The photos we saw were not in any way as reality. It was a bedroom upstarts through a very dangerous and small and low staircase were I bumped my head twice and I'm just 1.7 m. The bedroom was not very clean and in both cases the bathrooms were very unclean and the shower didn't work very well. The room...

Whilst some of the rooms in Casa Sweety seemed quite nice (those around the pool) the rooms above the reception felt cheap and nasty. There was a safe, but it didn't work, the room was tired with a large patch of damp and with no natural daylight - there was a single small window which looked out onto an attic...

We stayed at Casa Sweetie on our first night in Colombia, before visiting the San Bernardo islands, and then again for two nights when we returned and both stays at Casa Sweety were lovely. The hotel feels homely and cute and has a cozy feeling to it. Some things are a little basic but it is a really nice place...

You will love this place. It is just cozy and intimate. "Super cute" and most of all the employees are just AMAZING. They wake up early to make you breakfast, they clean the rooms everyday, and they give you recommendations as well. Loved the pool and the decoration of the rooms. You will simply fall in love with this little...

After making my initial non-refundable security deposit to Casa Sweety to secure our rooms I started to research feedback on the hotel via Trip Advisor because I had 3 friends from the USA joining me on my trip and it was going to be their first time in Colombia and wanted to ensure they had a good experience. After reading...

Casa Sweety is small, cute, and difficult to find - then again, most of the hotels/hostels in this area are. **This is the hostel area of town** Street signs are impossible to find in Cartagena, so just get used to it :) If you're walking, ask someone. Cab should be able to find it. You have to ring the bell...

DO NOT STAY AT CASA SWEETY. We stayed in the mezzanine room which was fine, not overly nice and the bathroom could have been cleaner but facilities overall were satisfactory. The location was good. The problem was that WE HAD OUR STUFF STOLEN HERE. This includes $60USD and also our valuable trekking gear. Admittably, our room was a bit of...

Great rooms in a lovely location. The bed was very comfortable and the spacious rooms had AC and fans. The room overlooked the small pool. My only slight gripe was that the shower was Luke warm and the pool was out of action for one day. I would still highlig recommend the hotel though

My experience at Casa Sweety was incredible. The room was even better than shown in the pictures on their website and they even got that beaten by their welcoming and very helpful staff. The pool is a delight in the hot days of Cartagena, and the breakfast is everything you need to start the day wandering in the city. The...

We had mostly a great time in Casa Sweety. I love the atmosphere with the dreamy backyard pool. They also have a kitchen you can use and the staff was friendly. But the first night we booked a "standard private room" and it was aweful. It wasn´t a room it was just a dungeon without a window and the AC...
