Just returning home from my visit to Barranquilla and stayed 6 nights at this hotel. I had been here in the past and it was just OK. They must have changed management since my last visit here because everything seems to be different from Check in to check out. Reception desk clerks accurate and fast check in. I was lucky enough to get a room on the fourth floor, which is the floor where the swimming pool and Jacuzzi are located. That’s the place to be. The room itself is a good size and clean. Air-conditioning very good and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area is spacious and absolutely as the fotos on the website. Beautiful area for families and couples to be at the same time. A lot of space for the kids to have a great time. Jacuzzi large enough for 10 people and pool is large with a nice little sprinkler. Really nice. They have a bar area that is attended by a great bartender named Edgar. He will play the music you ask him to play and serves the drinks nice and cold. The restaurant is on the first floor and it is a very nice looking restaurant. The decoration is wonderful and they just decorated for Carnaval in the city. If you haven’t seen it before you have to get there and experience something awesome. The food in the restaurant is very good and the price is very economical for a hotel. The staff in the restaurant are all very attentive and polite, but the two that seemed to out do the others was a lady server named Lizbeth and Jessica. They were on top of the game each time I saw them. Very professional and very attentive. Great job ladies! Micheal in reception also gets a thumbs up for great service. As I travel to Colombia often I always take the time to speak with the manager of the hotel where I stay to express my thoughts, good or bad, about their hotel. This trip was no different, and the manager seemed to be everywhere throughout the hotel. I spotted her looking at the pool area, in the elevator, in the restaurant, in the lobby, and at the front desk. Seems like she works 24 hours a day. I spoke with her a couple of times and told her how pleased I was with the service at the hotel and all the other good things about the hotel that she was managing. I want to give her a special thank you for great service. Will be back here many more times and I recommend this hotel to all travelers, with or without children, its a great place for all. See you next month!…
Junior suite is very nice and spacious, larger than most other hotel junior suites. Rooms need an update, but not bad. Jacuzzi in suite did not work, but they have a nice pool and jacuzzi on the fourth floor. Breakfast not terrible but could be much better. Front desk and John the bellboy very good and helpful. Hotel is in an area a bit to be desired, but good price. Stay inside and take taxis, no walking if you a foreigner. All in all the hotel is nice, just the area brings it down.
Stay in for 5 days during the end of the Central American Games 2018. Very attentive staff. The gym is simple, but great to see the sunset on 7th floor. The free breakfast included is filling. And the pool is a great space located at the 4th floor. The room I had was two twins beds, clean and properly cooled. It is centrally locates to experience any part of the city .
In a district with a lot of construction going on the hotel itself feels like a peaceful oasis. It is well situated for someone who wants to travel by bus. Breakfast was OK and dinner was very good but unfortunatly there was very few customers..in fact I was the only one.
was in the area and I booked a room for overnight. the room was clean 5th fl. loud I could hear traffic and music from outside. shower and i found it dirty mold in the bathroom tiles. dirty glass doors shower cap was broken +( i wont go back to this hotel..
