend was invited to see it by one of the guests and couldn't get over it! However, I was very happy with our room - we were on the first floor directly at the back of the guest house if your back is to the front door. I've uploaded photos. NB: the hotel was not signed posted Casa Ana when we arrived - luckily our taxi driver knew it. Probably this is temporary but I have also uploaded a photo of it from the outside.”
