Its about a 2-3 minute walk to the plaza trinidad. Casa relax is on a street that leads directly to it. Night time in getsmani area is interesting and you don't have to worry too much about getting robbed but people will be partying in the streets. There is a police station nearby and noticeable police presence. I would recommend my grandparents to stay in the old city, super safe but super touristy, and anyone else to stay in getsmani.
