We booked to stay here for 2 nights as it got a star and a rave review from Lonely Planet. Apart from it being dirt cheap I have little in the way of positive remarks about this hostel. The whole hostel was freezing, from common areas to the room itself and the 'heating' did little to improve the situation. In... More

This is the best hostel we have been in China! The place is amazing, surrounded by trees, everything looks really natural here! They organize a lot of tour, first of all to the Panda base. The staff is excellent! The girls there really helped us by calling other hostel and check with us way to go from one place to... More

The hostel have many common area, indoor, outdoor. They have a nice restaurant and reading room as well, a good place to hang out with friend or even stay alone and have some reading. Price slightly higher than other hostel, but worth to pay.

GORGEOUS HOSTEL! AMAZING COMMON SPACE! HANDS DOWN the coolest common space I've ever seen basically anywhere. They offer airport pickup which is super super convenient & they are so public transit accessible so its easy to get everywhere. Staff was really really helpful. We enjoyed our 3 nights at this hostel. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Nice seating areas. We liked being able to use the washing machine and drying facilities, as well as cheap beers. Twin rooms small and walls a little thin but decent overall.

Due to all the positive reviews we perhaps had too high hopes for this hostel. The prices are very fair, but the place definitely needs a makeover. It all had the feeling that since a new owner took over end of 2010 nothing has be done to the place anymore. Paint is letting loose on all the walls, menus are... More

This is I think the best hostel in Chengdu. The location is not ideal, but it is close to many bus stations and metro stations, so you're still connected to where ever you want to go. That's one reason I like it here, its a little quieter than many of those smaller hostels right next to the bar district. Speaking... More

This hostel is stunning. Cinema room, inside pagoda, bar... It really is a huge Guesthouse. I didn't stay long but the staff is young and really helpful. The map they sell of Sichuan is really resourceful and a pretty good start for your trip in Sichuan. Great time there.
